30-year-old Casper Wyoming man Albert Gaines was arrested in Natrona County for Possession of METH, Possession of FENTANYAL, Possession of MARIJUANA, Possession of MDMA which is the active ingredient for the drug MOLLY.
Gaines appeared in front of Judge Brian Christiansen for his initial appearance.
All the charges are felonies. If found guilty, Gaines could serve up to 24 years in prison.
Gaines is accused of being a major dug dealer of METH and FENTANYAL, MOLLY and is considered by some to be a Menace to society due to his extensive drug dealing which directly harms the public safety and security according to LEOs. According to Assistant District attorney’s office, Albert Gaines, has an extensive history of criminal drug charges however the Wyoming News was not able to find any further records of a criminal history and when the Wyoming News and the Montana News called into Blane Nelson at the District Attorney’s office the media was told they would send over further information on Gaines’s criminal history.
