The US Constitution Preamble Recently, I had some one send me a link in my email, which I receive about 2-300 a day, for one of their favorite show hosts highlighting and magnifying the crimes of the corrupt in giving us more information of the same criminals that have been tolerated by the American people for decades.

Do we really need more self-proclaimed Christian conservatives (1 John 2:4) giving us more information concerning the crimes of the same corrupt politicians (Jeremiah 5:28)? No, we do not.

We know that the corrupt are not above the law, though most give them a pass in acting as if they were passed. As a matter of fact, they swore to uphold the laws that they are continuously transgressing (Deuteronomy 23:23).

Are they upholding the law unto judgment, establishing righteousness so that we can have peace (Isaiah51:4)? No, they are not, just the opposite!Then why is it that we need more information? How is it that the American people do not see the missing remedy here, which is to bring justice upon the heads of the wicked (Isaiah 26:9)?Our forefathers exhibited exactly what it is that we are to do in case of the present circumstance (Hebrews 13:7).

Is it that these self-proclaimed Christian conservatives are cowards, that they are fearful (Revelation 21:8) to actually stand up in honor of where our veterans have fallen in fighting off concerning tyranny in other lands (2 Corinthians 5:15), while desensitized Americans tolerate them in office in our own lands (Hosea 4:6)?

Is it good enough for Americans to enjoy their freedoms at the price of their fathers yet when it is their turn to stand up and fight that are the first ones to capitulate (Psalm 78:9)? This is shameful conduct to say the least (Jeremiah 6:15).

To expect nothing but highlighting the crimes of the wicked concerning more information of newer crimes being committed are all vain and worthless.In fact, we are undoing ourselves by tolerating more of their crimes (Isaiah 59). Without the American people coming to the realization that they are the law under God, all will be lost (Psalm 33:12) and we will self destruct (Numbers 32:23).

Remembrance of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks

Helena, MT – Montana Republican Party Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt released the following statement in remembrance of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States:

“Twenty years ago today, our nation stood still as we watched the horrific terrorist attacks of 9/11 unfold. On this day, we mourn the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001. Let us pause and remember the heroic efforts of our first responders and citizens who ran into crumbling buildings, fought through clouds of smoke, and risked their lives to save others. In the midst of our darkest hours, America responded with patriotism, courage, and unity. And while our nation has prevailed, the threat of terrorism remains. Service men and women stand ready to defend our nation from all enemies, and for them we are forever grateful. May we always remember those who perished, and those who sacrificed their lives for our great nation and may we never forget September 11th.”

Sheridan Wyoming Parents Encouraged To Fight School Board

David Iverson from the Cowboy State Politics, sent a letter to parents living in Sheridan County with school-age children, encouraging parents to stand up against the healthcare mandates that are being forced on kids at the public school level.

In his letter, he stated, let no one tell you that one person cannot make a difference. One person making a stand is louder than any bureaucrat’s pen. Though they act with what they tell us is the forced law, they cannot understand that in Wyoming “All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on our authority and instituted for our peace, safety, and happiness, that for the advancement of these ends we have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish the government in such manner as we may think proper.”

The Wyoming Constitution clearly gives us the power to tell the school board that we will not comply. It does not grant elected officials their own little kingdom, nor are they endowed with some unassailable power over our children’s lives. Rather, absolute power over our lives, our liberty or our property exists nowhere in this Republic and not even in the largest majority.

And what that means in Wyoming is it doesn’t matter how loud one side gets, how much power they think they have or how many they number their group, the voices of the minority are still listened to. Though, the powerful rarely want to listen to those who would question their supposed authority. No longer.

But the volume of our complaints is only serving as an excuse for the powerful to end the conversation. We saw in SCSD2 that when the discussion shifted to Citizens demanding their rights as parents; the room was cleared by the police.

By the way, do you know why the word “Citizen” is capitalized? it is because Citizens have rights the government can not take that away. No one can take your rights away from you. To lose your rights, you have to give them away willingly and for too long, we have been doing that.

And let’s be honest, we have relinquished those rights to the school district for the care of our children for far too long.

Article 1 Section 38 of the Wyoming Constitution gives parents the ultimate right to make health care decisions for our children—not the school. So it is encumbered upon us as parents to stand up and assert our rights to decide for our children in any manner as we think proper.

