Pelosi could not control the radical progressive caucus members sending a defeated signal to the White House that ultimately hurts Biden’s agenda and at this point and time Biden desperately needs to get these 2 bills being passed.

The Infrastructure bill including the Build Back Better Socialism reconciliation bill was what Biden was counting on so that he could lay claim that it was the greatest thing for America and that it was him who pushed it through.

But that did not happen at all.

Now the political landscape for Joe Biden is making a horrible nightmare for the “Build Back Better,” Dementia Joe Biden.

The White House has become horrified as the Biden support is now “hemorrhaging” to such a degree that the Democrats have become splintered in multiple factions.

The Ward County Narcotics Task force and the Minot Police Department executed a search warrant that resulted in recovered of stolen property, firearms, and a large amount of drug evidence to include a substantial quantity of fentanyl.

The search warrant was executed on a NE Minot Residence at around 1130 am on September 28, 2021. Officers and agents seized approximately 6.5 lbs. of Methamphetamine, with a street value of around $300,000, and agents seized approximately 6.5 lbs. of Methamphetamine, with a street value of around $300,000, and
and agents seized approximately 6.5 lbs. of Methamphetamine, with a street value of around $300,000, and approximately 170 grams of Fentanyl, with a street value of $350,000. Police also located a large amount of marijuana, a stolen bicycle, valued at approximately $2,000.00, and firearms.

The occupant of this residence, Loren Berg Jr., was also wanted on Ward County Warrants for Domestic Violence and Terrorizing.

Loren Berg Jr. was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence – Serious Bodily Injury (C-felony), Terrorizing (C-felony), Poss. w/intent manuf/deliver-Fentanyl-40g or more (A-felony), Poss. w/intent manuf/deliver-Methamphetamine-50g or more (A-felony), Theft-Possession-Firearm (C-felony), Unlawful possession of firearm-Felon or violent misdemeanor (C-felony), Poss. w/intent manuf/deliver-Marijuana (C-Felony), Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-Manufacture-SI, SII, SIII (C-felony), Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-Use-SI, SII, SIII (A-Misdemeanor).

Untraceable Ghost Gun Found In Stolen RV

North Hollywood: On September 29, 2021, around 8:00 a.m., North Hollywood Area officers were investigating community complaints of illegal parking in the area of Cahuenga Boulevard and Califa Street.

The officers observed a motor-home parked on the street without license plates and a covered vehicle identification number (VIN). Officers spoke with the occupant, 31-year-old Ryan Andres, and obtained the VIN and conducted a record’s check which revealed that the motor-home was stolen. Ryan Andres was detained for a stolen vehicle investigation and subsequent probation violation.

Further investigation led to the recovery of narcotics and a ghost gun. Ryan Andres was arrested and booked for 29800(A)(1) p.c. “Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.”

On September 30, 2021, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed one count of “Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon,” and one count of “Possession of an Assault Weapon,” case no. LA098604.

Deputy Chief Alan Hamilton added “The men and women of Operations-Valley Bureau are committed to reducing incidents of violence by removing firearms from prohibited possessors in all our valley neighborhoods and communities.”

As one of your constituents, I wish to express to you my extreme desire to be in control of my own Pursuit of Happiness in my healthcare as promised to me by the US Constitution and by our own State Constitution.

We in this country are not, by definition, experiencing an emergency ‘pandemic.’ Many sources have exposed that the ‘statistics’ have been altered and skewed. The ailment, while serious, is 98% survivable. The ‘shots’ whether the inoculation, or gene therapy, or immunizations however, have extremely serious side affects and have caused death and permanent injury in too many. The choice of my healthcare decisions are and should remain between me and my physician. This current situation is mostly propaganda and inflated fear mongering.

The underhanded ‘control’ sought by some government officials by way of ‘mandates’ and ‘expulsion’ from work are heinous in nature and evil. The tactics being used today were also used by the Nazis to remove the Jews and political opponents from society; ultimately to murder them.

By denying state and federal employees their highly skilled positions, not only are you destroying their means of their pursuit of happiness by forcing them to be unemployed and their family by extension. In addition, you are – by severely under-staffing hospitals and other care facilities – denying those who seek help there.

