In Wyoming, 11-Year-Olds Legally, Can Go Hunting

If you are a young girl or a young boy living in the state of Wyoming, you may now go hunting if you are 11-yeas-old. This year, as of July 1, 2021, any youngster may go hunting if they are 11-years-old and turn 12 before the end of 2021.

All the youngsters have to do to qualify is to complete a hunter education course and or be accompanied with a mentor.

According to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Title Chapter 44 was transformed into an emergency filed rule which is the licensing regulations—so that it will follow the newest law, giving youngsters who are age 11 the chance to go hunting with a fireman,. This new ruling lowers the minimum age for a person to buy a trophy game license
