Former Wyoming State Trooper sentenced to 15 Years in prison

Laramie County District Court Judge Robin Cooley sentenced a former Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper to 15 years in prison.

A Wyoming State Legislator State Representative, Landon Brown R, Cheyenne, testified at the sentencing advocating for a light sentence for Gabriel Testerman to convince the District Court judge that Testerman was a good candidate for probation or a light suspended sentence.
The former cop, Gabriel Testerman, was sentenced, on February 1, for the crimes of first-degree sexual assault in the state of Wyoming, which is the most extreme rape charge.
Testerman tied up his then-girlfriend, then braced her legs apart with a metal rod tying her angles to each end, then proceeded to raper her multiple times for several hours.

This crime was the most egregious since he was a cop.
The crime fits the punishment
