Local Park County Races Held The Line Including Park County Wyoming House Seats

The Wyoming House retained its seats. Danny Lauren, Sandy Newsome, David Northrup, and Dalton Banks will return to the Wyoming Legislature.

In the Park County races, Lloyd Thiel and Dossie Overfield will continue another term as Park County Commissioners, and former Park County Sheriff Scott Steward will now be a Park County Commissioner.

Darrell Steward is replacing his brother Scott Steward as the Park County Sheriff.

The following individuals were able to retain the positions that they currently hold, and they are as follows:

Cody Gortmaker as Coroner

Bryan Skoric as Attorney

Colleen Renner as Clerk

Barbara Poley as Treasurer

Pat Meyer as Assessor

Debra Caroll as District Court Clerk

And to the surprise of many, no changes took place with the Park County School District #6 school board of trustees. The incumbents were all re-elected to serve yet another term. They are as follows:

Cathy Roes, Brandi Nelson, and Karen Schipfmann-Nielson will return to the Park County School District #6 School board of trustees.
