Wyoming Penitentiary suffers Covid Return amongst vaccinated

Covid-19 started to show it’s ugly head in Mid July. According to Prison sources, ” Covid seems to be coming into the prison by the workers themselves and was not spread by the inmate population..

According to Paul Martin, who spoke with the Wyoming News, stated, ” No plans are in place to require employee vaccinatons, Ido not think that is even legall t require of employees.”

Martin did explain that about 40% of their employees have been vaccinated and of those 12 individuals, 8of them already had been vaccinated—not good odds for the vaccination’s reliability.

Across the board, 65% of inmates have received the Pfizer, Janssen, or Moderna vaccine injections.
