Casper Multi Family Apartment Catches On Fire

0

Casper, Wyoming (October 10th, 2023) – At approximately 10:00 PM Casper Fire-EMS
Firefighters were dispatched to a reported structure fire on the 2200 block of S. Jefferson.

Initial reports indicated that fire was “dripping from the ceiling.” First arriving units found a small fire in the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom. Units quickly knocked down the fire and stopped potential spread through the attic space.

Firefighters responded to the scene with 5 units and the on-duty battalion chief. Crews were assisted by Banner Health Wyoming Medical Center, Casper Police Officers, Investigators from the Natrona County Interagency Investigation Task Force, and Tele-communicators with the Public Safety Communications Center.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

As we get closer to winter months, Casper Fire-EMS would like to this opportunity to remind citizens to check their heating equipment and to use supplementary heating elements appropriately.

Keep anything that can burn at least three-feet away from heating equipment, like the furnace, fireplace, wood stove, or portable space heater. Have a three-foot “kid-free zone” around open fires and space heaters.

Never use your oven to heat your home. Have a qualified professional install stationary space heating equipment, water heaters or central heating equipment according to the local codes and manufacturer’s instructions. Have heating equipment and chimneys cleaned and inspected every year by a qualified professional. Remember to turn portable heaters off when leaving the room or going to bed.

Make sure the fireplace has a sturdy screen to stop sparks from flying into the room. Ashes should be cool before putting them in a metal container and keep the container a safe distance away from your home. As always, make sure to test smoke alarms regularly.

Ten States Now Offer Universal School Choice With Tuition Assistance

0
ORLANDO, FL – Universal school choice programs are spreading across the nation as many states have enacted or expanded their programs in 2023. Last week, North Carolina became the seventh state this year, and the 10th state overall, to approve a universal school choice program that allows all students in the state to receive tuition assistance to pay for private school tuition, and in some states, homeschooling expenses.

School choice programs expand educational options for parents looking for alternatives to the public school system. While programs vary from state to state, they can involve educational savings accounts, refundable tax credits, or vouchers to help parents cover the cost of a private education for their children.

The 10 states currently offering K-12 “universal” school choice are ArizonaArkansasFloridaIndianaIowaNorth CarolinaOhioOklahomaUtah, and West Virginia
In addition, eight other states have recently expanded school choice options, including AlabamaKansasMontanaNebraskaNew HampshireSouth CarolinaTennessee, and Wisconsin.

Taking these recent expansions into account, school choice tracking data suggests 20 million K-12 students in the nation––or 36 percent of all students––now reside in a state with universal school choice.

The rise in school choice allows families to leave the public school system behind for private school or homeschooling options. For example, Covenant Journey Academy offers families a biblically integrated alternative to an on-campus classroom.

CJA is a full-service K-12 online Christian Academy that is available to anyone around the world 24/7/365 with more than 150 courses all taught by certified teachers. CJA offers weekly rolling enrollment and self-paced options. CJA also offers six languages, including Spanish, French, Latin, German, Chinese, and American Sign Language.
A variety of tuition discounts are available, including Early Payment Discount, Multi-Child Discount, Military Discount, Pastor/Missionary Discount, First Responder/Healthcare Personnel Discount, and Approved Non-Profit Organization Discount. Each discount offers a five percent savings on full-time tuition. Discounts are not stackable, except for the Early Payment Discount which can be used with one other discount.  In addition to homeschool, CJA also provides private Christian School Affiliation options.
Christian School Affiliation Options

CJA provides all courses online, including promotional and marketing materials, and handles everything from enrollment to course completion for all its courses.
The Cross-Promotion option is totally online with no onsite use of the organization’s facilities. The Facilitation, School Enhancement, and Custom New School options are hybrid models wherein an organization provides onsite facilities and CJA provides all or a portion of the K-12 courses online.

Cross-Promotion Affiliate ProgramThe Cross-Promotion option provides a revenue share for your organization or a discount for those who enroll under your organization. This option does not include onsite facilities.

Your organization promotes and encourages students to enroll in CJA’s Christian academy. CJA includes your organization as part of our Affiliate promotion program on its website.

Facilitation Affiliate ProgramThe Facilitation option allows your organization to host students in your facilities during the school day along with a Facilitator who chaperones the students, supervises the school day, and provides any other activities. You provide the room. CJA provides the school.

