Using a Two-Edged Democrat sword, Jury Finds Donald Trump Innocent of Raping E. Jean Carroll But Awards Her 5 Million for Being Sexually Harassed.

Today, a jury of almost ALL democrats awarded Liberal E. Jean Carroll 5 million dollars for being sexually harassed by the former President and soon-to-be President again. However, in an attempt to stop former President Donald Trump from regaining the Presidential Office again, the jury could not find any guilt of raping the liberal E. Jean Carroll columnist. So instead, they handed down a verdict of a monetary reward to Carroll in an attempt to walk down both sides of the political fence line.

The verdict was reached in a federal courtroom in New York City today. According to sources close to former President Trump’s legal team. An appeal of this verdict will be filed in a higher court, stop what appears on the outside, and according to insiders, a witch hunt against Trump to tarnish him enough to keep him from becoming the President again in 2024.

TURNING WINDS LEADS SERVICE TRIP DURING NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH MONTH IN MAY

Troy, MT – Turning Winds Residential Treatment Center for Teens recognizes National Mental Health Month with an awareness of the importance of service for teens for healing. Turning Winds will sponsor a service trip to Morocco, where clients can see life from another perspective on their road to recovery.

“We will be working out of a school run by the government,” said Owen Baisden, Turning Winds COO, who researched and assessed the Morocco destination before the May trip to avoid any surprises. “We’ll be participating in a construction project, teaching English, and other activities.”

For most youth, mental health distress is episodic, not permanent, according to youth.gov, one of the sponsors of National Mental Health Month. It states that most teens can successfully navigate the challenges that come from experiencing a mental health disorder with treatment, peer and professional support and services, and a strong family and social support network. Turning Winds provides several aspects of this healing to teens.

The focus of helping others on a service trip offers a new viewpoint to the students. They experience the lives of those who are less fortunate, and it brings them full cycle in the healing process of giving back.

On the Moroccan trip, the group will be living in a more urban environment than the Turning Winds trips have been in the past. Last fall, the participants traveled to a remote village in Guatemala that had never had assistance from visitors outside their local area. The group built a new water station, engaged with the local children, and were completely immersed in the foreign culture, with foods, clean-up, and lifestyle activities.

It will be a similar involvement in North Africa in the capital, Rabat. “Morocco is interesting in several ways. It’s a remarkably distinct mixture of Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. All these cultures colliding makes it a very fascinating country to serve,” said Baisden.

Turning Winds has organized a dozen service trips for clients to experience growth. “Life in the United States can be quite different from what the rest of the world experiences,” adds Baisden.

Turning Winds partners with Global Brigades to organize the trips. Global Brigades provides a driver, translator, security, and medical professionals.

Founded in 2002, Turning Winds is recognized as a leader in providing exceptional teen mental health treatment along with a supportive academic experience. Its vision is to restore hope in the teens they work with. Turning Winds is accredited by The Joint Commission, Cognia, the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs and is a TRICARE provider. Situated in a peaceful clearing hewn from Montana’s deep and pristine northern woodlands, Turning Winds offers young people the time, care, and environment with which to develop the self-agency essential to leading a free, healthy, and meaningful life.  For more information, visit Turningwinds.com.

Mental Health Month was established in 1949 by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Its mission is to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in Americans’ lives, and to celebrate recovery from mental illness. Mental health is essential for a person’s overall health. Prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can recover from mental disorders and live full and productive lives.

75 Wyoming Delegates Meet In Jackson Wyoming

May 6, 2023, approximately 75 Republican delegates from around the state gathered together in Jackson today to elect WYOMING Republican party leadership for the next two years.

Current secretary, Donna Rice ran unopposed, and was elected unanimously by acclamation.

Frank Moore from Converse County contended against current chairman, Frank Eathorne for chairman of the party.

David Holland, vice chair from Crook County was opposed by Elizabeth Bingham from Sweetwater county.

Both incumbents, Eathorne and Holland won by overwhelming numbers of 2 to 1. The old adage still applies. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Four of the five elected executive officials of WYOMING, treasurer, Curt Meire, Secretary of State Gray auditor Racines, and superintendent of education Degenfelder were in attendance. Wyoming Governor Gordon was the only absentee.

China, Russia, Oil, Gas, Coal, Climate

America’s economy is struggling with high inflation and bank failures, while trying to mobilize its defense industries to assist Ukraine, especially with ammunition. Perhaps worse, Biden administration climate change policies mean the United States cannot mobilize its vast fossil fuels capacity to push back on Russian and Saudi energy. Nearly the entire Western Alliance is in the same predicament.

