Wyoming Marijuana Advocates Plan September Petition Circulation
Beginning September 1, 2021, the Wyoming Marijuana drug advocates will attempt once again to gain enough signatures to get the ballot measure on the voting block. This time, however, a twist to the Marijuana campaign in the form of two separate proposed ballot measures.
Pot advocates are wanting the state of Wyoming to legalize medical marijuana.

The State of Wyoming, Secretary of State’s Office, put out a bid process for interested parties to print out the petitions, but the bidding to do this was closed on August 25, 2021.
According to the Secretary of State, they did award that to a Wyoming business.
A group called the Wyoming Chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, which the national headquarters is based out of D.C.
This group maintains a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C and the have setup satellite state organizations through out the country to advocate for the reform of the marijuana laws for both medical and non-medical drug use.
The founder of this group is Keith Stroup, who founded the national chapter back in 1970, and his main focus then and today is to decriminalization of marijuana in the United States.
The goal on a national level is to remove all existing criminal penalties for individual pot use and fostering responsible use of marijuana by adults including the cultivation, use and transfer of pot in limited quantities.
The Wyoming Chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws will start attempting to get signatures starting Sept 1, 2021.

In Wyoming, the law maintains and enforces arrests for any cannabis possession. About 18 states have changed their laws just enough to allow adult recreational use of marijuana. And in about 27 states, the laws have been changed to decriminalize limited amounts of pot use, with at least 36 states allowing for the limited use of medical marijuana, according to records at the National Conference of State Legislatures.
In the state of Wyoming, the pot advocates will need to gather about 15% of voter signatures who voted in the general election. They will have to garner enough support in about 16 of the 23 counties in the state of Wyoming.
Billings Schools Forced Into Mask Mandate By Greg Upham Supt
In Billings, Montana, the Billings Superintendent went against his own word and has suddenly reversed course regarding the mask mandate for all school children in Billings Montana.
In a letter that was sent to all, the SD2 stakeholder’s dated August 21, 2021, Greg Upham, Superintendent, penned and sent notification that “all students, employees, and visitors during the normal school day at our K-12 schools will be required to wear mask.”
Upham went on to say that “Based on the reported COVID-19 infections in Yellowstone County, including the steadily rising number amongst school-aged children, the outbreak with our students.”
The timing of Greg Upham ‘s announcement was horrifically off. as the public had been told by Greg Upham months before that no COVID-19 mask mandate would be issued.
Greg Upham blamed the SkyView High students who were participating in an extracurricular activity as the reason for his change of mind.
Upham stated: “In the last 48 hours I learned that what started as one positive student case of COVID-19, increased to at least ten percent of that team, in just a few days.”
Greg Upham goes on and indicated that, “These were students who, for the most part, were together outside, not inside in close proximity like we see in a normal indoor school setting. IF this same rate of transmission occurred in our classrooms during the first week of school, we could potentially have hundreds, if not thousands, of or students out of class within a short time frame if we do not mask.”

Montana Ahead Of Wyoming In Banning Employers Forcing Covid Shots
The State of Montana is ahead of the state of Wyoming, where COVID-19 vaccines are required to be able to work at their jobs. Such requirements have been banned in Montana.
The Republican who control the Montana Legislature put a law into effect, and passed a law, that bans the radical Democrat-required vaccines as a condition for a person being able to be employed.
Any attempt is now labeled as “discrimination” and it is now a serious violation of the state of Montana’s human rights laws.
Most employers who are trying to create a condition of “get vaxxed or no job” are commonly democrat radical-leaning employers. Even when vaccinated, they want their employees to wear a mask.
This makes no sense, if vaccinated, then why wear a mask? But medical data shows that masks do not stop a virus, so this mask issue is silly.
The Montana Medical Association has called the passed law nothing but a travesty, yet the GOP in Montana are standing their ground. A person’s rights come before any such mandate or vaccine work mandates.
Employers can not coerce or force or use as a condition of employment “vaccinations” to work.
In Wyoming, the state’s health care system liberals have tried to push back, forcing individuals to wear masks. But the state leader ship has stated ” no more mask mandates.” the public is pushing back on any controlled attempts by Democrats from being able to have employers mandate vaccination shots at the work place or no job because of being non-vaccinated.

Thousand Dollar Rewards For Identification Of Driver
On Sunday, August 15 at approximately 7:15 a.m., the pictured red Mini Cooper t-boned another vehicle near the intersection of Powerhouse Rd. and Prairie Ave.Fortunately, there were no injuries.
The suspect driver is a white male, in his mid to late 20’s with short, almost shaved blonde hair.
After the crash, the suspect told the victim driver, “Dude, I’m sorry” and acted as though he was going to pull over and exchange information.
The suspect then fled the scene and has yet to be identified.If you have information leading to the suspects’ location, arrest, or any other crime, let us know.

