32-year-old Marcus Devante Mayberry arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Friday, May 10, when a SUV that he was a passenger near North College Drive and East 12th Street. https://www.cheyennepd.org
Police say the tag came back expired as of Dec. 31, 2023, but the plate had a current December 2024 green sticker, and when they stopped the SUV, the driver stated she purchased new stickers that morning.
Mayberry was a long-time fugitive who had an active warrant for his arrest for violation of his probation.
Police say Mayberry had an active warrant for probation been on the run since Sept of 2019
