Wyo Students Get Chance Of A Life Time, Thanks To Sen Lummis

Sen. Lummis stated that her Casper Office will be accepting nominations to the US Military Service Academies for the 2022 and 2023 school year.

Any Wyoming student that is mulling over a military career in their future, Wyoming Senator Lummis, will be considering allowing any nominated student to attend the Military Academy at West Point and the Naval Academy, The Merchant Marine Academy and the AirForce Academy.

According to Sen. Lummis’ Casper office, the nominations will be based on academic grades: SAT/ACT test scores, Leadership evaluation, and extracurricular activity. The Students nominated will go in front of an interview selection committee, then those that are chosen are sent to the Senator for her final approval. Once that is completed, each academy will have the chosen applicants placed into their service academies.

Applications are due into Sen. Cynthia’s Casper, Wyoming Office by October 31, 2021 and then the applicants will be interviewed either by a ZOOM call or in the Casper Officer during month of December 2021.

NEA Want To Teach Students In “Healthy Sexuality Workshops.”

The NEA, National Education Association, is pushing the Critical Race Theory, they want to teach students about masturbation and sexual torture in the name of “Healthy Sexuality Workshop”.

In CRT studies, they teach children that “it is ok to touch yourself, and see how your body parts respond.” That is a subtle way of teaching children about masturbation.

This is making it look like just a simple science project to equip children to exercise various body mastubation methods. As the students get older, Critical Race Theory intends on having junior high and highschool students study literacy: an Intersectional focus on mainstream porn.

This is being planned for Grammar school and many public school districts. The teachers Union and the School districts will vehemently deny that they are teaching this or, in some cases, planning on teaching this to students—but this information came directly from the NEA themselves.

This is not science, nor is this a healthy educational environment to be teaching the children of Wyoming.

Just a few years ago common sense would have told the average parent and educator that this Marxist garbage, being taught to innocent kids, would have been very inappropriate at the very least and totally considered a direct form of child abuse, but now the NEA, National Education Association and the teachers Union want to convince the public that this is “Sex-Positive.”

The Radical Democrats have taken over the education system. Make no mistake, Park County Parents, this is not sex education, this is what is called purposeful exposure to perversion, designed to destroy the children and the unity ties to families in general.

Wyoming Designated A 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State, Open Carry

Radical Democrats are greatly losing their raging, fanatical war against the 2nd Amendment.

Because of Bidden stealing the election and getting in as an unelected President, now nearly two-thirds of American Counties are now Second Amendment Sanctuaries.

As of June 20, 2021, over 1, 930 counties nation-wide have moved to protect the Second Amendment Sanctuary by state legislation, both at the County and state level.

This action across the United States is a bit over 61%, which is about 3,141 counties and even the county equivalents in the entire United States including the District of Columbia.

Gun and Ammunition sales have skyrocketed since BIden has falsely claimed the Presidency.

The most recent state to join the Second Amendment States and Counties—was the state of Texas, which is now the 21st state to pass Constitutional Carry Bills.

A few states have chosen not to enact protection of the 2nd Amendment, so the counties have enacted their own legislation that protects many hundreds, if not thousands, of rural townships, cities, boroughs in those counties across the nation.

Americans will not allow their guns to be taken, or banned by radical Socialist Marxist Democrats.

Just like Wyoming and Montana, this was a grass-roots effort by John Doe and Suzy Q, who got their county and city leaders to climb, board, and protect and vow not to enforce any federal gun laws that might be imposed by radical Democrat states or the Federal Government.

Many Governors are going as far as signing legislation that will nullify any federal gun laws that might be imposed on their citizens.

The state of Montana and Wyoming were first out of the chute to help protect the 2nd Amendment, thanks to the Conservative Patriot Republicans who fought to allow every one that can carry legally, the right to do so Constitutionally.

Debra Lee Admits She Made Errors After Wyoming News Exposes Her

Laramie County Clerk, Debra Lee, Just two days after being exposed for her corrupt or inept ability to run a clean election and making many errors in the 2020 primary election as the County Clerk for Laramie County, Debra Lee was called on the carpet first by the Wyoming News. Just 2 days later, Debra Lee releases a press release where she finally admits making errors in the primary election of 2020. Evidence shows she and her office was aware of what she had done since back in 2020 but kept silent about her so called “errors.” As long as no one brought this up, she was not going to bring it up either, her Modus Operandi. Had not she been exposed, her corruption or ineptness would have continued to have been swept under the rug. Not until the conservative media spot light was directed at her, did Debra Lee take heart and decide to tell the public the truth, that “yes, indeed, I made errors.” Due to her corrupt or ineptness, 22 of the 61 precincts were affected and in favor of the Democrats. This was no mistake, not just simply an error, as she claims. She has dirty hands and needs to be voted out of office for good. Here is the link to the original article that the Wyoming News released several days before forcing Debra Lee to tell the public the truth. https://wyomingnews.tv/news-articles/f/laramie-county-clerk-debra-lee-caught-red-handed-being-corrupt

Buffalo Bill Center Of The West Under Multiple Law Suits

What a hot mess! The Buffalo Bill Memorial Association claims to be a “non-profit” does business as the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, which is for “PROFIT” ? Try and wrap your head around that and figure that one out! Or are they “non-profit as well?

