America’s Legal System Has Slipped Into a Third World Socialist System Biden IS the ENEMY of the STATE

Weaponized DOJ Prosecution Of Former President Donald Trump Enginereed By Radical Democrat Biden Who is an enemy of the State

President Donald Trump has been found guilty on all counts of falsifying business records in his sham trial.

Please read Heritage President Dr. Kevin Roberts’ statement on this terrible verdict at the link below:

https://www.heritage.org/press/the-heritage-foundation-responds-wrongful-conviction-president-donald-j-trumps-trial

As Dr. Roberts put it “This was a bogus prosecution engineered by President Biden and his weaponized DOJ that has made the New York justice system look like that of a third-world country where government officials engage in partisan prosecutions against their political opponents.”

While New York City’s prosecutors refuse to prosecute major crimes – allowing violent criminals to ravage the entire city – they twisted every legal rule and theory to get President Trump.

This is completely unfair – and all everyday Americans know what an injustice this is.

One of Heritage’s legal experts Hans von Spakovsky just appeared on Fox News to comment live on this ridiculous verdict. You can watch his reaction here: https://x.com/Heritage/status/1796299098989150446

Heritage will continue standing for justice and will fight against the leftist corruption that has infected all our institutions, leading to disgraceful outcomes like this one.

Thank you for standing with us in our fight for justice and our Constitutional order.

Wyoming’s Congresswoman, Harriet Hageman Slams Democrats Sham WitchHunt Trial as just an attempt to “get Trump”

Washington, DC – Today, Congresswoman Harriet Hageman issued the following statement regarding the verdict in the New York State Supreme Court trial of Donald J. Trump.

“Today, justice was not served. Judge Juan Merchan, an activist judge, whose daughter has made over $9 million from the Biden/Harris campaign, presided over a trial where he blocked key witnesses, testimony, and facts by the defense and provided slanted jury instructions prior to the jury deliberating the case. The case was brought after the statute of limitations had passed and was elevated to a felony by a district attorney that campaigned on ‘getting Trump’.

“This entire infuriating episode is the liberal Democrats’ desperate gasp to win a presidential election that they will ultimately lose. The American people will see this for what it is, Donald Trump will ultimately have the verdict overturned on appeal, and we must all ensure that this abuse of the legal system is never allowed to happen again

Former Wyoming State Trooper sentenced to 15 Years in prison

Laramie County District Court Judge Robin Cooley sentenced a former Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper to 15 years in prison.

A Wyoming State Legislator State Representative, Landon Brown R, Cheyenne, testified at the sentencing advocating for a light sentence for Gabriel Testerman to convince the District Court judge that Testerman was a good candidate for probation or a light suspended sentence.
The former cop, Gabriel Testerman, was sentenced, on February 1, for the crimes of first-degree sexual assault in the state of Wyoming, which is the most extreme rape charge.
Testerman tied up his then-girlfriend, then braced her legs apart with a metal rod tying her angles to each end, then proceeded to raper her multiple times for several hours.

This crime was the most egregious since he was a cop.
The crime fits the punishment
