Fatal Vehicle Collision on East Lincolnway In Cheyenne Wyo

CHEYENNE, Wy — The Cheyenne Police Department is investigating a fatal vehicle collision which occurred on October 12, at approximately 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of East Lincolnway and Ridge Road.

The preliminary investigation suggests that the driver of a 2008 Audi Quattro was rear-ended by a 2008 Honda Accord traveling at a high rate of speed.

The driver of the Audi, later identified as Vincent Zakis, 28, of Cheyenne sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported by ambulance to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) where he was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the Honda, a 32-year-old male of Cheyenne, was also transported by ambulance to CRMC for treatment of injuries. He is suspected of Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

An arrest has not been made at this time due to ongoing medical evaluations. This case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.

Wyoming High School Goes Into Lockdown

Wyoming high school goes into lockdown over polite 16-year-old standing for liberty

Laramie, WY — Grace Smith, a 16-year-old junior at Laramie High School in Wyoming, was handcuffed and fined for not wearing a face mask.

The arrest was captured in an Oct. 7 video. In it, Smith is heard continually saying “yes sir” and showing calm and politeness as the authoritarians follow orders.

Officer Jason Bellman, who exposes himself as a liar with the arrest, tells Smith that “at this point, I’m going to have to place you under arrest for trespassing.” Smith replies: “Ok.”

As Smith is being handcuffed, another officer is heard asking if she has “any guns, knives or bazookas?” The answer was of course no.

In a video from the previous day, Oct. 6, Andy Smith, Grace’s father, asks Bellman if he’d physically remove his daughter that day, when an out-of-school suspension (OSS) was issued, which Bellman clearly states “that will not be the case.” Bellman says the school will be put on lockdown and Grace “will be sitting wherever she wants to sit for as long as she wants to sit.” Bellman reneged on his word the following day.

Bellman clearly states he will just follow orders despite Andy Smith citing specific statutes from the Wyoming Constitution which states police officers must protect individual rights and not blindly follow orders from bureaucratic masters.

“So, this is kind of where we’re at,” Bellman said. “So, she’s been suspended by the school, and she has no right to be here at this point. As well as you guys as well. You have no standing to be here as well.”

Oct. 6 was when this latest suspension saga began for the Smith family. Grace spoke with Republican State Senator Anthony Bouchard, who is challenging Liz Cheney in the 2022 U.S. Congressional primary, after being arrested and said this is now the third OSS while she has now been fined $1,000 for trespassing. Grace Smith is a straight A, honor student.

In another Oct. 6 video, school and district administration showed their callous nature as Andy and Grace Smith met with Jeffrey Lewis, Laramie’s principal, and Jubal Yennie, Albany County School District 1’s superintendent.

“At this point in time, because of the continued refusal to wear a face covering in school, at this point in time I’m issuing two days of out-of-school suspension for continued willful disobedience,” Lewis says.

Andy Smith responds by noting that is an unlawful OSS and they are violating his daughter’s rights. Lewis and Yennie clearly imply they don’t care and tell them to call a lawyer.

“I’m sure that’s going to happen,” Andy Smith responds. “I’m just wanting to hear from your guys’ mouths that you’re willing to suspend my daughter, which is just absurd to me. I don’t understand, for her right to choose her own personal health choice.”

Yennie says: “Yes, I am willing to suspend her under our statutes and guidelines.”

“That’s despicable sir,” Smith replies to which Yennie actually says: “Thank you.”

“Thank you? That’s what you have to say?” Smith says adding: “She’s a great kid, she’s a wonderful student, she’s not doing anything to harm anybody, she’s not done anything unlawful, and all she wants to do is maintain her rights as a citizen of this state. And you are taking that away from her, and you have no right to do so. And the fact that you want to sit there and act like you have this great power, that’s you’re some kind of dictator. It’s unbelievable, sir. It’s ridiculous.”

“I’m sorry you feel that way,” Yennie responds to which Smith followed: “It’s not a feeling, it’s truth. It’s not about how I feel, it’s what’s actually happening.”

Knowing the school and district are acting lawlessly, Grace Smith courageously returned to learn the following day. In several Oct. 7 videos, Lewis is seen begging Smith “please don’t do this Grace” as she’s talking on the phone with her father explaining the threats of arrest that were made to her.

