Fortunately, the Governor of Wyoming, Mark Gordon, is taking the official steps in two different forms, calling a special legislative session and legal action to stop Joe Biden and his radical federal vaccine mandates.

The action that the State of Wyoming will take to combat Joe Biden’s unlawful reach is two-fold.

The Attorney General is preparing legal action to stop radical Democrat Joe Biden’s Demented vaccine and mask mandates he is trying to levy onto private employers forcing their employees to be vaccinated or not be able to work.

Multiple states are banning together to stop Biden, once he issues an emergency standard, Gov, Gordon indicated.

All over the state of Wyoming, people are standing up and fighting back against the radical Democrat fake hype of vaccines that the science shows does not work and that masks won’t stop viruses.

Democrats have become so deluded that they believe their own lies.

Biden is using OSHA to issue the new emergency standards for vaccine mandates.

Biden has lied to the public every time he opens his mouth. Biden has become not only a liability to America, he also is a threat to America’s national security.

Cheyenne Attorney Darin Smith Suspends Campaign For US. House

Cheyenne Wyoming attorney, Darin Smith, has officially “suspended” his bid to replace Liz Cheney. Smith dropped out, as did Gray. Both men wanted to unite the party to have a stronger wall against Cheney than to split up the votes.

Liz Cheney has no chance of winning any re-election in Wyoming after her bluster she caused regarding former President Trump.

After Trump endorsed Attorney Harriet Hageman, Attorney Darin Smith suspended his political efforts. Many Republicans and Conservative have stated that the only way Cheney can win is if they split the republican votes up. If held together as a coalition, Cheney loses her seat.

The former candidate Darin Smith reasoned that “I said hell would freeze over before I’d be the reason Liz Cheney gets re-elected.” Liz Cheney is trying to hold on to her Wyoming U.S. House seat, but political experts are telling the Wyoming News that her chances of winning are very slim, especially if the Conservative votes hang together with just one candidate, not two or three.

Darin Smith stated, “To honor my word, I am throwing my support behind Harriet as well. Liz Cheney must go.” Smith had promised the Park County Republican Men’s Club that he would step down if he felt he could be a reason for vote splitting, giving Cheney a win. Smith was adamant not to be that reason. Attorney Darin Smith kept his word.

So far the rank and file are dropping out of the race and getting behind Harriet Hageman creating a conservative wall against the most despised Wyoming politician, Liz Cheney.

Memorial Service For Officer Julius Nielsen Killed Sept 18, 1921

McLean County Sheriff’s Office The Kenmare Police Department is hosting a memorial service for Kenmare Police Officer Julius Nielsen in honor of the 100th anniversary of his line of duty death. Sergeant Curt Olson of the McLean County Sheriff’s Office (and former Kenmare Police Officer) is facilitating the event.

Officer Nielsen was shot and killed on September 18, 1921 while attempting to arrest a robbery suspect in the rear of the Park Hotel which was located on Division Street of the downtown square.

Officer Nielsen’s killing is the fifth of five law enforcement line of duty deaths,and the most recent killing of a Peace Officer, in Ward County.

All of which occurred between 1918 and 1921.

The service will take place on September 18, 2021 at 4 PM at the Kenmare City Park near the Danish Mill in downtown Kenmare.Immediately following the service, a procession will go to Trinity Lutheran Cemetery where Officer Nielsen is buried, northeast of Kenmare. Refreshments will be served at Trinity Lutheran Church at the end of the service.This event is free and open to the public.

Glimpse Into SCOTUS Ruling On TX Abortion Case

The Committee for Justice released the following statement by its president, Curt Levey, on the Supreme Court’s ruling late last night in Whole Woman’s Health v. Jackson, allowing Texas’s “fetal heartbeat” abortion law to go into effect:

There are several important takeaways from the Supreme Court’s abortion ruling.

1) Despite the immediate hysterics from the Left—announcing the effective demise of Roe v. Wade—the ruling did nothing to modify or weaken the Court’s abortion precedents. Instead, the Court made it clear that its order “is not based on any conclusion about the constitutionality of Texas’s law,” is based entirely on procedural issues, and “in no way limits other procedurally proper challenges to the Texas law.”

