After careful consideration of actions taken by you, the fact that you were censored by 20 of 23 Wyoming Counties, and you continue to ignore the wishes of the Wyoming people, I, _________________________, Wyoming Citizen, will no longer recognize you as my Republican United States Representative for the State of Wyoming.
As a Citizen of Wyoming, I am exercising my Constitutional right as set forth in Article 1 Section 1 of the Constitution of the State of Wyoming which states: All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness; for the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.
Therefore, you, Elizabeth Lynne Cheney, are hereby notified that since you have chosen to no longer fulfill your duties, obligations, and Oath to the Wyoming and United States Constitutions, I will no longer recognize you as the official Republican Congressional Representative for the State of Wyoming.`In short, and in the immortal words of the 45thPresident of the United States of America Donald J.