But we have to stop playing their game. We have to stop screaming at the school board even though our frustration is completely justified. That time has passed. What we demand of us as parents is to do whatever is necessary to safeguard our children as we see fit. To do that, we have to organize—which is what you are doing at this meeting. We have to act as a group. If one voice can be drowned out by the board, give them 100 voices. If they listen to 100 voices, give the 1000 voices. Demand their resignation if for the only reason that they refused to listen to one person. Your voice cannot be ignored.

It requires commitment. Frankly, it is pastime to get off our butts and do something. It is time to stop talking and start acting. Everyone can contribute. If not monetarily, you can volunteer. You can baby-sit for others who feel comfortable in acting. Everyone can contribute some way. It is only through acting as a group that we are going to effect a change in policy. The question you have to ask yourself is that level of commitment is your child’s liberty worth?

Stop sitting on the sideline and talking. Stop letting others act for you. Stand up and refuse to give up your liberty to those who have proven that they will not listen to you. Demand and end to absolute and arbitrary power. Demand it!

If you don’t their tyranny, surely will not end with a mask. They will not stop—-Re-education politicians never do. It starts right here and now with you make a choice. Make a choice and stand up. All you have to do to begin is to break that school board bureaucrat’s pen.

Biden Purposely Violated Federal Law With COVID Shot Mandate

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Joe Biden announced a “plan” attempting to illegally force COVID shots on more Americans, including federal employees, all private employers with 100 or more employees, health care workers, educators and even children.

Biden signed an executive order today attempting to force the COVID shots on all federal employees, including contractors who conduct business with the federal government, without the option to opt out for regular COVID testing. The order gives federal workers and contractors 75 days to get the shots, but there are exceptions for those seeking religious or medical exemptions.

The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to mandate the COVID shots or weekly testing. Employers will be required to provide employees paid time off to get vaccinated.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is taking action to require the injections for over 17 million health care workers in most health care settings that receive Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement, including but not limited to hospitals, dialysis facilities, ambulatory surgical settings, and home health agencies.

Biden is calling on entertainment venues like sports arenas, large concert halls, and other venues where large groups of people gather to require that their patrons be vaccinated or show a negative test for entry. He is also pushing COVID shot requirements for teachers, school officials and even school children.

The Biden administration is prepared to begin rolling out booster shots for Pfizer and Moderna during the week of Sept. 20. However, the statistics regarding the harm from these injections is staggering. The VAERS data shows 650,075 reported adverse events, including 13,911 deaths as of August 23, 2021 from the COVID injections.

The federal government cannot mandate these COVID injections under authorization of emergency use (EUA). There is NO FDA-approved COVID shot available in the United States. Furthermore, the shots cannot be mandatory under Title VII. In general, employee vaccine religious exemption requests must be accommodated, where a reasonable accommodation exists without undue hardship to the employer, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Many people hold sincere religious beliefs against taking any vaccines, or taking those derived from aborted fetal cell lines, or taking those sold by companies that profit from the sale of vaccines and other products derived from abortion.

Employees and employers also have constitutional protections against this lawless Biden mandate. In addition, employees may also claim religious exemptions under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993. This law applies to all levels of the federal government.

Finally, Biden’s lawless mandate also collides with many state laws, including those that ban vaccine passports.

State Considers Park County As A COVID Hot Spot

COVID-19 cases are on the rise, but most of those cases are individuals who have already taken the VAX. The Cody Regional Health implements protocols they feel will ensure a more individualized care for those that need it regarding COVID cases.

The liberal media is touting that the COVID cases are getting worse. Stating that the surge in cases and death related COVID cases is extremely high and caused by the Delta variant. But the liberal media soon will jump from the Delta variant to the new COVID strain called “MU” variant.. What next will they jump to the monkey variant?

At first the Cody regional Health felt that they had everything under control, but now according to the liberal media, the Cody Regional Health has lost control and has limited staff to deal with the COVID infections.

The hospital released a statement to the media that said that the Cody Regional Health will implement the Wyoming Department of Health Crisis Standards of Care and will be started because of a “large influx of COVID patients besides summer patient volumes.”

The press release stated, “Guiding principle of CSC is to do the greatest good for the greatest number of persons and defined as a major change in usual healthcare operations.” Is this code words that really are saying, give up your health care rights for the greater good of others? Is that not called a form of “Socialism”?

The hospital will shift to a different standard of care in order to meet the needs of the patients that are coming in and the hospital is limiting visitation hours to one visitor per patient between the hours of 2pm and 6pm for non-COVID patients only.

According to some hospital staff, who talked to the Wyoming News team, they estimate that at least 185-190 cases are new COVID-19 cases in the Park County area and at least 17 of those cases are serious hospitalizations.