Developing nations like India and Brazil are on the sidelines over the war in Ukraine because they see the West locking up its fossil fuels and over-focusing on climate change. They need fossil fuels for energy, fertilizers and petrochemicals – and can easily obtain them from Russia and the Middle East, further marginalizing the USA and Europe, as Iran joins the China-Russia axis and Turkey leans that way.

Don Ritter thinks this untenable situation may soon bring a civilizational shift or true existential threat.

(The China-Russia axis is dangerous for fossil-fuel-disarming America and the West)

By: Don Ritter

The relationship between China and Russia poses the greatest danger faced by America and the West since the Hitler-Stalin Pact in 1939 initiated WWII. If alarm bells are not ringing all across Washington, DC, they should be. China was already a global power based on its expanding economy, modernizing military and diplomatic reach, but the burgeoning relations with Moscow provide Beijing with renewed energy, literally and figuratively.

What does that mean for the rest of the world?

The China-Russia symbiosis is easy to understand. Russia provides the oil, gas and raw materials at discount prices, while China trades its high technology and endless amounts of manufactured products. It’s a win-win.

Russia is fueling China’s technology-based economy and its military. Not to mention Russian agricultural production, which helps feed China’s 1.5 billion people. The relationship fulfills the long-term basic needs of the respective partners. It’s no wonder China’s President Xi Jinping gloats that “this hasn’t happened in 100 years.”

For the foreseeable future, China’s vast purchases of Russian natural resources perpetuates the war in Ukraine, making China wholly complicit in the ongoing death and destruction. Because of the China lifeline, Russian President Vladimir Putin can conceivably keep fighting until Western electorates lose patience and quit.

Since the Russians went on the warpath, the resulting global sanctions have so far not seriously wounded its economy, while fossil fuel sales at high prices have buoyed it. That’s thanks mostly to China – but also India, and to Europe itself!  Russia’s GDP fell by only 2% in 2022, well below predictions, thanks to fossil fuel sales keeping it afloat.

Conversely, America’s economy is struggling with high inflation and bank failures, and experiencing a pressing need to mobilize its defense industries to keep up with its critical role in the war in Ukraine – producing ammunition, in particular. Perhaps worse, Biden administration climate change policies and priorities mean there’s been no mobilization of America’s vast fossil fuels capacity to push back on the current Russian and Saudi energy dominance.

Outside of America (add Canada, Western Europe and Australia), the rest of the world, including Eastern Europe, see Western democracies denuding themselves of the very fossil fuels that still-developing countries need to grow their economies and feed their people. These nations are committed to using fossil fuels and may only be giving lip service to climate change because they want friendly and financial relations with the West.

At the same time, the West will not help developing nations harness their own fossil fuel capacities. This is true for institutions like the USAID, World Bank and Asian Development Bank, among others.

Developing nations like India and Brazil are on the sidelines over the war in Ukraine largely because they see the West fossil fuel-energy disarming in the presentwhile over-focusing on the risks of climate change for the future. These countries need oil, gas, coal and fossil fuel-derived fertilizers and petrochemicals to survive and prosper. Unfortunately for the West but fortunately for developing nations, these resources are readily available from Russia and the Middle East, along with manufactured products from China. This further marginalizes the U.S. and Europe.

America’s leadership is no longer the guiding North Star in the Global South, as the investments, products and markets of China and the fossil fuels and related products of Russia and the Middle East begin to supersede the advantages of tying their futures to Europe and the United States.

Adding to the West’s self-induced dilemma, most of these countries have traditional populations and governance that are not ready for the revolutionary social policies sweeping over the West – while Putin lays claim to “protecting traditional values” and such social policies have no traction in China.

The West faces a serious predicament: How to weigh the value of guarding against what many view as the potentially serious long-term effects of climate change versus the current phasing out of fossil fuels despite the risk of geopolitical failure. Unfortunately, the West is not even actually considering its options; it is denouncing and repressing fossil fuel production, thus inadvertently strengthening the China-Russia axis. Iran is already in the China-Russia bag and Turkey is more and more leaning that way.

Recently, oil and gas giant Saudi Arabia has made stunning moves in the China-Russia direction, in some large part because fossil fuels are their lifeblood, now and into the future – and the Saudis see America downgrading that life blood while at the same time seeking to cut back its presence in the Middle East.

Adding to the dilemma, China totally dominates the world in green energy raw materials, technologies and production. In that regard, “going green” means greater U.S. energy dependence on China for the foreseeable future – gravely affecting its ability to control its own foreign, domestic and defense policies.

