Democrats Fortifying Themselves Against The People That They Swore To Serve

Arming Unconstitutional Agencies “More than a few eyebrows were raised in 2010 when the U.S. Department of Agriculture bought 85 semi-automatic submachine guns. However, the USDA is just one of 73 federal government agencies employing full-time law enforcement officers who are authorized to carry firearms and make arrests in the United States.”

Friends, if it is not the Department of Homeland Security defining law-abiding Americans as domestic terrorists, while overlooking subversives such as themselves, then they are orchestrating events such as Jan 6 (The day of insurrection say they), only to blame Christians, patriots, and/or conservatives for the crimes that they are guilty of committing (Revelation 12:10).

On top of the information above, we are now finding that the federal government is creating unconstitutional agencies and then heavily arming them.
Thoughtco.com is now reporting: “Firearms and Arrest Authority of U.S. Federal Agencies.”
More than a few eyebrows were raised in 2010 when the U.S. Department of Agriculture bought 85 semi-automatic submachine guns. However, the USDA is just one of 73 federal government agencies employing full-time law enforcement officers who are authorized to carry firearms and make arrests in the United States.

Brief Overview
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics’ latest (2008) Census of Federal Law Enforcement Officers, the combined federal government agencies employ about 120,000 full-time law enforcement officers who are authorized to carry firearms and make arrests. That is roughly the equivalent of 40 officers per 100,000 U.S. residents. By comparison, there is one member of the U.S. Congress per 700,000 residents.

Federal law enforcement officers are authorized by law to perform four specific functions: conduct criminal investigations, execute search warrants, make arrests, and carry firearms. From 2004 to 2008, the number of federal law enforcement officers with arrest and firearms authority grew by 14%, orm about 15,000 officers. The federal agencies also employ nearly 1,600 officers in the U.S. territories, primarily in Puerto Rico.

The Census of federal law enforcement officers does not include data on officers in the U.S. Armed Forces, or the Central Intelligence Agency and the Transportation Security Administration’s Federal Air Marshals Service, due to national security restrictions.
The number of federal law enforcement officers has increased rapidly in response to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Their ranks grew from about 88,000 in 2000 to about 120,000 in 2008.

Front Line Federal Law Enforcement Agencies
Excluding 33 Offices of Inspectors General, 24 federal agencies each employed more than 250 full- time personnel with firearm and arrest authority in 2008. Indeed, law enforcement is the main function of most of these agencies. Few people would be surprised to see field agents of the Border Patrol, FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, or the Secret Service carrying guns and making arrests. The complete list
includes:
• U.S. Customs and Border Protection (36,863 officers)
• Federal Bureau of Prisons (16,835)
• Federal Bureau of Investigation (12,760)
• U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (12,446)
• U.S. Secret Service (5,213)
• Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (4,696)
• Drug Enforcement Administration (4,308)
• U.S. Marshals Service (3,313)
• Veterans Health Administration (3,128)
• Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation (2,636)
• Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (2,541)
• U.S. Postal Inspection Service (2,288)
• U.S. Capitol Police (1,637)
• National Park Service – Rangers (1,404)
• Bureau of Diplomatic Security (1,049)
• Pentagon Force Protection Agency (725)
• U.S. Forest Service (644)
• U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (598)
• National Park Service – U.S. Park Police (547)
• National Nuclear Security Administration (363)
• U.S. Mint Police (316)
• Amtrak Police (305)
• Bureau of Indian Affairs (277)
• Bureau of Land Management (255)

In conclusion: Where are these agencies deriving their delegated authority from, if not we the people (Psalm 94:20)?

For whom are these agencies working? They are unconstitutional (Pretended authority).
What is deemed a criminal to then be investigated by these unconstitutional agencies?
On a daily basis, it is seen to be a government that has gone rogue. They are acting outside of their scope of delegated authority, which is derived from we the people!

This present government is acting as a foreign enemy in fortifying themselves against the people rather than for the people, and it must lawfully be stopped (Psalm 94:16).
What’s worse is that many of these that are a part of these agencies think that they are doing their jobs by tearing down the Constitution rather than upholding the one that they have sworn to uphold (Numbers 30:2; Deuteronomy 23:23).

A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to elections; revising provisions relating to political party affiliation changes and declarations by electors; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.  W.S. 22‑3‑115(a)(vi), 22‑5‑212 and 22‑5‑214 are amended to read:

223115.  Grounds for cancellation of registration.

(a)  A registered elector’s registration shall be cancelled for any one (1) of the following reasons:

(vi)  Upon written request of the elector at any time except for the period for which party changes are prohibited as specified in W.S. 22‑5‑214.

