Joe Biden You Have Wyoming Blood On Your Hands

Joe Biden not only is out of touch with American and his surroundings; he is making blunder after blunderous decisions that affect Americans directly, but Internationally speaking, Biden’s bad decisions are making America a joke.

Rylee McCollum was a Wyoming kid who graduated from the Jackson High School and was unfortunately one of the thirteen Marines who were killed by an Isis suicide bomber that the Taliban purposely let through the check points so that the bombers could attack the U.S. directly on Thurdsay, in Kabul, Afghanistan. Rylee was a newly wed and an expecting father.

Altogether, over 100 people were injured, children, babies, mothers, fathers and grandparents, all who were seeking freedom, and a way out of the country.

According to DOD records, this was the deadliest day for U.S. Troops in about nine or 10 years.

Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow issued the following statement:

“Saying that I am grateful for Rylee’s service to our country does not begin to encapsulate the grief and sadness I feel today as a mother and as an American. My heart and prayers are with Rylee’s family, friends, and the entire Jackson community.”

“We will find many ways to honor Rylee for this ultimate and untimely sacrifice in the coming months and years – but for now, my arms are wrapped around Rylee’s loved ones from afar and I pray they find some comfort.”

Cheyenne Man Arrested After Shots Fired

CHEYENNE, Wy — On August 27 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Cheyenne Police Officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired near the intersection of Dell Range Boulevard and Ontario Avenue.

It is alleged that the passenger of a 2012 Toyota Camry, later identified as Harley Cole, 27, of Cheyenne, fired shots in the direction of several local businesses while traveling east on Dell Range Blvd.

The driver of a passing pickup truck reportedly noticed the firearm, notified police, and proceeded to follow the Camry to a residence near the 6700 block of Braehill Road.

Cole then pointed his firearm in the direction of the truck driver.

Responding officers quickly arrived at the location and apprehended Cole. Cole was taken into custody and booked into the Laramie County jail for aggravated assault (threat with a weapon).

Court Reverses Itself In Favor Of Pro-Life NY Defendants

BROOKLYN, NY — A three-judge panel of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed its prior opinion and affirmed the district court’s denial of a preliminary injunction sought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, thus denying her attempt to censor the Christian and pro-life speech of 13 defendants outside Choices Women’s Medical Center in Jamaica, NY.

Liberty Counsel’s client Scott Fitchett, Jr., is a pre-K teacher who has spent Saturdays peacefully sharing the gospel on public sidewalks throughout New York City, including outside Choices “to persuade women to change their minds about seeking an abortion by communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

In a well-written and lengthy opinion, U.S. District Judge Carol Bagley Amon previously denied an injunction sought by the attorney general against the pro-life Christians who counsel women and preach the gospel on the public sidewalks outside the abortion facility. The attorney general appealed to the Second Circuit, and a divided three-judge panel reversed the district court. The Christian and pro-life defendants filed motions asking the court of appeals to reconsider its ruling.

Today, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in a 3-0 opinion set aside its ruling and reinstated the district court’s order that denied the attorney general’s request for a preliminary injunction.

The Second Circuit stated today, “Accordingly, we affirm the denial of the Attorney General’s motion for a preliminary injunction and remand to the district court for a full consideration of the merits. In doing so, and consistent with prior holdings of our Court, we do not specifically affirm or question the array of evidentiary and factual findings made by the district court. Rather, we hold simply that the district court did not abuse its discretion in finding that preliminary injunctive relief was not warranted at this time. Although we are doubtful about certain aspects of the district court’s findings, we are at the same time persuaded that [the district court’s] ultimate determination that plaintiff was not entitled to a preliminary injunction did not constitute an abuse of [its] discretion.”)

Fitchett and 12 other defendants were sued in June 2017 by former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman who sought a preliminary injunction to shut down the Christian and pro-life speech of the defendants. Judge Amon’s order categorically rejected all of the AG’s claims that Fitchett threatened or intimidated Choices patients or interfered with their access to the facility. To the contrary, Judge Amon found, “His sole activity was to preach and hold a sign [CHRIST DIED FOR SIN] while standing at the edge of the sidewalk,” and credited Fitchett’s testimony “that he preached the gospel outside an abortion clinic,” against “what he perceives to be outrageous sin.”

Schneiderman filed the original lawsuit under the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE), enacted by Congress to prevent actual violence and physical obstruction of abortion facility entrances, and similar New York laws. Schneiderman intended to silence the pro-life and Christian messages he openly despised. He launched the lawsuit against Fitchett and the other defendants with a press conference outside Choices, where he touted his pro-abortion credentials while shockingly berating pro-life Christians who he said “run their mouths” with “unlawful, un-American rhetoric.” Flanked by the millionaire abortionist and Choices owner Merle Hoffman, Schneiderman smugly declared, “We are not a nation where you can choose your point of view,” and denigrated Christians’ efforts to counsel women and advocate for the life of the unborn as “horrifying” and “illegal.” In a sad twist of irony, Schneiderman would resign in disgrace less than a year later after serious allegations that he physically abused four women.

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “This a great victory. We are pleased that the Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed its prior opinion and reinstated the district court’s well-reasoned opinion that thwarted the attorney general’s attempt to censor our client. Scott Fitchett did nothing wrong by exercising his First Amendment right to preach the gospel on a public sidewalk. The AG’s lawsuit is politically-motivated and patently frivolous.” Liberty Counsel is a public Law firm and a news partner with the Wyoming News.

Employees Terminated If No COVID Shots Not Supported By Law

AUGUSTA, ME – Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit yesterday in the U.S. District Court of Maine on behalf of more than 2,000 health care workers against Governor Janet Mills, health officials of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and five of Maine’s largest hospital systems regarding the state’s attempt to ignore federal law and remove religious exemptions and accommodations from unlawful COVID shot mandates for health care workers.