Yes, this latest illness is serious. Yes, information on this latest illness is still vastly unknown. Yes, we have wonderful therapeutics that work (many of which are being denied to people for a more expensive, more dangerous option which in its disclaimer alerts to causing renal failure.) Yes, this is a highly contagious virus for which we do NOT have real cure NOR preventative. None of these ‘shots’ prevent the illness and there is LITTLE to NO data that they have any affect on the course of the virus, only hearsay.

Why then are you forcing the opinions from the one or two ‘developers’ of medication upon us? They have fortunes to gain and may not have the public’s best welfare in their sights.

Airplane Crash At The Blains Airstrip, Two People Dead

RE: Airplane Crash

On Sunday, 9-26-21 at approximately 7:25 PM, emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of the Blain Airstrip south of Billings for a reported plane crash.

Responders found the single engine plane, on fire in a wooded area.

It was confirmed that two individuals died at the scene and one person was transported to a local hospital for medical attention. The condition of that individual is not known at the tie of this release. Sheriff’s Deputies have secured the scene until he FAA and NTSB take over the investigation.

No other information is available at this time. According to the Yellowstone County Sheriff Mike Linder

The family of Rob and Pam Stephens have asked me to release the information that it was Robby and Pam who were killed in the plane crash south of Billings Sunday evening.

Their son Riley is currently receiving medical attention and the family asks for your prayers for all affected.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Stephens family and friends.

Our office, including the Coroner division is continuing our investigation.

Winning The Un-Winnable War

For many of us, the past year and a half have been filled with feelings ranging from anxiety, fear, and anger, to sadness, grief, and disbelief. We are constantly bombarded by conflicting information which appears more like propaganda than news. Our politicians have seized upon COVID-19, an opportunity to enact ever increasing limitations on our freedom and liberty. The Fake News media has become nothing short of an echo chamber for the Marxists who hate America and believe the will of the American People can be bent to serve the self-described elite, and their sanctimonious lifestyles. Yet, these actions are taken without regard for the history of America and the people who have fought for the country they love so much.

This past weekend we held our Fall Swap Meet, invited our friends, customers and all of like-mind who appreciate the freedoms we hold so dear. In what the media would describe as a selfish act by the irresponsible underclass, turned out to be something very special…A celebration of the American People. People, young and old, of all colors and races, some wearing masks and still others choosing to go without. Many in attendance were vaccinated, yet again, still others who have for their own reasons, chose not to get the vaccine.

We gathered as family and friends, respecting one another’s
decision’s. There were no outbreaks of violence, loud arguments, or profanity laced cries of racism and accusations of killing Grandma. Perhaps this is true because of the Montana belief carrying firearms makes for more polite behavior, or possibly it was the notion, we believe we are smart enough to make our own decisions, and willingly accept the responsibility for our own actions. Regardless of their motivation, those who attended the happenings last weekend expressed first hand the rights and freedoms guaranteed to us by the Constitution of the United States.

The liberals call us rednecks, irredeemable, and simple minded. Yet it is this very characterization which will be the left’s undoing. Our history is filled with stories of great people, who chose to stand up against tyranny and oppression… risking everything. Dr. Martin Luther King, marched defiantly against overwhelming odds, waging a battle he was told was “un-winnable.” Even though Dr. King was struck down by a sniper’s bullet, his dream that one day his children would live in a land where they would be judged not by the color of their skin, but rather the content of their character, continues to resonate across our great land.

In the 1860’s, Harriet Tubman, a conductor on the Underground Railroad escaped slavery herself; yet, returned many times to slave holding states, personally leading over 300 people to freedom. Tubman stood but 5’ tall, yet she was a hard woman, strong in both character and in will. She was never without the pistol she trusted with her life, and for the safety of her passengers. If anyone became too scared to continue north and wanted to turn back, Tubman would pull her gun, giving the passenger a choice, “live free or die a slave”. Tubman made seventeen trips on the railroad, earning her the title “The Moses of Her People.” Harriet Tubman was never captured, and is credited with saying, “ On my railroad, I never run my train off the track, and I ain’t never lost a passenger.

To all of those who attended last weekend’s event, I would like to not only say thank you for stopping by, but acknowledge your courage and your spirit. We together, sent a message, not simply with words, but with our actions. American’s have been fighting un-winnable wars since the beginning of our existence; yet, here we stand, our heads bloodied, but unbowed.