225212.  When declaration of party affiliation required.

An elector requesting a major party ballot must shall declare his or change party affiliation, or sign an application for change of affiliation in accordance with W.S. 22‑5‑214 before he may receive receiving a party ballot. An elector may vote only the nonpartisan ballot and if so, is not required to declare his party affiliation. Requesting a partisan primary election ballot constitutes a declaration of party affiliation. A change in declaration of party affiliation shall be in accordance with the requirements of W.S. 22‑5‑214 and shall be entered on the poll list by the election judge.

225214.  Declaration or change in party affiliation.

(a)  For a primary election, an elector may declare or change party affiliation by completing an application signed before a notarial officer or election official and filing it with the county clerk before the first day on which an application for nomination may be filed under W.S. 22‑5‑209.

(b)  For a general election, an elector may declare or change his party affiliation by completing an application signed before a notarial officer or election official, and filing it with the county clerk after the primary election and not less than fourteen (14) days before the primary general election or at the polls on the day of the primary or general election, or when requesting an absentee ballot for the general election.

Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.

(END)

 1HB0103

The Wyoming House moved to prevent Democrats from changing their party registration ahead of any Wyoming Primary elections. Now the bill heads for the Senate for final passage.

Democrats use every cheap trick to steal elections, including crossover voting.

Even the wicked witch of the west, former Liz Cheney, encouraged Democrats to crossover vote to defeat Harriet Hageman from unseating the disgraced Liz Cheney.
The then Rep. Liz Cheney was soundly defeated in the 2022 GOP Primary in the State of Wyoming.

Even the Republican Mark Gordon is guilty of this same act when he defeated Foster Friess. Gordon urged the state of Wyoming Democrat voters to crossover and vote for him.

If you read the above House 103 bill, you will see that it forever bans Democrats from interfering in GOP primaries, and the House votes were 51 in favor and only nine against the anti-crossover bill.

Representative Alma Hernandez: The First Mexican-American Jew Elected to a U.S. Office

Representative Alma Hernandez: First Mexican American Jew Elected TO U.S. Office

Written by: Kylie Ora Lobell

Hernandez went into politics to give a voice to those who don’t have one.

Spending time in juvenile detention doesn’t typically turn out well for most people. But for Alma Hernandez, it ended up being a blessing.

Hernandez was only 14 years old when her school resource officer lied about an incident that happened at her high school. Two 19-year-old seniors outside of her school assaulted her, and then she was brutally attacked by the SRO who intervened. She was injured with spinal damage, and the SRO lied about what happened, blaming her.

“I was arrested and booked into juvenile detention on a Friday and could leave that evening, as my parents were able to get me out,” she said. “The experience was terrifying for me. It impacted me to the core.”

Hernandez’s whole world was flipped upside down.

“I went from being an honor student to being deemed a ‘criminal’ and a danger to society the next day for something I did not do,” she said. “I realized how many injustices there are in the system.”

#Five years ago, Hernandez was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, becoming the first Mexican-American Jew elected to office in the US.

After this experience, Hernandez didn’t want this to happen to anyone else, and she resolved to become a public servant one day.

Five years ago, she got the chance to live out her dream: she was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, becoming the first Mexican-American Jew elected to office in the U.S. At age 25, she was also the youngest person ever elected to the House.

“I used my terrible situation to turn it around and make it positive,” she said.

The 29-year-old is going on her third term this year serving her constituents in Tucson. She is also currently in law school because she wants to continue working for the public.

“I decided to go to law school to further my career in politics,” Hernandez said. “I know that my degree will be helpful.”

The young politician spends her mornings in classes in law school. In the afternoons, she goes to the House of Representatives in Phoenix, a two-hour drive from her home, to work.

Along with standing up for people in need, one of Hernandez’s goals is to bridge the divide between her party, the Democrats, and the Republicans, in Arizona and beyond. She is on the bipartisan caucus and has worked with her Republican colleagues on many issues to improve their state.

“When you work in a bipartisan way, you’re able to get more done,” she said. “It’s critical when you want to create change. I wish we had more people willing to do that on both sides. It’s something that is very important. Our parents always told us to do the right thing, even if it wasn’t popular.”

Politics is a family affair for Hernandez. Her brother Daniel is a former state representative who represented his district for five years, and her sister Consuelo currently works alongside her in the House. Together, they are on the Jewish caucus.

“There are four members of the Jewish caucus, so we are literally half of it,” Hernandez said.

