20-year-old Kylee Jo Tushka from Billings was sentenced to 95 years in state prison

On Tuesday, 20-year-old Kylee Jo Tushka was sentenced to 95 years in state prison for the attempted murder of her uncle. This was in response to her uncle’s threat to report her to the police for stealing his vehicle. Prosecutors in Yellowstone county labeled Tushka as a “cold-blooded, remorseless would-be killer.” The court records indicate that 80 years were imposed for attempted deliberate homicide, with an additional 10 years added for the use of a deadly weapon and another 5 years for tampering with evidence.

The incident took place at her uncle’s home on North 25th Street. Her uncle, identified as “TR,” survived the shooting and was able to identify Tushka as the shooter. According to court records, Kylee Tushka is a member of the “Red One’s Street Gang.” This was a significant sentence due to the seriousness of the situation
