Water Temps Rise In Rivers And Streams Fatal To Fresh Water Fish

According to the Yellowstone National Park, starting this Weekend, All rivers and streams in the Yellowstone National Park will be closed for fishing until further notice, according to the Yellowstone National Park.

All fishing on rivers and streams are suspended from 2pm to sunrise on the following day.

The fish are in danger due to the water temperatures rising caused by the severe hot days day after day week after week. The temperature has exceeded 68*F and many areas of the rivers and streams are very low. This causes fish to be stressed and is fatal for fresh water fish.

The long-range weather report indicates that more hot weather is on it’s way and very little rain fall. The water temperatures will likely increase and the water levels in the rivers and streams will continue to dwindle.