Pleas For Help From Unlawful COVID Shot Mandates
ORLANDO, FL – Liberty Counsel has received thousands of pleas during the last several weeks for help from employees and students who are told they must receive the COVID shot or lose their jobs or educational status. There are already many victories, but requests are still flooding in every day.
Suzanne, a staff member with Liberty Counsel said, “I just got off the phone with a man who was weeping because he is afraid that he will lose his medical insurance or his job which would cause him to lose medical insurance and his wife has MS. I hung up and cried.”
Medical professionals who have been on the frontline helping people during COVID are now told they must succumb to this experimental injection. They are now desperate for help. However, many of them have seen the damage caused by these experimental injections. One RN has witnessed six people die from taking COVID shots and is seeing others experience “urinating clots of blood, paresthesia (burning or prickling sensation), gastroparesis (stomach stops processing food), altered mental status, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrests, new onset seizures and new onset diabetes.” She says, “I have patients who can’t walk anymore.”
Employment
Employees across the nation are threatened with termination if they don’t submit to the shot mandate. Here are just a few examples of pleas from those health care workers, first responders and business employees:
“They are requiring 100% vaccine compliance as a term of continued employment with the organization and have given employees the deadline of Sept 19, 2021 to be completely vaccinated. They have been creating a very hostile work environment. PLEASE help us.”
“I am a nurse practitioner and I was told they had a right to terminate me but if signed an amended contract scrubbing my association with the health system and agree to abide by CDC guidelines while in the office I could stay employed. Now I am suspended without pay until the investigation is complete. HR will not provide information on what the investigation is regarding.”
“I’m a nurse that belongs to a union that has totally blindsided us. We had no idea this would or could happen.”
“I applied for a religious exemption and was denied because I don’t meet their criteria, they said to be exempt. I will be put on a 28-day suspension with no pay on September 30th and if I do not comply within the 28 days I will be terminated.”
“My wife will be fired on Monday. She is part of more than 50 medical workers in a nursing home who declined the jab. They are being forced to sign that they ‘voluntarily’ quit so they can’t get unemployment benefits.”
“I am a firefighter with 26+ years of service. We need your help immediately! My coworkers are caving into the pressure to take this COVID-19 vaccine or be fired. They need a sign of hope. Because the Governor and EMS are mandating some of my co-workers who work at neighboring fire departments will be losing their two incomes.”
“I am a deputy and I am pleading with you on behalf of the 10k plus employees of the Sheriff’s Department that you would help facilitate in this matter. The vast majority of us are not in favor of this forced vaccination and are in FEAR OF LOSING OUR JOBS.”
“I am an employee with a company that has made the COVID-19 vaccination mandatory except if you fill out a medical or religious waiver. By the end of this month if you don’t have your vaccination the company is letting employees go on unpaid leave. During this process I have been lied to, discriminated against and humiliated by my employer. I have documented everything and have copies of all my paperwork.”
“For the last week I have been informed through a series of emails from my employer that my rights and religious freedoms will not be honored nor will I be granted an exemption from their instituted COVID mandates. The last email I received from my employer was purposed on his part to tell me that I must get tested, vaccinated and wear a mask at all times or resign. I have not resigned and I do not feel that I should have to quit my only means to support my family or subject myself to potentially life threatening experimental vaccines and tests that go against my religious beliefs.”
“They are requiring proof of vaccine to keep my management job by Oct. 1. They will not accept a religious or medical accommodation for my job. They say you can file for an exemption, but you have to find another job in the company that would not require travel or interactions, because they cannot accommodate due to their requirement. There are no jobs like that. They will be terminating employment by Oct. 1 if you do not comply.”
“I have worked for this company for 16 years. I have to choose between losing my income, health insurance, life insurance, etc. and quite possibly my life if the vaccination hinders my natural immunity.”
“I work for a company and they have now mandated everyone get the vaccine or file for a religious/ medical exemption and then submit to weekly testing. I am currently in the final stages of appealing and according to my advocate being approved as a disabled veteran. Two of the conditions I’m fighting are Gulf War Syndrome (because of being forced to get a fully FDA-approved anthrax vaccine) and PTSD. Being forced into getting another vaccine that is not currently fully FDA-approved and that also has no (to the best of my ability to find) research of 10-20-year peer reviewed studies of the effects of an mRNA vaccine. I feel I am being discriminated against as a disabled vet.”
Military
Those who defend America’s freedom are now forced to give up their rights:
An active-duty soldier who signed up to serve on Sept. 11, 2001 will be eligible for retirement with full benefits this fall unless he refuses to take the COVID shot. “For 20 years, we missed birthdays, anniversaries and Christmases. We watched friends die in war. Many of us bled ourselves. After returning, we watched the mental toll take more of our friends through suicide. We have spent 20 years loving our country and putting the lives of our fellow citizens above our own,” Andy says. But now Biden and his vax- pushers are forcing these heroes to risk their lives in a different way—by injecting an experimental drug, the COVID shots.”
“My husband, prior USMC, recently enlisted into the US Army and he is continually being harassed and threatened to accept the COVID vaccine. They are threatening to take away leave, kick him out, and have currently restricted any of his family from attending his graduation because he is not vaccinated.”
Schools
Students at universities across the country are at risk of not being able to complete their education.
One nursing student holds sincere religious beliefs that prohibits her from receiving the COVID shot. She opposes the injections because they all used aborted fetal cell lines in the testing phase, and Johnson & Johnson also uses aborted fetal cell lines in the deployment or distribution phase. Her sincerely held religious beliefs prevents her from participating directly or indirectly in abortion or the destruction of human life. The school is threatening to fail her so she cannot complete her clinical work.
Another nursing student, who attends a faith-based university in the South, has been threatened with expulsion.
“I am in my second year of medical school, trying to pursue my dream of one day becoming a physician. However, if I do not comply with the new vaccine passport policy proposed by my school, I will be barred from continuing my medical education, of which I am already $200,000 in student loan debt.”
“I started emailing HR in January about my religious beliefs and asked to talk about a religious exemption to COVID-19 related policies upon our return to work. I was met with statements meant to shut down the conversation such as, I don’t believe there is a religious exemption for that and you must follow all legal directives. I filed a religious discrimination complaint with the district. A few days later the school board voted to terminate me. After I made a religious discrimination complaint they fired me.”

