Secret Service and DHS Compromised Under Joe Biden Administration

April 12, 2022|National News

The Homeland Security, Secret Service, was compromised by defendants Arian Taherzadeh and Haider Ali who were both charged with one count of false impersonation of an Officer of the United States which violates Title 18, United States Code, Section 912

According to documents filed by prosecutors, the Wyoming News learned that as early as February of 2020, Taherzadeh and Ali had been pretending to be officers or employees of the United States Government and acted as such.

During their conduct, Taherzadeh and Ali attempted to use their false and fraudulent affiliation with DHS to ingratiate themselves with members of federal law enforcement and the defense community.

Multiple members of the United States Secret Service (USSS) Agents compromised with a Department of Homeland Security Officer.

Of these individuals, they received from the defendants rent-free luxury apartments with rent paid in full for $40,000.00 per apartment.

iPhones, surveillance systems, a drone, a flat-screen television, a case for storing an assault rifle, a generator, and law enforcement paraphernalia were given to USSS agents and a Department of Homeland Security Officer as gifts.

Taherzadeh also offered these individuals use of what he represented to be “Official Government Vehicles.” In addition, Taherzadeh offered to purchase a $2,000 assault rifle for a United Secret Service Agent assigned to the First Ladys’ protective detail.

As of April 4, 2022, as a result of this conduct, four members of the Secret Service were placed on administrative leave pending further investigation.

In furtherance of their false and fraudulent conduct, Taherzadeh and Ali recruited an individual to be an “employee of DHS” and “serve on their task force.” As part of the“recruitment process,” the defendants required that the “applicant” be shot with an Airsoft rifle to evaluate their pain tolerance and reaction.

After being shot, the applicant was informed this was part of the hiring process.

The applicant also was assigned to research an individual who provided support to the Department of Defense and the intelligence community.

The fake cop scam was working well for some time until

on March 14, 2022, a United States Postal Inspector (USPIS) responded, in Washington, D.C., to investigate an alleged assault involving a United States Postal Service (USPS) letter carrier.

The apartment complex, located at, is large and contains multiple units on several floors. During the investigation, the USPIS inspector learned from individuals living at the apartment complex that two individuals, Arian

Taherzadeh and Haider Ali, who represent themselves as Department of Homeland SecurityInvestigations (HSI) Special Agents, may have witnessed the assault on the postal carrier.  According to the Postal Inspector, both Taherzadeh and Ali then identified themselves as being with the Department of Homeland Security and Ali stated that Taherzadeh was an HSI Special Agent which they informed the Postal Inspector that HSI Special Agent was a deputized “special police” with the city government of the District of Columbia, and involved with undercover gang-related investigations.

They claimed to be investigating the violence at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.

The USPIS inspector discovered that both individuals utilized a black GMC SUV and described it as their “official DHS vehicle.” According to residents, this vehicle has emergency lights.

The USPIS inspector learned from residents that Taherzadeh and Ali have video surveillance set up in various parts of the apartment complex.

Both men bragged to residents, they accessed any-time all cellular telephones of the residents in the apartment complex.

The Postal Inspector or USPIS inspector, more appropriately called, discovered that several members of the USSS and members of the Uniformed and Protection divisions were living at the complex paid for by Taherzadeh and Ali.

This seemed suspicious to the USPIS Inspector who decided to report what he discovered to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for further investigation.

When the FBI got involved, they corroborated the statements obtained by the USPIS Inspector from the residents that lived in the building.

This is how events occurred and went down.

The sun was brightly shining one Friday morning in April, when KC Williams, the disaster and emergency services director for the City of Billings and Yellowstone County, stripped off the packaging from two new deployable surveillance camera units.

cams4The sunshine is essential because both units are solar powered.

“They should last three to four days with no sunlight. If they have sunlight, of course they’ll run indefinitely,” explained Dave Worrell, technician for ECamSecure, who traveled from Las Vegas, NV to Billings to provide training on the two new units.

On the days that lack sunshine, the units can also operate on a generator or electricity, which is a good possibility on overcast days, and during our winters with less daylight hours.cams2

But the technological features of the units go far beyond solar power.

Situated on top of a retractable mast, a 360-degree camera, an infrared camera, and a third camera that can tilt, zoom, and pan, the units will serve as extra sets of eyes for first responders.cams1

“These are able to go anywhere we need them to go and provide us those eyes for security reasons,” said Williams.

With no set plans on when the units will make their debut, Williams said they can be used at a variety of occasions, like local events, protests, hazmat scenes, emergency scenarios, high-risk intersections, and more.

“Maybe it’s not safe to be right there, but we can put eyes on it and watch it develop. So, any number of things where you need to have visibility, more than just one person, you need to have constant and long-term visibility of it, that’s what these are for,” Williams said.

cams7Also equipped with a PA system, operators can trigger custom verbal alerts, whether it be a warning, or an emergency message.