Back on January 25, 2021, a lawsuit was filed in Park County District Court accusing the Buffalo Bill Center of the West of not returning and withholding personal property from an employee that they had fired, namely, Bonnie Smith. Bonnie Smith loaned her property and objects to the Buffalo Bill Center, but two years later the Buffalo Bill Center of the West refused to return her items back to her.

Two of the items that the Buffalo Bill Center of the West refused to return to her were two (2) tapes, called Super 8 films of a July 4 parade that took place back in 1976, when John Wayne was the Grand Marshal and also visited the museum when it was called the Buffalo Bill Historical Center.

These two films that they stated that they did not have but that they did have—were valued at over $70,000.00 and estimates suggest that they may well be worth at least $100,000.00 per tape, according to today’s market value, with anything to do with John Wayne, commonly called “The Duke.”

Was the Buffalo Bill Center trying to steal them? or were they just being hateful to the former employee Bonnie Smith.?

According to some of the visitors who have tried to visit the museum in the past during the covid mask mandate, they reported to the Wyoming News that they were treated very badly by some of the security guards due to what they believed was because of the color of their skin.

These individuals stated that they are talking with legal counsel about filing a class-action suit against the Museum for the way they were treated by staff security at the Museum and according to sources there is a list of others whom are upset at the treatment they got also. All of these individuals are of “color”. Is there theme here?

So it would appear to an outsider that problems exist at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

In Bonnie Smith’s case, evidence was filed in court that shows that the BBCOW, did take control of the films on Sept. 25, 2014, to preserve and digitization of the tapes, or so that is what they claimed. But that was not what they did. Court records show that as of the filing Jan. 25, 2021, the Buffalo Bill Center of the West refused and denied that they even had the tapes and denied Bonnie Smith the return of her own private property.

Does this sound like some one on the board or possible employee high archae ladder, was deliberately attempting to steal the tapes?

At the very least, to deny the right full owner Bonnie Smith, her own property not being returned to her after she was fired. This is just wrong on all levels.

Certainly not the way to conduct business, not to say that it may have been totally an illegal action.

What a Sham,

In Court documents, a list of personal items were listed outlining personal property the Buffalo Bill Center still were in possession of and the exact location of those very items the day she was fired.

Many items were returned later, but most of the items were not returned, according to the Law suit.

The BBCOW was put on notice on April 3, 2019, that they were “unlawfully holding.’

In english this is called THEFT.

The Lawsuit sought no punitive damages or monetary compensation, just that the Plaintiff Bonnie Smith wanted her property back in her custody.

In another case,

The Buffalo BIll Center of the West is being sued in federal court. Why? This case again deals with employment discrimination and wrongful termination against some current employees and some former employees.

In this case in federal court, the complainant alleges that the Buffalo Bill Center conducted and operated with a history of age and gender discrimination, personal vendettas, political retaliation for being a whistle-blower, reporting unethical practices to the proper agencies.

Defendants in this case are the following individuals and entities:

Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

Rebecca West, the current Executive Director appointed April 2021

Corey Anco, Assistant curator of the Draper Natural History Museum.

Peter Seibert, a former Executive Director who resigned Jan 2021

Melissa Hill, Assistant curator of the Draper Museum Raptor Experience.

Kelly Jensen, a former Development Director.

Nathan Horton, former lab manager and research assistant.

Accusations were made against each defendant by the Plaintiff regarding Plaintiff’s employment. Each of the individuals allegedly are responsible for illegally ousting plaintiff from the Plaintiffs job by making up false allegations against the Plaintiff, according to Court documents.

These varied defendants posted public photos of the Plaintiff in view of the public after the Plaintiff’s termination, this was done as a retailtory move by defendants, allegedly.

The allegations made by the Plaintiff in the federal court use the terms “Fraudulent” in their illegal actions to silence and stop Plaintiff from Plaintiff’s employment. The defendants listed are accused of miss conduct and intentional reckless disregard for the accountability, and under such circumstances and conditions, that a reasonable person would know, or have reason to know, that conduct would, in a high degree of probability, result in massive harm to another.

Based on these two lawsuits against the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, apparently this is not a good place to work, as far as some in the public are concerned. Furthermore, it has come to the attention that this entity is a very liberal Democrat snake pit, according to sources in various political circles.

No calls have been returned to the Wyoming News from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West regarding the multiple law suits against them.

In Wyoming, 11-Year-Olds Legally, Can Go Hunting

If you are a young girl or a young boy living in the state of Wyoming, you may now go hunting if you are 11-yeas-old. This year, as of July 1, 2021, any youngster may go hunting if they are 11-years-old and turn 12 before the end of 2021.

All the youngsters have to do to qualify is to complete a hunter education course and or be accompanied with a mentor.

According to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Title Chapter 44 was transformed into an emergency filed rule which is the licensing regulations—so that it will follow the newest law, giving youngsters who are age 11 the chance to go hunting with a fireman,. This new ruling lowers the minimum age for a person to buy a trophy game license