The fact is, fossil fuels are by far the most indispensable component of all the world’s economies and the dominant weapon of war as militaries are built and run on fossil fuels. In fact, 85% of the world’s energy consumption comes from fossil fuels and we see China, ostensibly our main adversary, going full steam ahead on an “all-of-the-above” approach – which focuses on oil, gas and coal, plus some renewable wind, solar and hydropower. They are also actively engaged in nuclear power: 43 plants have been built, 13 are under construction and 45 are planned, while the West’s nuclear power atrophies.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration recently reported that, while the Biden administration is pushing for net-zero “carbon” emissions by 2050, a policy with potentially enormous negative impacts on the economy and military preparedness, the U.S. will still derive some 65% of its energy from fossil fuels ascompared with some 79% today. But what will the geopolitical cost be for even a 14% reduction?

A long-term China-Russia axis is dangerous for a fossil-fuel-disarming America and West. France and the European Union recently urged Xi to hold back on supporting Russia, but begging or delaying is not enough to make us safer. Add a still developing, natural-resources-dependent Global South going along (by energy necessity) with this fossil-fuel-strong new world power structure, and the situation becomes even more precarious. It may soon give rise to a civilizational shift or true existential threat.

The “alarm bells” only ring for those willing to listen. It’s high time the West re-evaluates its energy and climate change approach – before it is too late.

American Exceptionalism Part 1

0

Writtenby:Marc Kelley
The story which follows, is that of the American Dream, and how using the belief in American Exceptionalism, not only led to the founding of our country, it has seen us through some very dark and desperate times. Believing in American Exceptionalism, does not, in and of itself, make anyone a racist, a xenophobe or an isolationist…It makes you a proud American, proud of our country, and proud of our abilities to rise to the occasion, repent for our shortcomings then, emerge as stronger and more united people.
The ideology of American Exceptionalism, has its foundation in the belief, The United States, was intentionally created to be fundamentally different, than any other nation on earth. The outgrowth of this ideology stems from the very reasons we fought the Revolutionary War. Freedom of speech, and religion, the ideals of liberty, and equality, individual responsibility, national sovereignty, representative democracy, and a free market economy. Historians, having long studied the birth of our nation argue, it is “our beliefs in liberty, equality, constitutionalism, and the well being of ordinary people, which give credence to the idea, Americans are special people, with a special destiny, to lead the world toward liberty and democracy.”
For decades, US leaders on both sides of the political aisle not only believed in American Exceptionalism, but championed the ideology. Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, JFK, Ronald Regan, George H.W Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush; all, not only embraced the concept of American Exceptionalism, but made it a part of their core belief system. Not until 2008, did the idea, American Exceptionalism is a myth, become commonly held by a sitting US President. Many historians point to the election of Barack Obama as the point in time when hating the US became mainstream thinking, choosing to focus on the pain of our past, rather than believing in the promise of our future.
Countless examples of American Exceptionalism can be found throughout history, if one will only look. In 1863, as the US Civil War raged on, President Abraham Lincoln, spoke passionately on the concept of American Exceptionalism, in his Gettysburg address. Lincoln’s historic words ring as true today as they did 160 years ago, when he said, Americans have a duty to ensure “government of the people, by the people, and for the people, shall not perish from the earth.” This concept holds firmly to the belief, it is America’s history itself, which gives us our advantage over other nations of the world.
As the modern day Marxist’s attack the ideology of American Exceptionalism, believing their enlightened insight represents a new progressive form of thought, the reality could not be further from the truth. The term American Exceptionalism, was in fact first used in 1929, by then Soviet Communist leader, Joseph Stalin. Unlike the American definition, Stalins’, use of the term was derogatory, and intended to criticize what he called, the revisionist faction of the Democratic Socialists. Stalin viewed Marxists as nothing more than a power hungry mob, seeking to create an elite bureaucratic class, to rule over the common man. After experiencing the erosion of our civil liberties by the heavy hand of our own government throughout COVID, observing an entrenched two tiered legal system, and suffering injustice from a weaponized Federal Law Enforcement, one begins to question the differences between our two systems of governance. Stalin silenced these voices of dissent with a brutal disregard for human life and imprisoned agitators who spoke out against the Communist Party. Historically America on the other hand, has always spoken out against these oppressions wherever such injustice was present, not to impose our will on others; but rather, to further and nurture freedom.
Perhaps the best example of American Exceptionalism, can be found in what we have called, The Greatest Generation. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, young men and women descended on the recruiting offices of our military, not to protest America, but to sign-up and defend her. However, it was not only young people who felt the call to defend our country, all of society, regardless of political ideology, came together to support our troops, our flag, and our way of life. It has always been the American, “can do” spirit which has allowed our country to accomplish seemingly unimaginable tasks when we needed the efforts of not just our military, but all of our people. It was American Exceptionalism, which led to the creation of what President Dwight Eisenhower called, the Military Industrial Complex; and, it would be American Exceptionalism which would defeat both, Nazi Germany and the Japanese Imperialists.
It should not be easily forgotten, who and what, lies behind the faceless corporations and companies of America. The industrial complex is powered by American workers, a responsive free market economy is driven by American consumers who believe in the concept, from those who much is given, much is expected in return. America is infused with the indomitable spirit of our people; and Americans have always responded to the words spoken by JFK, when he said, “ask not what your country can do for you- ask what you can do for your country.” Using the knowledge gained and the technology developed from our victory of Nazi Germany, America sent men to the moon and returned them safely back to earth, then shared what we learned with the world. Harnessing the ideals of American Exceptionalism, JFK implored our people to do this,”not because it is easy, but because it is hard… to accept the challenge, we intend to win.”
The 1960’s, brought with them some of Americas’ darkest days. Racial injustice, segregation, lynchings, violence, and all manner of hate filled speech. For far too long, the violence was commonplace, and as ugly then, as it is today. Yet here again, the concept of American Exceptionalism, would provide the impetus to make great changes to our social structure. Rejecting the separate but equal Jim Crow mentality, Dr. Martin Luther King, led our country through drastic change, righting many of the wrongs, which had come before. Not through violence, but using persistence, and the belief in the tenants of our Founding Fathers, Dr. King accomplished a great deal of social change, while at the same time, contributing to the concept of not tearing down the US; but rather, contributing to the building of a more perfect union

