Liberals Aren’t Stupid

The liberals tell us conservatives are evil, racists, irredeemable and immoral for harboring their beliefs in freedom and liberty. Such vile people who would dare to disagree with their woke point of view would earn their punishment as well as the label, Hitler incarnate. On the other side of this coin, conservatives will tell you liberals are nothing more than a bunch of whinney brats, unwilling to work as productive members of society yet, believing they are entitled to reap all of the benefits and freedoms America has to offer. Choosing instead to demand a “safe space” from which they belittle and denigrate the sacrifices of those who died for our country. In short…they are too stupid for their own good. While these stereotypes may in fact represent only a very small portion of our people, belaboring this point has become a great source of annoyance for many of us who simply want to be left alone, choosing to embrace the age old liberal concept of: you do you, and I’ll do me. |
| The story which follows is intended to be a tongue in cheek look at several widely held liberal beliefs and the consequences resulting from enacting policies which embrace positions brought about by questionable intellect. While it has never been the intention to ridicule or attack anyone who chooses not to share in the belief that America is the greatest country on earth, it is increasingly difficult to ignore the patterns of questionable thinking which apparently are held by half of our citizens. As evidence to support this contention, one only needs to consult the lame stream media whose average IQ is only slightly lower than the percentage of time their reporting is honest and truthful. |
 Just last month following a string of embarrassing Gun buy-back events held in the U.S. which resulted in thousands of Tax Payer’s dollars being paid to individuals who had turned their 3D printed plastic firearms into cash at the Gun Buy-backs held in Houston, Texas and Utica New York, our neighbors to the north apparently felt left out. Acting as a leader with great moral authority and utilizing his own self proclaimed deep thinking intellect, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a sweeping program to confiscate handguns from Canadian citizens. Begging the question, what brave soul would be charged with actually implementing this confiscation? In short order, it was announced it would be none other than the RCMP (Canadian Mounties) who would be tapped for this perilous duty. Calling once again upon the most seasoned law enforcement in all of the great frozen north, the hopes and safety of all Canada rested upon none other than RCMP Special Constable Dudley Do-right. No stone would be left unturned, no railroad track left un-check, and nary a damsel in distress would prevent our hero from confiscating the firearms owned by the sinister villain… Snidely Whiplash. |
| When the smoke cleared, or dare I say, when the Molson was gone and Poutine consumed, our liberal friends to the north were not to be outdone by the foolishness of their political counterparts south of their border. In a joint press conference the RCMP and the Toronto PD, highlighted their success by revealing photos of the firearms they confiscated. Things were going along pretty much as you might expect, given Canadian’s are a people known for being respectful and non-confrontational, until a photo of an old, rusty, corroded relic, quite possibly dating back to the War of 1812 was held up as a prize equal to the concerted effort required by Prime Minister Trudeau. |
| As one would expect this event was unable to escape the ridicule of that bastion of questionable human behavior known as social media. On one side the laughter was palpable and on the other ignorant comments abounded in support of the efforts made to make Canada safe from weapons of war. Queries were made as to the age of this firearm, with some weapons experts identifying it as: serial # 1. Still others recognized it as a piece of history claiming it was once used by George Washington, Cain, and even Moses as he led his people out of bondage. |

