Cody Chigh School Student Passed Away. Condolences From District #6
The school was informed this Friday morning that the student would not be attending any more school permanently as the student was deceased.
According to Tim Foley, interim superintendent, the High School will be extra calm and will be demonstrating compassion.
The Park County School Has an intervention crisis response team available to counsel those that may need the extra emotional support during this trying and sad time. When a student is lost, that school community feels the void of that missing student and it can be a very emotional trying time getting through the grief and shock.
The Foley indicated that the “District Expresses our deepest condolences to the family during this very difficult time.”