Christian Attorney’s Push For Final Judgement In Good News Club Case

0
PROVIDENCE, RI – Liberty Counsel filed a motion today asking a federal district court to enter a final default judgment against the Providence Public School District and its superintendent, Dr. Javier Montanez, for discriminating against Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) Rhode Island by not allowing its Good News Clubs on campuses while allowing other clubs to meet. If granted, the court would end the case, and Liberty Counsel would obtain an injunction securing permanent protection to prevent future discrimination against the Good News Clubs. Liberty Counsel will also pursue attorney’s fees and costs against the defendants.
Liberty Counsel previously filed a lawsuit against the school district and administrators did not answer the complaint by the court’s deadline. The school district previously allowed CEF Rhode Island to run a Good News Club at D’Abate Elementary School for the 2019–2020 school year before COVID caused the cancelation of all clubs in Spring 2020. When CEF Rhode Island requested to resume the Good News Club, as well as start a new club at Leviton Elementary for the 2021–2022 school year, district officials failed to respond to repeated facilities use applications by CEF Rhode Island. In March 2021, Liberty Counsel received thousands of pages of public records from the school district revealing that when it denied the Good News Clubs’ facilities use requests by repeated failures to respond, the school district was routinely approving the requests of similar groups. In November and December 2021, Liberty Counsel requested prompt approval of CEF’s requests to hold the after school Good News Clubs. The school district did not approve any of CEF’s facilities use requests, despite Liberty Counsel’s letters setting forth the applicable facts, policies, and law.
In June 2022, the Good News Club even submitted a “community partner” application. Again, the school district never responded while a comparable non-profit club, Girls on the Run, had its first spring meeting on February 27, 2023.
Therefore, for nearly two years, the district has blocked CEF Rhode Island from hosting its elementary school Good News Clubs on district school facilities. Yet other organizations such as Boys and Girls Clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and Girls on the Run are given free use of school facilities for after school programs.
CEF Rhode Island is a Christian non-profit organization and a subsidiary of Child Evangelism Fellowship Inc., an international non-profit worldwide children’s ministry. CEF Good News Clubs positively impact the lives of children and their families. Good News Clubs typically meet once per week, immediately after school, and are led by trained and vetted local community volunteers. The clubs provide religious and other teaching and activities to encourage learning, spiritual growth, and service to others, as well as social, emotional, character, and leadership development.
Good News Clubs do not charge any fee and welcome children with written permission from parents. There are currently more than 4,800 Good News Clubs in public elementary and middle schools across the United States, including in other Rhode Island school districts.
In June 2001, the U.S. Supreme Court in Good News Club v. Milford Central School ruled that public schools violate the First Amendment by not providing equal access and equal treatment to Christian clubs when the school has opened the forum to secular clubs, as in this case.
Liberty Counsel has represented approximately 200 CEF cases nationally and has never lost a case involving Good News Clubs. Liberty Counsel is a public Law Firm and a news