The two sisters also host Moishe House, an organization that brings young Jews together, out of their place in Tucson. Hernandez used to be president of the AIPAC club on her college campus, too.

When she was younger, Hernandez knew that she had a Jewish grandfather on her mother’s side. His last name was Cohen, and he changed it to Quinonez to fit into Mexican society. He was raised in Cananea, in Sonora, Mexico.

“My grandfather passed away when I was younger, so unfortunately I never had the opportunity to learn a lot of detail from his family or life,” she said.

Hernandez’s mother is from Nogales, also in Sonora, and her father is from California. Growing up, Hernandez had Jewish friends and said she, “felt connected to Judaism more than anything else… there was always part of me that felt Jewish.”

When she was a freshman in college, she decided to learn more about Judaism, so she went to a local synagogue. Right away, she found that she connected with her heritage.

“My mom was very emotional about it,” she said.

Hernandez and her sister ended up converting, and the rest of her family was supportive. When it came time to pick a Hebrew name, she chose something that perfectly fit her personality and reflected her family.

“I decided to honor my great grandmother, whose name was Mercedes, by using the M for ‘Malka,’” she said. “Her mother’s name was Librada, which means liberated in English, and when I got my Hebrew name, I added the extra name, which is Malka Librada, or ‘queen of liberation.’”

Judaism is a “really big part of my life every day… I am so loud and proud.”

Hernandez wears her Magen David necklace and calls herself an Unapologetic Mexican Jew on her Twitter bio. When she first ran for office, she received a huge amount of antisemitic messages online as well as death threats after notorious antisemite and former KKK grand wizard David Duke went after her.

“I got so many hate messages and emails,” she said. “It was all directly related to who I am.”

Hernandez logged off of social media for two weeks to take a break from it all. While she still receives some hateful messages, she can handle them now.

“I’m kind of used to it,” she said. “It doesn’t bother me as much. I don’t let it shake me anymore.”

Despite the anti-Israel sentiments all over the internet, Hernandez isn’t afraid to vocalize her support for the Jewish state.

“I’ve been to Israel five times, and I spent a whole month there in August,” she said. “Everything Jewish or Israel related, I am 100% wanting to be involved. It would be nice if I could live in Israel at some point in my life or at least vacation there for longer than a few weeks.”

Jewish values are directly tied to Hernandez’s work. According to the representative, people who run for office do it because they want to create change. And for Hernandez, that means being there for other people and making the world a better place.

“Whether I’m working on legislation or I’m voting, I think: How can this help people, uplift them, and make sure they are taken care of?” she said. “That’s a big part of who we are as Jews.”

When you are not ‘told’ your limitations, it is amazing how far you will go.

Written by: Robin Berry

Have you ever set your phone or computer calendar ‘alarm’ to repeat for a period of time? For example, a weekly meeting that occurs for six weeks? It is very easy to do and does not seem to be hard to understand, no? You fill in the blanks to perform a task for a period of time and then; it stops.

Now, if you were around in the 1970’s you may remember ‘punch-cards.’ It was the time that students were taught how to manually program computers, the process to ‘code’ a machine to ‘perform’ a ‘task.’

In my class, were the class clowns (brilliantly logical) who determined that this was the time to ‘code’ the ‘machine’ to do as they willed, and it did.

My bright young classmates programmed a machine to not only perform the task we had been assigned, but also to change the task at a particular time to do something totally different. As was the culture of the day, these fine young brilliant minds, loved a prank. Basically, our task was to create for our teacher a program that would help to record all the test grades for the quarter and it performed flawlessly. That is until the final test grades were to be input. The last week of classes, everyone in our class received a 100 on the final test due to a small coding script, on a particular date, that gave each classmate a perfect score.

The lesson? If you are not allowed to view the computer coding software, then you truly have no idea what its function is to perform. The ‘counting’ software of any machine is not proprietary, it is not ‘special,’ it should not be ‘cloaked’ for profit. If looking behind the curtain is a problem, then your logically mind should tell you that something is not on the up and up.

Most of us know that there are shenanigans going on in our country, but just cannot bring themselves to believe its extent. To know that, would be an admission of falling down on the job of our participation in this great Constitutional Republic. Without a ‘just and moral people’ our country WILL fall to those who would destroy it.

My solution? Simple, next time an election is to occur, if we cannot convince those in charge of ‘counting the vote’ to use a transparent and open count then we can force their hand by choosing to ‘WRITE IN’ all the votes. A write-in vote is kicked out of the cloaked counting machine and looked at by a human being. If you ‘write-in’ ALL the votes, then you can ensure that all or your vote will truly be counted. What say you?

A concerned patriot.