2) In fact, the Texas law, which bans abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, is likely to ultimately be struck down, precisely because Roe is unlikely to be overturned anytime soon. However, Roe may be circumscribed next spring in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, involving Mississippi’s 15-week abortion limit. Dobbs, which will be argued a few months from now, is the abortion case to watch.

3) Nonetheless, last night’s decision, the most important abortion ruling since Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the Court, is an important step in the right direction for abortion opponents. The biggest obstacle to the Court curtailing Roe is not the Constitution—its text contains nothing hinting at a right to abortion—but the Court’s willingness despite knowing it will be pilloried by the nation’s academic, media and cultural elites. That the Court’s three newest justices followed the rule of law yesterday rather than worrying about elite opinion is what makes last night’s ruling so significant.

4) The backbone the Court’s newest members showed yesterday confirms that President Donald Trump did a good job of picking justices who not only espouse conservative principles (the easy part), but are also willing to stick to those principles when the winds of political correctness are blowing in the opposite direction (the hard part). Last night’s ruling will help to quiet the conservative voices that point to some of the Court’s recent decisions and wonder if even President Trump got it right. The Committee for Justice supported all three of Trump’s appointees, not because we believed they would consistently rule in ways that please conservatives, but because we believed they would consistently apply conservative jurisprudential principles, such as adherence to the plain language of the Constitution. So far so good.

5) In contrast, Chief Justice Roberts, in dissent, conceded that Texas “may be correct” that “existing doctrines preclude judicial intervention,” but said he would block the Texas law “to preserve the status quo ante.” That is typical of what we have called Roberts’ “wont to take an ostensibly narrow and moderate approach that nonetheless yields a politically correct result sure to win praise in the nation’s leading editorial pages and law schools.” But with Barrett’s addition to the Court, the politically-minded Roberts can no longer do as much harm. Last night’s ruling confirmed both that the Court’s advertised 6-3 conservative majority is a myth, while its more realistic 5-4 conservative majority is more than a paper tiger.

6) As part of the hysterical reaction to yesterday’s ruling, the Left’s calls for court packing will grow louder. But the Left will not get its wish. While we have urged conservatives to keep an open mind about thoughtful Supreme Court reforms that don’t give either party an obvious advantage, packing the Court with additional, Biden-appointed justices is a nakedly partisan proposal that would do nothing to address the Court’s overreach, the one problem liberals and conservatives seem to agree on to Biden’s Supreme Court Commission).

Court Says”Forcing Employee COVID Shots Un-Lawful

UTICA, NY – Today, Judge David Hurd in the Northern District Court of New York granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) for all health care workers against the state’s unconstitutional attempt to ignore federal law and remove religious exemptions and accommodations from unlawful COVID shot mandates for health care workers.

Thomas More Society filed a lawsuit on behalf of several doctors, nurses, therapists and technologists against Governor Kathy Hochul, Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Howard A. Zucker and Attorney General Letitia James. The case was filed in the Northern District.

Yesterday, a different judge heard the Liberty Counsel case also seeking a temporary restraining order and stated an order will issue soon. Today, Liberty Counsel is now filing a supplemental authority regarding the Northern District TRO in the Eastern District of New York in its case against Governor Hochul, Dr. Zucker, Trinity Health, Inc., New York Presbyterian Healthcare System, Inc., and Westchester Medical Center Advanced Physician Services, P.C.

The Northern District Court ruled today that: “The vaccine mandate is suspended in operation to the extent that the DOH is barred from enforcing any requirement that employers deny religious exemptions from COVID-19 vaccination or that they revoke any exemptions employers already granted before the vaccine mandate issued; and the DOH is barred from interfering in any way with the granting of religious exemptions from COVID-19 vaccination going forward, or with the operation of exemptions already granted; the DOH is barred from taking any action, disciplinary or otherwise, against the licensure, certification, residency, admitting privileges or other professional status or qualification of any of the plaintiffs on account of their seeking or having obtained a religious exemption from mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.”

The “Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy” applies to healthcare workers in all “hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic and treatment centers, adult care facilities, certified home health agencies, hospices, long-term home health care programs, AIDS home care programs, licensed home care service agencies and limited licensed home care service agencies.” On August 16, 2021, Governor Hochul announced that the state will now require health care workers to accept or receive one of the three currently available COVID-19 injections to remain employed in the healthcare profession. The deadline for them to become fully vaccinated is Monday, September 27, 2021 for hospital employees and October 7, 2021 for other facilities.