Cody Wyoming Man Mark Tate, 43-year-old Killed In Single Vehicle Crash On U.S. Highway 14-A at Marker #9
A Cody Wyoming man, Mark Tate, 43 years-old, was involved in a accident that took place around 11:40 am on U.S. 14-A near mile marker #9. Mark Tate was a passenger in a Ford Ranger that was headed eastbound and the vehicle he was riding in just passed a tractor-trailer, partially. According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the vehicle drifted across the oncoming westbound lanes and hit the shoulder of the road, over correcting towards the right, then crossing again the two westbound lanes and the center turn lane and this time was facing east bound passing lane in a clock wise rotation.
The vehicle then went into the dividing line and between the eastbound lanes rolling through the right-of-way fence and came to rest on it’s wheels. According to the Highway Patrol Trooper on scene, Mark Tate was in seat belted in. According to Wyoming Highway Patrol records, this makes 109 fatalities on Wyoming highways so far in the year of 2022
Park County Wyoming Officials Violate Their Oaths In GROSS Negligent Fashion
The oath breaking and bond violating elected officials
are: Sheriff Scott Steward, County Attorney Bryan Skoric, County
Clerk Colleen Renner, and County Commissioners Dossie
Overfield, Scott Mangold, Lee Livingston, Lloyd Thiel, and Joe
Tilden.
All of these elected officials are required to take an oath
to obey and abide by the U.S. and Wyoming Constitutions. The
oath says: “I, {name}, having been elected {office} for Park
county, State of Wyoming, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I
will faithfully and impartially perform the duties of the {office
position} of the County of Park, State of Wyoming, and I will
support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States,
and the Constitution of the State of Wyoming; that I have not
knowingly violated any law related to my election or
appointment, or caused it to be done by others; and that I will
discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.”
In the Wyoming Constitution, Article 6, Section 13
states that “The legislature shall pass laws to secure the purity
of elections, and guard against abuses of the elective franchise.”
In contracts, once a contract is violated, it is breached, and
becomes null and void. The U.S. Supreme Court’s Marbury v.
Madison decision, 5 U.S. 137, (1803), states: “Certainly all those
who have framed written Constitutions contemplate them as
forming the fundamental and paramount law of the nation, and
consequently the theory of every such government must be
that an act of the Legislature repugnant to the Constitution is
void.”
With this background, here is how every single official
listed above has violated their oath to the U.S. and Wyoming
Constitutions. Several Park County groups and individuals
requested to hand count the election ballots, and had a meeting
with the County Commissioners on April 5, 2022. This was due
to the lack of confidence in the ES&S voting machines imposed
on voters by the Wyoming governor and legislature. With a
simple request to make a verifying hand count of ballots for the
2022 primary elections, we were denied this opportunity in a
most repugnant way. At this point, they then considered letting
us count the 2020 paper ballots with the blessing of the
Secretary of State, but then we were denied the right to do
even that.
First, every one of these officials claims that Wyoming
Statutes trump the Wyoming Constitution. BUT, Marbury v.
Madison, as quoted above, inherently and distinctly shows this
is improper and a violation of all of our rights, both yours and
every other citizen of Wyoming. Every elected official took an
oath to obey the U.S. and Wyoming Constitutions, but they
choose to hide behind statutes and not fulfill their oaths.
Demonstratively they have shown that they care more about
their elected official capacity as opposed to serving “We the
People”.
Second, on May 17, 2022, Bryan Skoric, spoke with the
County Commissioners together with many other individuals
and groups. He indicated, just like the Secretary of State, Ed
Buchanan, that Wyoming Statutes trump our Wyoming
Constitution, which, again, claims that we shall have purity of
elections. This cannot be done without hand counting. Mr.
Skoric indicated and said out loud that the hand counted ballots
would show different numbers than the machines. How is this
even possible? It was an acknowledgement that even voting
machines can be tampered with and corrupted. And many have
been. Colleen Renner has also concluded the same. Why would
our state legislators demand to use the machines, when there is
a viable alternative to ensure our elections are safe, fair, and
impartial. Does it make sense to you that these elected officials
do not want you to know that these electronic election
machines are insecure?
Third, with due diligence from several individual voters
and groups of voters, a perfect situation presented itself. With
the help of public schools and many citizens, they were able to
demonstrate that it will take about seventy-five (75) seconds for
one person to count a ballot. The question then becomes: Why
would you not want to ensure secure elections and only rely on
machines? We have been hand counting ballots since 1776.
Fourth, the reason why we are making this public is that
we have reached out to our County Commissioners, we have
reached out to Sheriff Scott Steward, we have reached out to
Governor Mark Gordon, and we have made criminal complaints
that are required when these elected officials fail to uphold
their oaths and duties. In reality, here is a response from our
Sheriff, “OK there is a statute that says that ballots are to be
counted by machine and they shall be counted by machine. And
pursuant to the constitution they are not public record.” This is
inaccurate and false as there is nothing in the U.S. or Wyoming
Constitution that comes even close to that statement.
Fifth and last, as we write this document with the facts
of what we attempted to accomplish, We the People, must
understand how our politicians, whether County Commissioner,
Sheriff, Clerk, or County Attorney, actually violate their oaths to
OUR Constitutions. There are other groups out there holding

Call to Action
Each and every one of the named elected officials have violated
their Oath of Office, and washed their hands of
their Constitutional responsibility to the people. The above
officials are no longer qualified to represent the concerned
voters of Park County. Their inaction voids their signed Oath and
we demand that they immediately step down. The only
acceptable alternative is to allow the People to hand count the
2020 election, in its entirety, as demanded by We the People.
Failure to act will result in immediate claims against the legally
required surety bonds held by each of the named individuals.
We are blessed with a representative Republic and We the
People demand respect for the tenants of our founding
documents because without these we live in tyranny.
Rock Springs Wyoming, Stillwater County, Sheriff’s Office Bidding Car Auction Starts Nov 1, 2022

Self Defense May Have Been Reason No Arrests Have Been Made In Cheyenne Shooting
So far no arrests have been made regarding a shooting that happened at the TA Travel Center just East of Interstate 80 service road. According to Captain Kevin James, deputies responded to the scene at about 3:00 p,m. and discovered a man who had been shot.
The man was dead. Law Enforcement Officials and the Corners office is trying to locate the next of kin. Once that is done the name of the deceased will be released to the media.
So far the shooter was detained just as a person of interest, but no charges have been filed as of today.
If the person of interest is charged, then they will release that individuals name at that time. In the mean time, the Media will wait for further updates .