The Facilitator does not have to be a licensed teacher since all courses are provided by CJA.

You can immediately launch a one-room schoolhouse where students can be in one or more rooms with a Facilitator. Each student is taught independently at their own pace with CJA online courses.

School Enhancement Affiliate ProgramExpand your existing school with CJA courses. The School Enhancement option allows your school to supplement its course offerings.
If you already have a K-5 school, combining the Facilitation option with the School Enhancement option, you can add grades 6-12. Or, if you have a K-12 school, your course offerings can be supplemented by one or more CJA courses.

CJA has many courses to supercharge and expand your Christian school.
Custom New School Affiliate ProgramIf your organization wants to launch its own private school, this Custom School Affiliation option may be for you. CJA can partner with you to help make this dream a reality. CJA can provide some or all of your courses online along with our certified teachers.

This option has several variables and will differ state-by-state.

CJA provides a superior learning experience built upon the foundation of a Christian worldview with the vision to empower courageous generations of highly skilled people thoroughly grounded in a Christian worldview to transform the culture.

At CJA, students are taught to critically think and reason based on the foundation of a biblical worldview.

Founder and Chancellor Mat Staver said, “School choice allows parents more flexibility to choose the best education for their children. While the public education system is mired in controversy, Covenant Journey Academy can be a solution to the education crisis. Covenant Journey Academy brings high-quality private school education into homes and private schools around the world.”

Wyoming DCI Announces Enhanced Data Base To Help Track Missing People In Wyoming

In September 2021, the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation announced the release of a web page to help track missing people in the State of Wyoming. Today, The DCI in a press release announced an enhanced missing persons web page that will be revealed on October 2.

Wyoming law enforcement agencies work cooperatively to locate missing persons.

Most often it falls upon the city or county law enforcement agency to do the boots on the ground work of locating missing persons, where DCI is positioned to fill the important role of consolidating the state’s missing persons into one database. Per Wyoming statute, the division shall “act as a central repository of information and operate a clearinghouse database on missing persons from Wyoming.” DCI has taken the internal database required by statute and made the information publicly available, engaging all Wyoming citizens in the efforts to swiftly locate the missing.

The enhanced web platform facilitates publicly sharing missing person records upon database entry, detailed views, filter capabilities, and a missing person flyer page. Now, as information is entered into the DCI database, the public will immediately be able to view the missing person data.

Additional information about the missing person will be available, including an algorithmic current age and days missing calculator. Users will now be able to filter data to find information more pertinent to their inquiry and the new web page will have a flyer view, allowing users to download and print a missing person bulletin.

As of September 2023, 86 people are reported missing in the State of Wyoming. DCI thanks our residents for their outpouring of concern, support, and assistance in locating our missing citizens.

The CIA-Controlled Mockingbird Media Is At It Again: Presidential Candidates Being Ignored, Suppressed Or Censored?

“Presidents are selected, not elected.” -President Franklin Delano Roosevelt
If only the American people would open up their eyes to the games that are played on them (Jeremiah 5:21).

They complain about the establishment and yet, every election cycle, they get pulled right back into the very game that they claim to despise.

That defines insanity.

In a nutshell, people in this country say that they want change yet, they fail to do what it takes to bring about the change. How do you help people that refuse to help themselves? (Jonah 2:8)

What’s worse is they have not come to the realization that the few options that are given to them by the Mockingbird media and their useful idiots are only those that are already a part of the establishment of which they complain. For example, take the last election, you were given two options: 1) Treasonous Joe Biden, who is in the People’s White House by voter fraud which no one can dispute; and then 2) you were given Donald Trump, a man who has literally done the opposite of what he promised to do in making America great again (Isaiah 5:20).

If Donald Trump did what he promised to do in draining the swamp, Hilary and Bill Clinton (in that order), Barack Hussein Obama, and the establishment cronies would all have been brought to justice(Isaiah 26:9). Is that what happened? Absolutely not.

