Cody Wyoming Couple Are Major Meth Dealers

Federal charges have been filed on 43-year-old Phillip Dobbins and 37-year-old Natosha Martin who intentionally trafficked and distributed on multiple occasions Meth.

According to Court charging documents, 12.5 ounces of Meth were found in a Ziploc baggie which was located inside a vehicle that Dobbins was driving.

Phillip Dobbins had been trafficking Meth for some time and had enlisted Natosha Martin to sell his drugs. According to sources, the supplier of the Meth came from Colorado area and had connections to a Mexican cartel.

Dobbins has a history with drug abuse. When Dobbins was caught he was discovered to be in possession of a 5 ounces of Meth. Dobbins even at one point sold about 3.9 grams of the Meth to an undercover officer.

According to legal sources, Natosha Martin has agreed to testify against Dobbins and is currently seeking some sort of reduction in her charges if she flips on Dobbins and helps the Federal prosecutors.