In another video, Smith is seen calmly sitting in the lobby as the school placed a staff member to keep the door locked specifically to keep her out. One student even asks “why is the door closed?” Even more appalling is we see that this is about control, not about protection, as another student is seen with a mask around his chin not covering his mouth or nose and was allowed in.

In that video, Bellman is exposed lying again when he claims Smith is the reason students are in lockdown.

“You’ve now restricted the movement of over a thousand students who are not allowed to leave their classrooms because you’re trying to get back into the classroom which you are not allowed to do since you’ve been suspended,” Bellman said.

No Bellman, you and the rest of the disgraceful school staff are the reason. And you no longer have the right to call yourself “law enforcement.” You’re a thug of the state.

One more video came out on Oct. 7, that of Smith’s parents following behind her as the cops perp walk her. Andy Smith states: “You all should be ashamed. All for a face mask. It’s despicable.”

Yes, everyone in this story is a disgrace, except for the Smith’s, especially Grace who stood up for liberty.

A hit piece was published this morning in the Washington Post and Newsweek based on a “report” published by the ADL. The report highlights how people post Gab links on Twitter that the ADL doesn’t like.
Twitter is so low on our referral source traffic list that it doesn’t even register in our top 15 sources of traffic. Yet that’s what the ADL targeted because they have no power anywhere else. 95% of our traffic is direct, meaning we don’t depend on Google, Twitter, Facebook, or anyone else. People come directly to Gab.
The ADL is an anti-Christ, Anti-American, and Anti-White hate organization. They should be registered as a foreign agent under Foreign Agents Registration Act for their operation in the United States on behalf of foreign interests in Israel
The ADL is a Jewish organization that serves the interests of Jews and of Israel. Stating this fact isn’t even remotely controversial nor is it “hateful.” In fact the ADL openly boasts about these facts, but because a Christian man dares to say these things out loud the ADL cries “anti-Semitism!”
Remember the time I responded to the ADL with “Jesus is King” and they called it “thinly veiled antisemitism?” If you believe Jesus is King, as I do, the ADL will call you an “anti-semite.” Who cares? Let them. Their shame words only have power if you let them. Don’t apologize for anything. Double down.
I often wonder if this repeated pattern of the ADL smearing and attacking good Christian people as “anti-semitic” is a result of their profound Christophobia or if it’s just merely an expression of their Jewish privilege.
The ADL can call me and Gab whatever shame words they want, but they can’t say I’m wrong. The real problem for them here is that I don’t answer to the ADL. I answer only to the King of Kings my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Period. They hate Him first, and therefore they hate me too as He said they would. (John 15:18)
The ADL can try and pressure Twitter to censor Gab all they want, but they will never stop the signal of the 20 million people and growing who are using Gab’s services each and every month. Gab will never bend the knee to hateful extremist organizations like the ADL.
In the United States of America people have a God-given right to speak freely, to exercise religious liberty, and to protect their bodily autonomy. Reminding people of these rights is not “misinformation.” If the ADL doesn’t like the rights we have in America, a Christian nation, then perhaps they should move to Israel which is one of the most vaccinated countries on earth and a noted covid hot spot.

Finally since the ADL keeps bringing it up: the January 6th Capital Riot Capital hoax, has been widely debunked including by the FBI who found “scant evidence that the Jan. 6 event at the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.”

The ADL and anyone else who demands that Gab censor legally-protected political speech on the internet can go pound sand.

Wyoming produces some of the most talented individuals. Wyoming’s own Tom Glause, recently became the CEO of the PRCA.

The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association named Wyoming resident Tom Glause, as the Chief Executive Officer for their circuit.

Long-time resident Tom Glause, had been serving as the interim CEO since August 10, 2021, filling in the shoes of George Taylor, whom had resigned earlier.

In a Press release that was released by the PRCA on Friday Glause, stated “The PRCA has been a part of my life for the past 35 years, and I’m very honored that the PRCA board of directors asked me to assume this role.” “I am also really excited to lead this iconic organization for the benefit of our entire membership.”

Tom Glause worked as a state insurance commissioner under former Wyoming Governor, Matthew Mead and current Wyoming Governor, Mark Gordon. Glause, boasts of 30 years working in the public and private sectors as an executive and attorney where he used his financial background every day.

Tom Glause, in his early years, attended the Casper College and the University of Wyoming on several scholarships, being Saddle Bronc rider. His education efforts led to an associate degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science in accounting, then lastly earning his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Wyoming.