Furthermore, America would not be suffering the criminal abuse of Joe Biden today if the father of the vaccine and the advocator of the sodomite agenda, Donald Trump, would have come through on his promises (Proverbs 17:15). Then Americans have the temerity to wonder why we have the wicked walking on every side within the halls of government (Psalm 12:8; Proverbs 15:32). https://rumble.com/embed/v13q6hy/?pub=ap9pb

Yes, over and over again, Americans are played by the powers that they tolerate, the dupes of ill-designing men, in allowing them to continuously drive and control the narrative by the Mockingbird media that controls 90%of the narrative globally, and that to their own demise (John 8:44). https://rumble.com/embed/vbjs6l/?pub=ap9pb

To prove the point, please take note that during the last presidential election cycle, there were over 1,000 different presidential options and the only ones that you heard from were the ones that they wanted you to hear from, namely Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

The Mockingbird media kept people eager to watch the propaganda outlets which continued to promote the fight by filling the seats between two illegitimate candidates! Why were the other presidential contenders ignored, censored and or suppressed? These are questions that you are going to have to answer, and the answers are as plain as the nose on your face. https://rumble.com/embed/va6zi9/?pub=ap9pb

Friends, this cycle is no different than the last. There are over 1,000 other candidates running for the
presidency of the United States and you are only hearing about the clowns in the circus of their controlled political world. https://rumble.com/embed/va2aw1/?pub=ap9pb

Thus far, concerning the options that are given, it is Joe Biden, Marianne Williamson (a self-help author and former spiritual adviser to Oprah Winfrey) and Robert Kennedy, Jr.
On the right, that is if there was a right according to the U.S. Constitution (We are a ConstitutionalRepublic; Article IV, Section 4) we have Donald Trump, Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, Mike Pence,Chris Christie, Larry Elder, Doug Burgum, Francis Suarez (son of a Cuban immigrant), Will Hurd(Former CIA), Asa Hutchinson, Tim Scott and Vivek Ramaswamy.

All of these, might I remind you, have been a part of the problems which they have to the present failed to correct. What of the other 1,000 presidential candidates? Why are they being ignored, suppressed and orcensored? Why are we not hearing from them?

Have you had enough of the controlled propaganda narratives and the controlled outcomes, yet?!
If you don’t want to look at the facts and deal with them, then you can rest assured nothing is going to change (James 2:14-26). You can look the other way but you cannot say that you did not know.

America was warned long ago and has failed to come to the truth of the matter when it comes to what President Franklin D. Roosevelt blurted out in his confusion”:
“Presidents are selected, not elected.”
You are being lied to and mocked at every given step, my friends. Enough is enough

Crime Increases In State Of Wyoming

The State of Wyoming has been facing a concerning rise in crime, largely attributed to the thriving drug market originating from Mexico. This influx of illegal drugs has had a significant impact on the safety and security of local communities.

Law enforcement agencies in Wyoming have been grappling with the challenges posed by this prosperous drug trade. The police have observed an increase in criminal activities such as drug trafficking, substance abuse, and related offenses. These crimes not only pose a threat to public health but also contribute to an overall rise in violence and social unrest.

One contributing factor to this issue is the presence of illegal aliens involved in drug trafficking. The state’s proximity to the Mexican border makes it an attractive destination for these individuals seeking to exploit the lucrative drug market. As a result, Wyoming has seen an alarming surge in criminal activities perpetrated by these illegal immigrants.

It is crucial for law enforcement agencies and policymakers to address this issue promptly and effectively. Collaborative efforts between federal, state, and local authorities are necessary to curb the flow of drugs into Wyoming and dismantle the networks responsible for their distribution.

By implementing comprehensive strategies that focus on both prevention and enforcement, we can work towards creating safer communities for all residents of Wyoming. It is imperative that we prioritize resources towards combating this growing problem, ensuring that our state remains secure from the harmful influence of illicit drugs and associated criminal activities.

Wyoming Park Rangers Focusing On Better Public Relations

Wyoming Park Rangers, commonly called “red shirts,” have unfortunately acquired a reputation for poor public relations. However, the Department is now actively seeking to hire new park rangers who not only fulfill their daily duties but also prioritize establishing positive connections with the individuals they encounter on a daily basis. This article examines the importance of enhancing public relations for Wyoming Park Rangers and how it can help build stronger relationships with the community they serve.

The significance of public relations in fostering strong community connections

Building and maintaining positive public relations is crucial for Wyoming Park Rangers in fostering strong community connections. With a solid foundation of public relations, park rangers can effectively engage with the public and create meaningful relationships.