If these health care workers do not comply with the mandate, they will be terminated, removed from the jobs they love and deprived of their ability to earn a living.

Though Governor Hochul’s announcement initially indicated that there would be “limited exceptions for workers with religious or medical reasons,” the State’s Public Health and Health Planning Council eliminated an exemption and accommodation for religious reasons on August 26. In fact, under the state’s rule change, the only exemptions permitted in New York will be for medical reasons documented by a physician or certified nurse practitioner.

However, state officials cannot override federal law or the federal Constitution. New York’s purported guidance and attempts to remove federal protections and even religious exemptions available under federal law are causing direct and irreparable harm. All health care workers are protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act which does provide for religious exemptions and accommodations and mandates that employers provide them. Against a government mandate, all health care workers are also protected by the First Amendment.

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “This is a great victory for all health care workers in New York who have sincerely held religious objections to the COVID shots. New York is required to abide by federal law and the U.S. Constitution to provide protections to employees who have sincerely held religious objections to the COVID shots. Governor Hochul and New York health care facilities cannot override federal law and force health care workers to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs by forcing them to inject an experimental substance. All New York health care workers have the legal right to request reasonable accommodation for their sincerely held religious beliefs and forcing COVID shots without exemptions is unlawful.” Liberty Counsel is a public law firm and a news partner with the Wyoming News.

Wyoming Congressional candidate, Chuck Gray, has wised up and suspended his Congressional Campaign to replace Liz Cheney, the blight of Wyoming Politics. Chuck Gray stated in his campaign suspension speech, “I’m incredibly proud of the successful campaign we’ve run for the last six months.

We have gained the support of tens of thousands of Wyomingites, thousands of grassroots donors from across the country, and conservative leaders here and nationally.”

Gray states that “Liz Cheney has betrayed our values.” which many of the Wyoming 23 counties have already “FIRED” Liz Cheney.

It focused the Congressional Campaign on advancing Wyoming’s core values and issues such as corruption, protecting the unborn and protecting the Second Amendment. It was important to shrink government and stop the radical left’s attack on Wyoming industries.

Gray was from the grassroots belt of Wyoming.

Gray wanted to unite, not divide the votes against Cheney and he wants the Wyoming voters to unite and soundly defeat Liz Cheney.

So that was the reason for his suspension of his political Congressional campaign for Congress to replace Liz Cheney.

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE – Sep. 14, 2021 – The Christian Economic Forum global event in Beaver Creek, Colorado, marked the inaugural granting of the organization’s Extraordinary Impact Award to Craig Deall, CEO of Foundations for Farming Global, a Zimbabwean faith-based non-profit that is revolutionizing agriculture in that country and beyond.
Recognized and promoted by the Zimbabwe government and in concert with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Foundations for Farming’s program – called Pfumvudza – has already been adopted by 1.6 million small farmers, with a total goal of 2 million households implementing it.
“CEF created this award to honor those who share our vision of seeking God-inspired solutions to the world’s greatest problems,” said CEF Founder and Executive Director Chuck Bentley. “It was Craig Deall whom God, (as part of the Foundations for Farming team) inspired to address one of those challenges – food insecurity – in an African nation. This followed great personal loss and hardship for Craig and his family, who show the precursor of great impact is to be willing to walk the road of great suffering.”
Foundations for Farming’s revolutionary Conservation Agriculture techniques allow small scale farmers – most of whom lived below the subsistence level – not only to survive but to thrive by feeding their families and selling the surplus crops.
“I accept this award on behalf of the least, the last, the lost, the broken ones that are forgotten generally in this world,” Deall said. “If you want to hedge against bad times, make a plan for the poor. Look after someone who has less than you. That’s God’s upside-down kingdom way of ensuring that you will survive in turbulent times.”
Foundations for Farming was founded by Brian Oldreive. A farm Oldreive had managed in north Zimbabwe was almost bankrupt as traditional farming methods such as deep soil inversion (plowing) depleted the land and reduced crop yields. A man of great faith, Oldreive says God revealed to him that in nature, plants grow in a naturally occurring mulch of fallen leaves and grass. He experimented with a Zero-Tillage technique of planting crops in beds of mulch. It greatly increased his yields allowing his farm to succeed, leading him to acquire three times more land to manage and, eventually, to founding Foundations for Farming to share this technique among small farmers across Africa.
The government of Zimbabwe endorsed the Foundations for Farming approach last year, and in 2020/21 the country will experience its first food surplus in two decades. In the Mashonaland Central Province – home to 8.5 percent of the nation’s 14.7 million people – the technique tripled Maize production from 182,000 tons to 545,000 tons.
Additionally, many young college graduates cannot find jobs in Zimbabwe today, and the success of farming in the Foundations for Farming method is turning them into agricultural entrepreneurs.
In a widely quoted statement, John Basera, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement, said. “Pfumvudza means a new season of increased productivity. It is a season of producing more on less land and with less resources; a season of climate-proofing our agriculture through … [the] adoption of Conservation Agriculture.”
This story is all the more remarkable because the nation where Foundations for Farming originated is the same that 20 years ago seized the land of thousands of white farmers . . . including Craig Deall’s.
“He had three choices,” Bentley said in bestowing the award. “He could fight, flee or forgive.”
The vast majority left the country, but it was through the process of losing his farm that Deall says he realized if he were to truly follow the Bible’s admonition to “feed your enemy,” he must take a different road.
Deall chose to forgive and help serve the nation by training small scale farmers, and that included helping the people now living on the farm his family worked for two generations.
“The scripture . . . says that if a man steals your coat, give him your tunic as well,” Deall said on the Faith Driven Entrepreneur podcast. “That meant if a man steals your farm, teach him how to farm. So that’s what we did. And it’s not easy.”