Oregon Health&Science Univ. Illegally Questions Religious Beliefs

PORTLAND, OR – Christian attorneys send demand letter to Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) on behalf of health care workers who have been unlawfully discriminated against and denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate.

OHSU ostensibly offered its employees a process for requesting a medical or religious exception to its “mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy” with all requests due by September 20, 2021. For religious exception requests, OHSU required submission of its “OHSU Member COVID-19 Vaccine Religious Exception Request Form.” However, after the submission deadline, OHSU introduced its “Vaccine Exception Review Panel” and revealed a “very narrow criteria for approving medical or religious exemptions” had been added that declares that religious beliefs leading to “objection to the vaccine on the basis of fetal cell concerns” and “objection to the vaccine based upon bodily integrity or sanctity” are insufficient for exemption from the shot mandate.

In fact, OHSU declares any such “professed beliefs” to be “personal moral choices and/or conscientious objections rather than a tenet of a religious faith.” OHSU also states that “receiving another vaccine in the last five years” is “past behavior that may disqualify an individual from receiving a religious exception.”

In other words, OHSU unequivocally informed its employees seeking religious exceptions that they must choose between receiving a COVID-19 shot that would violate their sincerely held religious beliefs or lose their jobs.

All health care workers are protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act which does provide for religious exemptions and accommodations and mandates that employers provide them. It is unlawful for OHSU to condition approval of any employee’s request for religious accommodation on agreement with its views on acceptable religious beliefs or on the employee’s past health decisions or the theological reasons for those decisions. In fact, it is legally irrelevant what other individuals think or believe.

Oregon Health & Science University must immediately obey the law and provide reasonable accommodations to its employees to avoid litigation.

Two major incidents exposed coming from two different directions one from the far left own whistle blower, who took on her boss and that the data that shows that Facebook is controlling your data with Facebook in control and ownership of Instagram, WhatsApp, and the Facebook Messenger.

Facebook went down just two hours after the whistle-blower revealed the stuns that Facebook is doing behind people’s backs and in plain sight of authorities, stating “nothing to see here, look over there.” Last week when the system went down, the public suddenly understood that Big Tech, with the switch of a button, could shut them off permanently.

exists for any other students at WMU and other universities, including Michigan State University and University of Michigan, which are granting religious accommodations to athletes.

U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney initially ordered a 14-day temporary restraining order on the university’s shot mandate for athletes. WMU would have forced the athletes to be vaccinated by August 31 or be kicked off the team. The university then appealed the ruling to the Sixth Circuit.

Then in a 3-0 opinion, the three-judge appeals court panel upheld Judge Maloney’s preliminary injunction that stated WMU violated the athletes’ First Amendment rights by denying their requests for a religious exemption from the mandate. The court wrote, “We do not doubt (WMU’s) good faith, nor do we fail to appreciate the burdens COVID-19 has placed on this nation’s universities … but having announced a system under which student-athletes can seek individualized exemptions, the university must explain why it chose not to grant any to plaintiffs. And it did not fairly do so here.”

The appeals court also wrote, “The University put plaintiffs to the choice: get vaccinated or stop fully participating in intercollegiate sports. The University did not dispute that taking the vaccine would violate plaintiffs’ ‘sincerely held Christian beliefs.’ Yet refusing the vaccine prevents plaintiffs from participating in college sports, as they are otherwise qualified (and likely were recruited) to do. By conditioning the privilege of playing sports on plaintiffs’ willingness to abandon their sincere religious beliefs, the University burdened their free exercise rights.”
This is a great victory for these athletes against these unlawful COVID shot mandates. Western Michigan University violates federal law when these school officials deny these students’ religious exemptions. Summer has skipped fall, and now winter has arrived officially. A cold weather front has moved into Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, North and South Dakota. The weather will cause travel difficulties and in some areas, because of the amount of snowfall that is expected to fall, travel may become impossible in various areas of BigHorn Basin areas.

Snow will fall at a rapid rate all day Tuesday and into the night continuing Wednesday morning. The temps will fall and the cold conditions will create slick roads and blowing snow in the South and east of the Rockies. Blizzard conditions may exist all over Wyoming.