Firstly, enhancing public relations enables park rangers to effectively communicate with community members, which is essential in promoting safety and preserving natural resources. By establishing open lines of communication, rangers can address concerns, provide information, and educate the public on park regulations and conservation efforts. This not only ensures the well-being of visitors but also fosters a sense of trust and respect.

Secondly, strong public relations foster a sense of ownership and pride among community members. It encourages them to actively participate in park activities, volunteer initiatives, and advocacy campaigns. By involving the community, park rangers can capitalize on their collective knowledge, skills, and resources, creating a collaborative environment that benefits everyone.

In essence, enhancing public relations for Wyoming Park Rangers is not just about improving their reputation but also about building a community that values and actively contributes to the preservation and enjoyment of their cherished parks.

Establishing a positive image through effective communication and outreach

Establishing a positive image is crucial for Wyoming Park Rangers in their efforts to enhance public relations and connect with the community. Effective communication and outreach play a vital role in shaping this positive image.

One way park rangers can achieve effective communication is by utilizing various channels to reach a wider audience. This can include social media platforms, email newsletters, and community forums. By consistently sharing updates and valuable information about park events, activities, and conservation efforts, rangers can engage with the community on a regular basis.

Furthermore, outreach initiatives can greatly contribute to establishing a positive image. Park rangers can organize workshops, educational programs, and guided tours, inviting community members to participate and learn more about the park’s importance. Through these interactive and informative events, rangers not only educate the public but also showcase their dedication and passion for preserving the natural beauty of the parks.

By proactively communicating and reaching out to the community, Wyoming Park Rangers can strengthen their public relations efforts and foster a positive image that resonates with the public. In the next section, we will explore the role of community partnerships in further enhancing these relationships.

A Tribute to a Dedicated Stateswoman and Advocate for Progress

(Wyoming News DC Correspondent Alex Daly) The nation mourns the passing of Senator Diane Feinstein, a true stalwart of American politics and a tireless advocate for the people. The news of her death has filled the hearts of millions with sorrow and melancholy, as her immense contributions throughout her esteemed career leave an indelible mark on the nation.

Throughout her tenure as a senator, Senator Feinstein consistently fought for the rights and well-being of all Americans, particularly the underprivileged and marginalized communities. Her passion for justice and equity set her apart as a champion for social progress, making her an influential figure across party lines. While her passing creates a void that will be hard to fill, it also reminds us of her remarkable achievements and the positive transformation she inspired.

Senator Feinstein had an early introduction to public service, with her first foray into politics dating back to her early years. When she was elected to the Senate, she subsequently served with dedication, diligence, and integrity until her untimely demise. With each passing year, she garnered a reputation as an influential legislator, consistently pushing for progressive solutions to complex issues.

One of Senator Feinstein’s most enduring legacies lies in her unwavering commitment to gun control reform. As a staunch advocate for safer communities, she championed legislation to curb gun violence, working tirelessly to pass comprehensive background check measures and assault weapon bans. Her relentless pursuit of common-sense gun laws undoubtedly saved countless lives and will continue to inspire generations to come.

Moreover, Senator Feinstein’s tireless efforts extended beyond her role as a legislator. Her unwavering support for environmental protection was evident through her key role in landmark legislation to combat climate change and preserve natural resources. Her passion for sustainability and clean energy policies earned her the respect of environmentalists worldwide, solidifying her as a visionary leader who understood the importance of preserving our planet for future generations.

Senator Feinstein’s commitment to defending civil liberties and fighting for human rights was another defining facet of her legacy. Whether it was advocating for marriage equality, women’s reproductive rights, or the safeguarding of minority communities, she remained a steadfast voice for those without a platform, using her influential position to amplify their concerns and effect change.

As we come to terms with the devastating loss of a remarkable public servant, it is imperative that we remember Senator Feinstein’s impact on our country. Her prodigious achievements, indefatigable spirit, and unwavering commitment to public service shaped the landscape of American politics.

In the face of adversity, Senator Feinstein remained resolute, never shying away from standing up for what she believed in. While Senator Feinstein may be physically gone, her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched and the transformative policies she championed. As we bid farewell to a stateswoman whose presence will be sorely missed, let us honor her memory by continuing to fight for the causes she held dear: justice, equality, and progress for all.

Rest in peace, Senator Diane Feinstein. Your legacy will forever be etched in our hearts and in the annals of American history