“It will help give us a better public safety response when we have large crowds out here. It just makes everything safer,” said Williams.

cams8

The units were purchased through a United States Department of Homeland Security grant for $68,000.

All emergency agencies in Yellowstone County will be able to use the units, including the Billings police and fire departments, the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office, EMS, DES, rural fire departments and Laurel.

Williams also said his office shares resources with nearby counties like Carbon County.

The agency using the units will be able to watch live and control the cameras remotely. Video footage is also stored for review. cams on computer 2

With a history in law enforcement and firefighting, Williams is certain the units will be an invaluable tool.

Hardening Pharaoh's Heart: How's That Fiar?

April 10, 2022 | by Gavriel Lakser

If Pharaoh’s actions are imposed upon him by God, how can he be held accountable and be punished for those actions?

One of the curious, even troubling, details of the episode of the Ten Plagues is God’s hardening of Pharaoh’s heart, in which God essentially forces Pharaoh to refuse to free the Israelites despite the suffering being inflicted upon him.

If Pharaoh’s actions are not free but are imposed upon him by God, how can he be held accountable and be punished for those actions?

Perhaps it is not Pharaoh, alone, whose freedom of choice is inhibited. Rabbi Eliyahu Dessler (1892-1953) explains that while free choice is an essential human quality, it only exists at what he calls the “nekudat ha’bekhira,” the point of choice. Using the analogy of traditional warfare, he explains that just as the battle between two combatants occurs only at the point of engagement or at the battlefront, while the territory on either side of that front is firmly in the hands of one or the other of the combatants, so too, man’s freedom to choose is limited to situations where there is tension between two competing interests of equal force at play.

For example, one who is torn between choosing to give a generous donation to an important charity cause or using that money for a new car he had been planning to purchase would involve genuine free will in whichever decision he ultimately chooses. In contrast, small acts of charity that involve little self-sacrifice are not within the realm of free choice for that individual because he will not hesitate to perform them. Similarly, to completely deny himself of material luxuries is not within the realm of choice as he is not capable of such extreme self-negation.

The battle lines of free choice do not remain fixed.

For others, the battlefront lies elsewhere. The gang member who has been taught to steal and murder is incapable of giving charity at all. For him, the point of choice may be whether to commit a violent crime or not.

It is also true, Rabbi Dessler asserts, that just like in war, the battle lines of free choice do not remain fixed. For the individual for whom giving charity is the point of tension, by making the moral choice he conquers new territory such that it will be now easier for him to make the same choice on future occasions. Eventually, after choosing to give charity enough times, this may no longer be a point of tension or an exercise in free will for that individual. The reverse is true as well.
As such, the reality is that many of our so-called ‘choices’ in life are, in fact, not choices at all. Rather, they are decisions we are conditioned and habituated to make. One could even say we are enslaved to those choices.

Pharaoh’s Free Will and the Ten Plagues

Let us now explore how Rabbi Dessler’s definition of free will would apply in the case of Pharaoh.

Note that through the first five plagues it is Pharaoh who stiffens his own heart. And yet, we find that there is genuine tension in his decisions each step of the way. In fact, that tension appears to intensify with the progression of plagues. During the first few plagues (i.e. blood and frogs), Pharaoh’s choice to resist is bolstered by his magicians’ ability to duplicate the plagues. However, Pharaoh’s defiance of God is put to the test when, beginning with the third plague (lice), the magicians are unable to replicate God’s wonders, and then, further, when God begins to discriminate between the Egyptians and the Israelites in enforcing the plagues (beginning with the fourth plague of wild beasts).

Indeed, it is during the fourth plague that Pharaoh bends for the first time, as he is finally prepared to negotiate with Moses on the prospect of the Israelite’s being given the freedom to worship their God (8:21-24). It almost appears that God is trying to encourage Pharaoh to make the right decision without stripping him of his dignity and the freedom to choose.

But while Pharaoh bends, he does not break. Indeed, with each act of resistance, he only strengthens that resistance and enslaves himself to further defying God.
It is with the onset of the sixth plague (boils) that, for the first time, God hardens Pharaoh’s heart. And it is also then that God informs Moses that He will now begin to show His true power and glory to Pharaoh, striking at the Egyptians with an intensity unrealized until that point. The hail, locusts, darkness, and the slaying of the first-born are afflictions such that Egypt had never experienced- “so that you will know that the earth is God’s.” (9:29)

With Pharaoh – by his own doing – no longer capable of choosing to submit before God, there is no longer any purpose in trying to help him make the correct choice. Rather, this becomes the perfect opportunity for God to demonstrate His true grandeur. Of course, under such extreme conditions, even Pharaoh is prepared to submit. However, such submission would not be through any freedom of choice but only a reflex response to the unbearable suffering he is forced to endure. As such, God’s strengthening of Pharaoh’s heart, in fact, only helps Pharaoh act in accordance with his true nature and temperament.