Former President Donald J. Trump has been busy holding massive rallies that, by comparison to his rallies, that he held when running as a Presidential Candidate, dwarfed them.

The Rallies that President Trump is holding now have at least a 25% increase in attendance above what his record rallies were when he was a presidential candidate.

If anyone has been observing the Trump machine, it would appear that former President Donald J. Trump is running what they call a shadow presidency to prepare for his righteous, upstanding return to save America in the 2024 election.

Biden has no chance as the American people have forever doomed him to have a chance for a 2nd term. Biden is a threat to the American freedoms for both great and small.

Biden has used COVID-19 as a political weapon for the Democrats. The Republicans don’t see a real problem with the COVID-19 virus, as it is only like the simple flu virus.

The 2020 election is still a major problem for over 80 million American who blame Biden for stealing the election and propping himself up as a President who has dementia and is a pathological liar.

Upon close observance of what he is doing, one can not help but notice that Donald J. Trump appears to be running a shadow presidency of sort.

This last Wednesday Sept 8, 2021, President Donald J. Trump contacted all the family members of those that Americans lost because of a suicide bomber in Afghanistan.

Biden landed at the Dover Air Force Base and walked down the C130 Transport plane’s tail ramp, Biden appeared ancient and frail walking like he was unsure of his own footing. Biden was observing the transfer of American Soldier Heroes bodies, all 13 of them checking his watch many times as if he was in a hurry to leave or bored, feeling he had better things to do.

The American families of the 13 War Soldier heroes refused to talk to him and cursed his name, Daming Biden to hell. The families became confrontational with Biden over his failure to use simple logic for a troop withdrawal and his decision to end the war, pulling out in advance all military leaving behind stranded thousands of Americans and Afghani’s who helped the US military during wartime.

The failures and lies to the American public have drenched Biden in American blood. That is his legacy.

President Trump spoke to all the family members and consoled those mourning relatives like a genuine leader should do.

Trump is currently being briefed by a team of professionals and former officials such as the former CIA director and the former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, on Afghanistan and world international affairs, where on the other hand, Biden scoffs at his advisors and ignores what good advice that might leak out of them once in a while.

Biden hides from the media where President Trump sent out a Presidential statement via his “Save America PAC” the soldiers were “murdered for Biden optics.”

President Trump is stepping up his public role and in short Trump appears to be preparing for a 2024 run, double, triple downing his efforts to expose the Democrats and Biden’s false narratives as fake news and this time even Democrat’s are waking up that it is time to OUST Biden from office and or force his resignation. Time will tell. In the meantime, keep your eyes on the best, greatest leader of the free world Donald J. Trump as everything is pointing to his triumphal return to the White House.