Snow falls estimated at 12 inches / one foot. The National Weather Service out of Riverton, Wyoming has already issued a winter storm warning for most areas of the Bighorn Basin. This weather pattern that has entered Wyoming is part of a large winter storm that is expected to dump multiple feet of snow in Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado. According to weather experts, this is the year 2021’s fist significant weather winter storm. White out conditions expected on most roads in Wyoming.

Snow will hit hard Cody, Powell, Ralston, Deaver, Frannie, Lovell and Buffalo Wyoming as they are at higher elevations.

When I saw the headline coming from the Daily Mail, I knew that it was the criminal politicians that were hiding behind these criminal board members. In the end, they could use it to safeguard themselves against the people that they are to serve.

Here’s the headline:
“Teachers call angry parents terrorists: School officials beg Biden to send in the FBI to protect them from ‘extremist’ parents angry over vaccine and mask mandates and say it should be treated as ‘domestic terrorism’”

What is happening here is that the federal and the state governments would like to have their way with your children regardless of if it is illegal or not (Exodus 22:23).

After speaking at 364 high schools in 25 different states, I have heard principals tell me that the “science and the history books are being changed every 3-7 years” (Hosea 4:6).

They are attempting to make your children prey to the sodomite agenda (Leviticus 18:22, 20:13), including child porn, which is a felony in this country (Luke 17:2).

According to this report:
• The National School Boards Association urged the president in a letter Wednesday to mobilize federal agents to protect them from protesting parents

• NSBA President Viola Garcia and Interim Executive Director and CEO Chip Slaven penned the complaint, which was also published online

• The correspondence states that outbursts from ‘extremist’ parents irate over vaccine and mask mandates should be treated as ‘domestic terrorism’

• The letter to the US president requests ‘immediate assistance’ for school staffers and board members, who they say are under ‘immediate threat’

An institution representing more than 90,000 school officials across the US begged Joe Biden Wednesday to send FBI and Secret Service agents to protect them from ‘mobs’ of angry parents irate

over vaccine and mask mandates forced upon their children – asserting their protests should be treated as ‘domestic terrorism’ by ‘extremist hate organizations.’

In a letter penned to the president and published online, the National School Boards Association implored the US government to take a stand against these vexed parents, stating that teachers and other school staffers are under ‘immediate threat’ because of their burgeoning ‘acts of malice, violence, and threats.’

The complaint, signed by NSBA President Viola Garcia and Interim Executive Director and CEO Chip Slaven, called upon Biden personally to and use his executive power to mobilize FBI and US Secret agents to guard school officials.

There were 11 pages deep of the propagandists striking at the same time. Translation: They are trying to defend themselves concerning the crimes they are intending to commit.

Conclusion: “Domestic terrorists” are protecting their children from those who are indoctrinating, from predators and those that are illegally mandating masks and experimental jabs. Who are the actual domestic terrorists, the parents or those in the federal government?

The criminals in the federal government are wanting to use agencies against the people in transgressing the law that they all swore that they would uphold.

Furthermore, maybe these fools, and fools they are, should take the time and read the 1st Amendment of the Bill of Rights which states:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the
free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Parents have every right given unto them by God to confront corruption wherever it may be (Psalm 94:16).

This is nothing more than an attempt to garner more control over the lives of the children while playing the victims. Nothing new here (Ecclesiastes 1:9).

Most of the blame, according to Cheney, is because she helped impeach President Donald J. Trump, knowing that it was a farce to begin with. Yet Cheney being encouraged with the likes of Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, to help them unseat the current President, with promises of Grandier fame and fortune for assisting the Socialist reset the Democrats had in store for the United States.

And yes, Liz Cheney stepped right up to do just that.

Cheney is fearful that Wyoming’s attorney, multi-millionaire Republican Harriet Hagemen, with the support and endorsement of President Donald J. Trump, all his supporters, will overtake the Wyoming election and stop her from seeking her fourth term.

Cheney knows the Wyoming people will burn her at the political stake for her political sins, countless lies to the public, and her lack of interest or concern for the Wyoming people.

According to an informal media phone poll with over 1,000 people contacted throughout the state of Wyoming, 982 overwhelming stated that they would vote against Cheney. These were both Democrat, Republican and Independent voters that were polled.

According to the experts, forecasting show that Liz Cheney will get a rude awakening at the polls in 2022. Wyoming just not only hates Liz Cheney, they despise her and their comments about Liz Cheney are beyond being able to be printed.