Because Pharaoh dictates that enslavement, it is he who bears responsibility for it.

Pharaoh is no more or less free in his choices than we are in ours. Like each of us, most of his decisions in life are habitual. In those few areas in which he has genuine choice, he makes the wrong choice, thus, leading himself into greater enslavement towards wickedness. And because he dictates that enslavement, it is he who bears responsibility for it.

Freedom is never without significant limitations. Indeed, in seeking freedom for His people, God commands Pharaoh, “Send out my nation so that they can serve me- “vaya’avduni”. The more literal translation of vaya’avduni is, “so they will be enslaved to me.”

Free people are servile as well. The difference between a free person and a slave is that the free individual chooses whom he serves. In choosing God, the Jewish people choose a life of sanctity and virtue with the hope of becoming so habituated to righteous behavior that there is no longer any tension or struggle in choosing to do what is right and good.

CHEYENNE, Wy — The Cheyenne Police Department (CPD) is partnering with law
enforcement agencies across the state on a traffic safety campaign to help put a stop to texting  and distracted driving.  Beginning April 4 through April 11, officers, deputies, and troopers are working together to  increase patrols to stop and cite drivers who are texting and driving.

A National Highway Traffic Safety Administration study found 3,142 people killed in collisions caused by distracted driving in 2019, including 566 individuals who were not occupants of
vehicles (pedestrians, bicyclists, and others). It found texting and driving to be one of the most  dangerous forms of distracted driving and at any given moment, about 660,000 drivers are using  or manipulating electronic devices while behind the wheel.

The CPD says drivers should not text and drive at any time, but if you need to text, pull over and do not drive while doing so. If you are the driver, the CPD offers the following safety tips:

Tips for Safe Driving
• If you are expecting a text message or need to send one, pull over and park your car in a
safe location. Once you are safely off the road and parked, it is safe to text.

• Designate your passenger as your “designated texter.” Allow them access to your phone
to respond to calls or messages.

• Do not engage in social media scrolling or messaging while driving.
• Activate your phone’s “Do Not Disturb” feature, or put your cell phone in the trunk,
glove box, or back seat of your vehicle until you arrive at your destination.

Grass Fire Threatens Minot International Airport

Grass Fire Threatens Minot International Airport

April 5, 2022|National News

Firefighters successfully extinguished a grass fire that threatened the Minot International
Airport Monday afternoon. No flights were impacted, no injuries were recorded, and all
structures were protected.  Fire crews were dispatched at about 3:30 p.m. Monday, April 4 after reports of a grass-fire in Northeast Minot.

Strong winds fueled the fire quickly as it scorched approximately 100 acres. The fire was under control by 6 p.m. Monday evening. “It grew quickly but thanks to the quick response and help from all responding agencies  we were able to avoid any critical damage,” says Battalion Chief Glen Hardy. “Things  can really take a hard turn with dry conditions and strong winds like that.” The cause of the fire is still under investigation says Hardy, adding that any spark can  lead to major grass fires if the ground is dry enough.

Hardy stresses the importance of
knowing the fire index if you plan on any type of outdoor fire as well. Area fire indexes
can be found on the ND Response State website:  www.ndresponse.gov/burn-ban-restrictions-fire-danger-maps Minot Fire Department, Minot Rural Fire, Surrey Fire Department, Burlington Fire Department, and Minot Air Force Base Fire Department all assisted in the call. Minot Inter- national Operations staff aided in securing the airfield. Normal airport operations resumed by 6 p.m. at Minot International Airport. Incoming  flights were able to use an alternate runaway during the fire.

We Need Some New Conspiracy Theories

April 5, 2022|Local News

By Marc Kelley
Over the last two years, I have laughed at, poked fun at, and rolled my eyes at many subjects which my friends brought to my attention. My behavior was not driven by malice or moral indignation; but rather, what I believed at the time to be common sense. I have had to repeatedly call friends, my hat in my hand, and apologize for not believing what they had to say. For decades I was proud to say my education in medicine allowed me to help people, to advocate for their wishes, and care for them as compassionately as I would want for my loved ones. In 2022, I am very cautious about telling people about my medical background because of the damage done by the medical establishment and their lies about COVID-19. Not until I began to learn of and study the concept of The Overton Window, did I fully appreciate the depths of depravity which our politician’s and a dis-ingenious media have achieved.