Judge Jon D. Levy held a short hearing today and will expedite the case for a status conference next Tuesday, at which time he will set a preliminary injunction hearing in early September in advance of the September 17 deadline required for the Johnson and Johnson injections.

This morning, Liberty Counsel was made aware of one nurse who was fired from Northern Light last night. She was terminated after submitting her religious exemption request. Northern Light told this nurse in Maine only medical exemptions are permitted. This employer, like the other defendants, at the direction of Gov. Mills, is operating as though the federal employment law, Title VII, does not exist.

This same nurse immediately applied to another healthcare facility and was told this facility would love to hire her. However, she was told the facility receives state funding and must abide by Gov. Mills’ order which does not permit religious exemptions.

One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is a dental office that is being told by Gov. Mills employees must be terminated if they do not get the COVID shots and do not have a medical exemption. Some of the employees do have religious exemptions. On behalf of this dentist and his office, Liberty Counsel argues that Gov. Mills and the state defendants are violating the First Amendment Free Exercise of Religion.

Governor Mills and state officials explicitly and illegally claim that federal law does not apply to health care workers in Maine and that no protections or considerations are given to their religious beliefs, and they must receive a COVID-19 injection by October 1, 2021. Gov. Mills has threatened to revoke the licenses of all health care employers who fail to mandate that all employees receive the COVID-19 injection.

All health care workers are protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act which does provide for religious exemptions and accommodations and mandates that employers provide them. Furthermore, COVID shots cannot be mandatory under Title VII. In general, employee vaccine religious exemption requests must be accommodated, where a reasonable accommodation exists without undue hardship to the employer, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Many people hold sincere religious beliefs against taking any vaccines, or taking those derived from aborted fetal cell lines, or taking those sold by companies that profit from the sale of vaccines and other products derived from abortion.

Further, all private health care employers and workers in Maine that are employed by the state also have protection for the exercise of their sincerely held religious beliefs under the First Amendment. These employees do not shed their constitutional rights upon entering government employment. Maine law provides a long-established common law right to all individuals to refuse unwanted medical care. Liberal Cody Mayor Threatens Ron Hill Over Conservative Sign

Ron Hill for Cody Mayor!

We don’t want the newcomers to change our Cody into what they left, aka, California! Cody is the desire of many because many from Cody have taken great pains to keep it from becoming like the places all of these people left. Why would we hand Cody over to them when we can see the deterioration they have allowed in their own state?

Ron Hill knows he is on the right side of the private property issue and I love that he speaks his mind and lets the chips fall where they may. Furthermore, he is undeterred – as he should be. We need strong leaders throughout our country to guard against intrusions of all kinds. Ron Hill showed, in this interview with Wyoming News, that he is a strong leader

Hall, on the other hand comes off rather slippery to me.

Thank you, Wyoming News for getting interviews that are worth watching!

Watched the interview with Ron Hill. Perhaps you should interview the “liberal” Mayor.

Ron Hill for Mayor.

Thanks Wyoming News for reporting on the news that the Cody Enterprise does not report on.

It’s time, for Cody Conservatives to speak the truth and stand up against this liberalism in Cody, that is a WEED!

Liberals are trying to take over Cody. It is time to root them out, throw them away, and go back to God Family and Guns, and in that order.

I might also add the Rhinos need not apply. Ron Hill for mayor is not a bad idea. I’ll vote for him and I am new to Cody and Wyoming. In fact I am from California and I LIKE THE SIGN.

Park County And City Of Cody Negotiating Joint Sewage Plant

The City of Cody and the County of Park County are working together to perhaps have a joint sewage plant that would benefit both.

According to Park County officials, the city of Cody and the County may use and develop a larger, more efficient sewage plant for both the county residents and the city residents.

Currently, the City of Cody is more involved with what is called a sewer service and will be for a few years down the road, according to County Officials. Commissioner Joe Tilden wants to see the city and County work together on basically an enhanced sewerage plant.

Brian Edwards, Park County Engineer, stated that it “would be a good idea.”

Park County And City Of Cody Negotiating Joint Sewage Plant

Having one sewage plant for both entities is better than having separate sewage plant systems; indicated Brian Edwards Park County Engineer. The current lagoons in the county are getting very old and they need to be updated. If the County and City will work together on a sewage plant, the old County plant/lagoons will be terminated.

Costs are a large factor in identifying the probability of this new venture, and if it would work and exactly how much that it would cost the taxpayers in the end, after all, it will be their money that is spent. According to the City of Cody, their new plant is to go online in late fall or possibly early spring time depending on final construction target dates.

Biblical Evidence Found That Is Described In Amos and Zechariah

Ever wonder if the bible is a story book or if it is really accurate and true? Well, once again, Archaeologists have uncovered an event that was fore-told in the book of Amos, the first verse. An earthquake was described in the bible. The earthquake struck the kingdom of Judah.

Israeli archaeologists are dumb founded that what they discovered was that the earth-quake evidence they uncovered is talked about in the Torah/Bible in the books of Amos and Zechariah. The building that was uncovered and discovered was in the city of David. That building was in Jerusalem, Israel.

The findings match exactly what the biblical description account describes. This gives only one conclusion, and that is, the earthquake struck the land of Israel during the reign of King Ozias, and shook to the ground the capital of the kingdom in the city of David, Jerusalem, Israel. Just like the bible says it did in the book of Amos and Zechariah.

Found were containers, lamps, bowls, kitchen utensils, storage jars, and many other artifacts destroyed, indicating that in fact they were destroyed by method of an earthquake, just like the bible said over 2,000 years ago.
