Helena Montana Police Department News

@0255 Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Walnut Street in reference to a domestic disturbance.   The investigation led to a female being arrested for PFMA (1st).  The female was booked at the jail. 

@0416 Officers responded to the 100 block of Lyndale Ave in reference to a male trespassing.  A male was located on the property.  The male had been previously trespassed from the property.  The male was issued a citation for Trespass and advised to appear in Municipal Court.   

@0830 Officers responded to the 700 block of E. Sixth Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance.  The investigation led to a female being arrested for PFMA (1st).  The female was booked at the jail. 

@0841 Officers responded to the 2700 block of Airport Road in reference to an impaired driver.  Officers located the vehicle and driver.  The subsequent investigation led to a male being arrested for DUI.  The male was booked at the jail. 

@0953 An Officer responded to the Probation and Parole for a female with a valid warrant for her arrest.  The female was arrested on the warrants and booked at the jail. 

@1441 An officer took a report of a stolen tools from the 3500 block of Ptarmigan Lane.  There are currently no suspects. 

@1555 Officers were dispatched to the  3200 block of N. Sanders Street for indecent exposure.  Officers located the male suspected of exposing himself.  The subsequent investigation led to the male being arrested for Indecent Exposure (F) and numerous warrants.  The male was booked at the jail. 

@1607 Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Missoula Avenue for trespassing.  The subsequent investigation led to a male being arrested for PFMA (1st).  The male was booked at the jail.   

@1936 Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Prospect Avenue regarding a mental health crisis.  A male was placed in protective custody and transported to the hospital. 

The Helena Police Department responded to 83 calls for service.  A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows:  12 animal related calls, 6 motor vehicle crashes,  7 Disorderly/Disturbance calls, 11 suspicious incidents, 5 thefts, 3 trespass and conducted 4 welfare checks.