School Year Begins August 25th, In Cody Wyoming
The school year is about to start Wednesday, Aug 25, 2021. It is estimated that 2,064 enrolled students will be attending the Park County School District No 6 this year, which is down from previous past year enrollments, largely due to the uptick in Home Schooling due to the COVID-19 issues.
The new interim superintendent, Tim Foley who is no stranger to being in the school system seems to have a direct handle on things as he has had many years preparing for this new interim role he has assumed.

Foley has stressed to the public to use extreme caution when driving as kids will be crossing the street on their way to school. Sam Hummel, the transportation director, indicated that the buses have cameras on them so that they will be able to better protect the valued human cargo being transported from homes to school and then from school back to the homes of the kids.
A major change which was the only common sense choice to make, is that no mask will be required to ride the school bus this year regardless of the liberal mask mandate spin some would like to promote. Masks are just unhealthy for young kids to wear 5 hours a day.
Advocate Health Care Must Revise Illegal Exemption Form
CHICAGO, IL – Liberty Counsel sent a demand letter to Advocate Health Care (also known as Advocate Aurora Health) regarding its unlawful religious exemption form that excludes protected legal religious beliefs regarding the undeniable association between COVID-19 injections and aborted fetal cell lines. Liberty Counsel is prepared to file a lawsuit if the medical organization does not respond by Monday, August 23, 2021, and revise its form and honor these federal protections and entitlements to accommodate those employees who have already submitted their forms and been denied.
Advocate Health, the largest health system in Illinois, employs over 70,000 employees in the state and elsewhere. Many of these employees are requesting religious exemptions and accommodations from the “Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy” which makes false claims about the use of aborted fetal cell lines in the injections.
However, all three of the currently available COVID injections are produced by, derived from, manufactured with, tested on, developed with, or otherwise connected to or “associated” with aborted fetal cell lines. There is no question about the accuracy of this determination, and Advocate Health is categorically false in its contrary directive to employees.
Many of the employees have sincerely held religious beliefs that because life is sacred from the moment of conception and abortion is the murder of an innocent human in violation of Scripture. Many also hold sincere religious beliefs against taking any “vaccines” or taking those derived from aborted fetal cell lines or those sold by companies that profit from the sale of products derived from abortion.
Illinois law dictates that employees at Advocate Health have the fundamental right to determine what medical care to accept and refuse. In fact, Illinois has a Health Care Right of Conscience Act that provides strong protection to all residents against discrimination based on health care choices. It states: “It shall be unlawful for any person, public or private institution, or public official to discriminate against any person in any manner, including but not limited to, licensing, hiring, promotion, or any other privileges, because of such person’s conscientious refusal to receive, obtain, accept or participate in any way in any particular form of health care services contrary to his or her conscience” (emphasis added).

Advocate Health employees with these sincerely held religious beliefs should include their objections to abortion-associated “vaccines” on their exemption forms. If they are denied religious exemptions, they should seek legal representation immediately.

Advocate must also honor the religious exemptions of those employees who have already been denied based on this false directive. This is a violation of both state and federal law.”
