On June 27, Officers investigated an incident involving a male reportedly committing the offense of Indecent Exposure. Detectives began following up on the case. At 1110 hours on June 30, Detectives located and arrested a 44-year-old male for felony Indecent Exposure and misdemeanor Stalking. The male was booked at the jail.
@1625 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 1600 block of Prospect Ave. A female was subsequently arrested for a Probation Warrant. The female was booked at the jail.
@1800 hours. An officer responded to the 200 blocks of Placer Street reference a suicidal female. The adult female was subsequently placed in protective custody and transported to the hospital.
@2123 hours. Officers responded to the 900 block of N Cooke Street regarding a disturbance. At the conclusion of the investigation, an adult female was arrested for warrants, unrelated to the call. The female was booked at the jail.
The Helena Police Department responded to 94 calls for service. A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows: 19 animal-related calls, 8 crashes, 8 Disorderly/Disturbance calls, 10 suspicious incidents, 4 thefts, 7 trespasses, and conducted 4 welfare checks.
CHEYENNE, Wy — On Thursday, June 30 at approximately 2:15 a.m. a Cheyenne Police An officer observed a grey Jeep Grand Cherokee with stolen license plates speeding near the intersection of Nationway and East 12th Street.
The officer attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver, later identified as Danny Jimenez, 37, of Cheyenne, refused to yield and accelerated to a high rate of speed, initiating a pursuit on East 12th Street.
The pursuit continued through east Cheyenne to the intersection of East 6th Street, where the officer lost sight of the vehicle. A short time later, another officer in the area located the Jeep near East 12th Street.
A third officer assisted by successfully deploying spike strips to deflate the Jeep’s tires. The suspect vehicle, however, continued to flee for several miles toward East Lincolnway, driving on the rims of the vehicle.
A Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) Trooper joined in the pursuit and performed a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) which stopped the suspect vehicle along the side of East Lincolnway. The driver, later identified as Jimenez, exited the vehicle and fled from officers on foot.
Danny Jimenez was located and remanded into custody without incident.
Jimenez was transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) for evaluation prior to being booked into the Laramie County Jail on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), driving under the influence, driving under a suspended license, fleeing and eluding, reckless driving and theft of over $1000. All of which are felonies.
Thursday, the United Stated Supreme Court, the highest court in the land struck a heavy blow to the radical Democrats who are trying to push a Socialist climate change agenda, when there is NO climate change taking place.
The Supreme Court Justices voted 6 to 3 a resounding NO to the Environmental Protection Agency which is trying to re-engineer energy sources of electricity. All of this is in concert with the radical Democrats’ Climate change Socialist agenda re-set for what they planned for America.
The United States Supreme Court ruled on several important cases as of late which are the following: Second Amendment, Religious Freedom, and now the EPA climate change power grabs that are destroying America’s economy. The EPA had gone rogue with climate change power grabs. This ruling permanently shuts down the EPA’s ability to expand on its radical Socialist climate Change agenda which will also make it near impossible for other types of regulatory agencies or entities to conduct power grabs all in the name of climate change agendas.
The EPA is nothing but a federal agency of unelected bureaucrats who have gone rogue and the United States Supreme Court recognized the error of the EPA’s ways and stopped them dead in their tracks. The EPA was controlling, influencing, and dictating the electricity industry. The radical EPA set energy and economic policies using the Socialist Democrats’ smoke and mirrors of environmental policy and did this with literally, unfettered power to do so. The EPA was an agency that was drunk with regulatory power.

Liz Cheney, desperate fearing the end of her political career is near
The embattled Liz Cheney has become desperate for her political survival in part due to trying to make Donald Trump look bad and bad-mouthing her Wyoming constituents and conservative voters in Wyoming.
Cheney has spent her capital by forcing the country to go through 8 political witch hunt hearings that have no legitimacy to any facts Cheney keeps babbling about. Now Cheney, fearing that she will be booted out by Wyoming voters, has requested that Democrat voters in Wyoming switch parties and vote as Republican, but voting for her only. Cheney is trying to fend off a primary challenge in August that will be the death nail in her political career.
Liz Cheney even went as far as providing information as to how Democrat voters can switch parties so she can have more votes. Cheney is in a political death spiral tailspin.
Cheney will deny it and her campaign staff will deny it, but several individuals inside of the Cheney campaign have contacted the Wyoming News and stated that Liz Cheney has been sending out targeted mailers to Wyoming Democrats and independents in hopes to encourage those voters to switch party affiliation. The Wyoming News has verified that what Cheney Campaign leakers stated was actually true. On Cheney’s re-election website, Cheney encourages Democrat voters to the FAQ on how to “change my party affiliation to register as a Republican so I can vote for Liz.”
