Wyoming Trooper Was Arrested On Multiple Sexual Assault Charges

Finally, more information is coming to the front of the line as to why the Cheyenne Police Department was investigating a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper arrested on Aug. 30, 2022, with an outstanding warrant regarding “multiple sexual assault charges.

According to Laramie County District Court records filed today by the County Attorney’s Office, Gabriel Testerman is being charged with (3) counts of first-degree sexual assault.

The District Courts Criminal Affidavit document states that on April 25, 2022, and on or between July 23rd, 2021, including on or about August 1, 2022, Testerman inflicted unlawfully “Sexual Intrusion.” Two individuals were victims of Testerman.

Testerman “Caused submission by using physical force or forcible confinement.”

On Monday, Sept 19, 2022, at 1:30 pm, Testerman will be arraigned, and a motion from the Defense to attempt to conceal or seal the probable cause affidavit keeps the public from knowing what he did and how he did it.

If found guilty, Testerman could face 15 to 150 years in prison. Currently, Testerman is innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
