January Was Kick-Off Month For Montana Republican Law-Makers

0

January was a busy month for Montana Republican leaders and lawmakers. Our Republican supermajority in Helena kicked off the 68th Montana legislative session and your GOP lawmakers have been working together at the Capitol drafting and passing bills that align with our conservative values.

Governor Greg Gianforte addressed in his State of the State that he will make sure Montana is the last best place to live, work, raise a family and do business. Throughout the month of January, the Governor has worked to defend our constitutionally protected rights and our Montana way of life against the Biden administration’s federal overreach.

Our Republican leaders in Helena continue providing conservative leadership that combat unprecedented, fight for our freedom and recognize the God-given liberties while promoting opportunity for every Montanan.

Meanwhile, Senator Steve Daines, Congressmen Matt Rosendale and Ryan Zinke are fighting to uphold our conservative principles and defend Montanans in Washington D.C. They have gaveled into work this year and are proudly standing up to the woke liberal agenda of the Biden administration, while also putting forth Republican solutions that will make our communities safer and stronger.

January was a great month to be Montana Republican, but we must not let up. While Joe Biden and Democrats deliver high gas prices and the worst inflation in 40 years, our Republican leaders in Montana will continue to work and create more jobs and deliver results. The state of Montana has a big election coming up in 2024, and we must start to gear up now in order to ride the red wave.

As I’ve said before and will say again: under Republican leadership, there is no doubt that we will keep Montana, Montana.

For Freedom,

Realtor Foundation Donates $100,000.00 Over Next 7 Years In Bozeman Montana Area

BOZEMAN, Mont. — The Gallatin Realtors Charitable Foundation recently committed to donate $100,000 over the next seven years to the Community Commons Homeward Point project, which will house the Human Resources Development Center’s (HRDC) year-round homeless shelter.

“As representatives of the real estate profession, homelessness is an issue that we are particularly close to, and it’s important for us to give back to the community where we live and work,” said Tyler Garrison, President of the Gallatin REALTORS® Charitable Foundation. “We are grateful for the opportunity to join with the other great organizations who are supporting this worthy project.”

More than a dozen organizations have pledged a total of $2.1 million toward the project. The fundraising effort comes as a response to a grant challenge issued by the Gallatin County Commission, which has agreed to match the funds raised by the business community up to $2.25 million using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Including matching funds, $4.35 million has been raised thus far, which is within striking distance of the overall fundraising goal of $4.5 million.

The Homeward Point shelter is designed from a trauma-informed point of view to address the needs of Bozeman’s homeless community and will include a dedicated space for families. Offices for HRDC staff and community partners will be located within the building to ensure that immediate support is available to those in crisis. Guests will be able to take advantage of a variety of services to help ensure that they are well-supported as they move toward a path of stability. Cease The Lease

Written By Robin Berry

This is an across the country request for all the Governors to stop sending any money or
resources to the current administration on any Federal leases or contracts until such time
as the Federal government actually does the job it is required to do which is to protect our
States from foreign enemies which includes securing our Borders, to balance our Federal
Budget, and to stop sending our money and resources overseas until our own lands are
secure.

 Criminals from all over the globe are pouring into our country bringing drugs,
guns and slaves.
 Felons are no longer held in prisons.
 Unconvicted Citizens are being held in deplorable conditions in our Nation’s
Capital city.

These conditions should constitute an immediate state of emergency for our great nation
of States. Until the Federal Government is ‘repaired’ our State Government should be in
charge of caring for its Citizenry. In our U.S. Constitution Article IV, Sec 4 States:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of
Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of
the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened)
against domestic Violence.

Our current Federal Government is NOT doing its job.

In addition, the 12th Amendment calls for only CITIZENS of each state to vote in our
federal elections, but without verification our elections are being compromised. I stand
today to call all Governors to provide evidence that only living and true Citizens of their
respective States are casting votes in our Federal Elections otherwise their Electoral
Votes WILL NOT BE COUNTED hence forth.

We in this Great Nation are ruled by a Republic form of Government and it is the
responsibility of the Citizens of this great Republic to participate in its governing or lose
our Country.

May God have mercy upon us and give us His strength and His peace.

Casper Wyoming Resident Renters, Alerted To Scam By Casper Police Department

0

On January 27th, 2023, officers with the Casper Police Department responded to an apartment complex located in North Casper, regarding a suspicious call. It was reported several tenants received a written notification from management indicating it was time to schedule their annual pest repellent treatment.

The written notice is very elaborate and provides specific details to the process and time it will take to complete, asking tenants to call a listed number from the notice and make arrangements between a specific date range. The goal of this notice was to have the renters leave their apartments at specific time in order for the fraudsters to burglarize the unsecure apartment.

This information has been shared with our partnering agencies and we ask everyone to remain vigilant, and report any suspicious activity to the Casper Police Department. We encourage you to speak with your rental management if you receive something like this in the future to ensure its legitimacy.