In political science, The Overton Window is used to describe concepts which are both within the accepted norms for society, as well as, to identify those ideas which are too extreme and therefore outside acceptable social norms. A common misconception many people hold, is the boundaries of The Overton Window are defined by the political class. The truth of the matter is just as it has always been, social norms are defined by “We The People”.

In 2022, a host of societal changes are coming into focus. The extreme liberal left is a small, but very vocal group, hellbent on changing the perception of the American people on topics such as: parental rights, bodily autonomy, climate change, and the possession of firearms. However the liberal left is not alone in their seedy ideology. Extremist groups on both sides of the political aisle routinely engage in propaganda campaigns pushing their ideology on the public. Changing the public’s perception of a given idea or event, can shift the Overton Window and bring a change in the way we think about a given subject. Ideas which were once thought of as radical can be made to appear mainstream through the use of media, celebrities, crises, or historical events.

By looking back at history we can find many examples of how outside events and groups have changed public perception; and as a result, brought about sweeping changes to our society. Perhaps the best example of this sweeping change can be seen with the passage of the 18th Amendment and the prohibition of alcohol. Once again, a relatively small but very vocal group of church leaders, activists and politicians used their platform to convince the American People, alcohol was the root cause for our societies increase in crime, homelessness, and moral decay of our country. Over a period of two years, this media campaign changed the perception of alcohol consumption from a recreational event, to the idea alcohol itself represented the scourge ravaging our country. In 1920 the 18th Amendment was ratified by the states, signed into law, and Prohibition became the law of the land. As with all dramatic changes, the law of second and third order consequences began to express itself, and by 1933 the American People had a change of heart, realizing they were not in favor of banning alcohol. As a result The Overton Window again shifted and The 21st Amendment was passed, repealing prohibition, and returning the consumption of alcohol into mainstream acceptance.

In 2016, the effects of a shift in The Overton Window were fully displayed with the election of Donald Trump. The people of America had grown tired of a corrupt political class, propped up by a corrupt media. No matter how they tried to sell us on the idea a “New World Order” was just what America needed, the people in fly-over-country had reached their limit of tolerance and voted to make a change. This action shifted The Overton Window to the right and with it, America embraced a new found freedom with far less government interference.
So incensed by the voices of the American People, the political elites immediately began their counter-offensive. “Russian Collusion” became their message to justify a change back to the status quo. Obsessed with regaining power, the deep state employed every weapon in their arsenal. Yet, try as they may to stop it, America prospered, and with it, so did the American People. The more the media hated on Trump, the stronger he became and the more working class American believed in his message. However, Trump is just a single man, a messenger for sure, an agent for change, and defined as the left’s, orange faced ensign of evil. Yet, it was not Trump, but rather the American People who so angered the self-appointed elite’s for daring to have our voices heard. While Trump endured the personal attacks, driven by the corrupt “Old Guard” in Washington, behind the scenes a much more insidious group searched for a message which would shift The Overton Window back to more government control and less freedom for the American People.

Enter COVID-19, the perfect vehicle needed to justify the punishment of the “little people” and their precious freedoms. We were sold the idea that it was a patriotic duty to stop the spread of the virus and were told we simply needed, “two week’s to flatten the curve.” We were told our best medical minds were “following the science” and they would lead us out of the darkness of a global pandemic. Now, better than two years into, “two week’s to flatten the curve”, the truth is emerging. Masks don’t work, lockdowns don’t work, shutting down the economy doesn’t work, and kids rarely get or spread the virus. Only now, as a result of a Federal Lawsuit, is Pfizer Pharmaceutical coming clean about what they knew was true of their own vaccine. If anyone would have dared to utter the very words found in Pfizer’s own internal documents, you would have been branded a “right wing, anti-vax nut job, spreading conspiracy theories. For speaking out and asking questions, you would have been ridiculed publicly, banned from social media, and branded a pariah for trying to murder the Grandma’s of our country.

Over the past two years we have been told to follow the science; yet, we have heard very little about what is called the Scientific Method. The Scientific Method describes the process by which the world’s greatest minds have relied upon for millennia. This method, coupled with a great mind has proven time and time again, the most effective approach in achieving the solution’s to some of humanity’s greatest problems. The Scientific Method has been taught in every discipline imaginable including: engineering, medicine, geology and astronomy. To ignore this critical thinking method is a grave mis-service to your field of study, and an even greater dis-service to the public. When COVID-19 was first identified as a cudgel which could be used against President Trump, a dishonest media drove a narrative, fueled by trillions of dollars in government spending to entice the medical community into abandoning the search for truth and replace their moral compass with greed and a lust for power. Never again will the medical community regain the trusted status which they had earned as healers; but rather, from this time forward, their motives will be questioned at every turn. So pardon me if you will, when I say, we need to find some new conspiracy theories, all of my old ones seem to be coming true.