State Considers Park County As A COVID Hot Spot

Park County is now considered a red zone or commonly called a hot spot of COVID-19 infections, according to the Wyoming Department of Health. In an interview with the Wyoming News, Park County is now listed as an emergency COVID hot zone over all 23 counties in Wyoming. Park County is not the only County that is having issues.

At least 17 of the 23 counties in Wyoming are observing an uptick in COVID-19 cases. The State considers most of the cases as breakthrough cases, yet there are a solid number of individuals getting sick whom have never had a vaccine shot. COVID-19 does not discriminate whether you’re a Republican or a Democrat. However, don’t give up your right to be free from masks and vaccinations and don’t buy into the liberal media hype because that is just what it is. just HYPE! More people die every year from the flu than die from COVID-19.

Tyson Foods Discriminates Against Religious Exemptions

SPRINGDALE, AR – Liberty Counsel has sent a demand letter on behalf of employees in multiple states to Tyson Foods regarding the company’s attempt to punish employees with one year of unpaid leave for not taking the COVID injection. Liberty Counsel is prepared to take legal action if Tyson does not accommodate these employees’ religious exemption requests.

On August 3, 2021, Tyson announced its “Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy,” stating that Tyson “is requiring its team members at U.S. office locations to be fully vaccinated by October 1, 2021.” Tyson also informed all other employees that they must be vaccinated by November 1, 2021, subject to ongoing discussions with locations represented by unions.”

Tyson is telling its employees who filed for religious exemptions that the so-called “accommodation” will be a one-year leave of absence with no pay, and after the one year, they will be terminated.

A one-year leave of absence without pay followed by termination is no accommodation at all. Tyson employees are protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Under Title VII, Tyson must reasonably accommodate its employees unless doing so would be an undue hardship on the company. However, the past accommodations during which the COVID shots have been available prove that Tyson can, and must, do better.

Tyson must obey state and federal law.

Tyson has many ways it can reasonably accommodate employees with sincere religious beliefs against vaccination. Tyson can allow personal protective equipment, self-monitoring of conditions, temperature checks and a multitude of other measures that were sufficient until now, and that scores of employers around the country are continuing to allow for their employees. And, for some employees, Tyson can allow work from home.

Election Integrity For The WIN In Texas

TYLER, TEXAS – Governor Greg Abbott signed into law yesterday SB 1 which ensures every eligible voter gets to vote, adds more hours to vote, makes it harder for fraudulent votes to be cast and makes ballot harvesting a third-degree felony.

“One thing that all Texans can agree, and that is that we must have trust and confidence in our elections. The bill that I’m about to sign helps to achieve that goal,” Abbott said during a press conference in Tyler, TX. He was joined by state leaders which included Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Senator Bryan Hughes and Representative Andrew Murr. The bottom line of this bill is that it’s easier to vote and harder to cheat.

The Texas legislation set off a summer of heated walkouts by Democrats. The Democratic exodus would initially deny the GOP the quorum needed to pass a voting bill.

Republicans in the Texas House of Rep. authorized finding and bringing back the lawmakers. Under warrant of arrest, if necessary. House rules say that any members absent during a quorum call can “be sent for and arrested” by a simple majority vote of those present. The House sergeant-at-arms is empowered to carry this out.

On August 26, Texas Republicans advanced new voting restrictions after months of protests by Democrats, who after returning from a 38-day walkout were unable to stop the bill from moving forward. The nearly 50-page bill (SB 1) passed the Texas House on a 79-37 mostly party-line vote.

This was the third attempt by the Texas GOP to pass the bill since May of this summer. Over 12 hours Republicans defended the Democrats charges as safeguards. While their Democratic counterparts made attempts to water down the bill and continued to say the bill would disproportionately impact people of color. During the spirited exchange, Republican Dade Phelan, the House speaker, interrupted lawmakers telling them not to accuse each other of racism or even saying the word.

In the end, the bill easily passed. Texas is the last big GOP state to pass tighter voting laws driven by former President Donald Trump.

Republicans said SB 1 will rein in powers that local elections officials never had in the first place. Polls during two weeks of early voting everywhere in Texas must now be open for at least an extra hour and more counties must have polls open for at least 12 hours.

“It does make it easier than ever before for anybody to go cast a ballot,” Abbott said at an event where he signed the bill, CNN reported. “It does also, however, make sure it is harder than ever for people to cheat at the ballot box.”
