Individuals Arrested By Laramie County Sheriff’s Office

33-year-old Amber Wessel from Rock Springs, Wyoming, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from SweetWater County for cruelty to animals.

31-year-old Alissa Gracia was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on a previous shoplifting charge.

22-year-old David R. Herrera Jr. was arrested for a warrant for failing to pay a previous court case.

36-year-old John D Hill was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay on a previous court case.

33-year-old Joseph N. Hernandez was arrested on a felony warrant for third-degree arson, two misdemeanor warrants for interference with a peace officer (no injury), and misdemeanor warrants for unlawful entry and theft.

30-year-old Joshua Reid was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor Warrant for failing to pay in a previous court case.

61-year-old Lamar D. Baker was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for theft.

43-year-old Manuelito A. Lovato was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to pay in a previous court case.
