43-year-old Sione Mola who has been hiding in Salt Lake City, but was detained in Wyoming, was booked July 8 and is on an ICE hold.
Did you know that today is the state of Wyoming’s birthday? In 1869, Wyoming was organized as a territory, but did not be come an actual state still, for a few years.
The road to statehood actually began in the year of 1888.
The Territorial Assembly requested/sent to the United States Congress a petition for admission into the Union.
Actual bills were submitted on both sides of the Senate and the House, but neither could pass anything that year.
Wyoming began as early as 1869 after the organization of Wyoming Territory in that year. The road to statehood, however, did not begin until 1888, when the Territorial Assembly sent Congress a petition for admission into the Union. Bills were introduced in both houses of Congress but did not pass.
Because no legislation could pass in Congress, this did allow Wyoming to continue down the path to Statehood.
Then, on July 8, 1889, the Wyoming Territory held an election, which was comprised of a delegation of about 49 men who met in the largest town in Wyoming back then. The men met in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and held the one and only Constitutional Convention in 1889 and they sat down and wrote out the Wyoming Constitution. This took place back in September of 1889.
Finally, December, 1889. The House passed a bill on March 27, 1890.
Then-President Benjamin Harrison signed Wyoming’s statehood bill, making Wyoming the 44th state and adopted on July 10, 1890, 130 years ago today.
The Park County Fair is right around the corner and the public is excited to get the show on the road.
Plans are for the fair to be almost identical to years past and the regular events of the Grand stand shows will proceed along with a full carnival complimented with lots of vendors.
In the past, the Park County Fair has had some troubling waters to navigate. Late in the year, Audra Jewell, the former events manager, fired/dismissed due to some unknown issues that only her supervisor, Mike Garza, and the Park County commissioners were aware of.
This has been the fourth shake-up in about five years, which is a really bad odds for the Park County Fair. For one reason or another, the Park County Fair has had some rough years.

Despite these setbacks over the last five years, the Park County Fair will go on and is set to have it’s best financial year yet, according to Park County Fair sources
The Park County Fair takes place this year from July 27 through July 31, with the major event being the Sam Cox Band, who will preform on July 29. Other events will include the motocross and demolition derby, a staple of the Park County Fair Grounds, pig wrestling and some Nija Warrior Competition to name a few. The public is invited to come partake in the Community events at the Park County Fair.
National Education Association is making every effort to combat parents who have children attending the public schools in Wyoming. The NEA has switched to talking points that is nothing more than “gas lighting of the parents” to over-come, a ground swelling of angry parents who are taking the NEA head-on, both at a national, regional and local levels.
The Teachers Union in Wyoming, including the school districts, are sticking to talking points that “CRT is not being taught in school.”
All one has to do is call your local teachers union Rep and they will use the gas lighting talking point and claim that they are not teaching CRT in the schools. But Wyoming residents know the truth and have discovered that, in fact, this is exactly what they are teaching their children.
The ad nauseam was disiminated over liberal talk shows, liberal media, and at all levels of the Teachers Unions, both at a national level and at the local levels. The National Education Association is demanding along with the progressive liberal, radical Socialist Marxists politicians alike this propaganda, in hopes of silencing parents.
The NEA’s attempt to gas-light any parent who stands in opposition is classified and called “Crazy,” “Trouble Makers,” “Education Terorrists.”
However, the NEA shot them selves in the head, figuratively speaking, when they have voted for a complete radical Marxist indoctrination of the school children in America.
The NEA’s Critical Race Theory is based on a curriculum designed to infiltrate all school-aged children and at all levels of perversion, and evilness that just does not make any sense to the normal thinking parent.
This type of radical ideologies is designed to undermine the family units and destabilize a free country, with the goal of creating generations of youth to turn the tide to Socialism and worst Marxism in just one generation time span.
CRT is discrimination based on skin color and violation of every Civil Rights Act.
Wyoming grass root American parents are battling this head-to-head evilness that has shown isn’t ugly head. Even the American Federation of Teachers has turned ugly. The AFT has funded 2.5 million dollars to “defend” teachers who insist on breaking the law and forcibly indoctrinating students, even if it is against the Wyoming parents will. They also insist that CRT is not being taught and are gas lighting Wyoming parents.
Wyoming parents must ask them selves, will they allow the NEA and the Teachers Unions and the American Federation of Teachers to indoctrinate racist ideologies to the children while at the same time lying to parents about what they are doing with their children? And then with the other hand, mounting massive campaigns that silence dissidents? Or will Wyoming parents demand that the public schools educate children instead of indoctrination of their children.
Wyoming parents must not support any NEA nor the Teachers Union as they have become indulged with a WOKE culture that brings nothing but death and destruction to those that embrace it.

Not to be mistaken for the National Rodeo Association, the NRA we are talking of here is The National Rifle Association and the possibility of moving its headquarters to Cody,Wyoming.
This could be a nice headquarters for the foundation for our proud citizens who stand and believing in protecting our gun rights and our amendments whom our forefathers died to give us the right to bear arms and protect ourselves, especially in the day and age we live in and the constant chaos and bombardment of crime in our society.
Their current headquarters is in Fairfax,VA,population 25,000, but there is talk of moving the headquarters to the right-under-10,000 population of Cody,Wyoming.
As clearly stated by Wikipedia, “The NRA has been described as influential in shaping American gun control policy. The organization influences legislators’ voting behavior through its financial resources and ability to mobilize it large membership.”
The NRA was founded in 1871 and now has around five million members in the association. This organization is important and Wyoming could potentially be a great place for the headquarters, being that it is even smaller than the current town of its headquarters and it helps raise money and prepares field campaigns.
The NRA is an important part of our society who care for the constitution, human rights, and our ability to enjoy freedoms that citizens should have the right to keep and not have taken away. This organization helps, advocates, teaches, and stands for safety and proper use of all firearms and continues to grow and fight for those rights to be apart of proud gun bearing citizens despite the controversy of gun rights being taken away.
We don’t believe society would turn out much better than our recent pandemic if those rights were taken away and we had to deal with the many people who would be rightfully outraged and losing those rights as if we were all being punished in some way because people who misuse or do heinous crimes that no law abiding citizen likes to see or be apart of but strongly believe that the same things would be happening on the news daily with or without those rights.
In fact, probably would be way more chaotic trying to seize every gun owners weapons where people have claimed: the only way the government is ever getting my gun is out of my cold, dead hands.”
Cody,Wyoming could have the name of being the headquarters for an organization that was founded in 1871, protects our rights, plays a part in our elections, and stands for proper gun safety and use and is as positive as The Statue Of Liberty to remind us and continue to advocate and stand for our rights that we deserve to have according to our forefathers, constitution, and is continually growing as the times get worse which we all see has happened more and more as time progresses.
We know there would be people very proud to have their town be the home community of The NRA and what it stands for, who fight to keep and have our rights as American citizens.
The Lander Wyoming. Catholic College once again finds it’s self in the media spot light again. This time in federal court. Former Chief Financial Officer, Paul McCown of the Wyoming Catholic College is being sued for intentionally defrauding an investment firm out of a little over $15 million dollars with what Court Documents describe as an elaborate scheme.
New York Firm Ria R Squared alleges in their complaint that Paul McCown falsified his bank account statements calming that the bank was in possession of his $750 million dollars, of which was in his account.
Paul McCown falsified many documents to give him a better position where he could leverage the $15 million dollar advance that he received from Ria R Square all base on lies.
At some point and time, Paul McCown impersonated another person, namely a Wyoming Community Bank employee, so that he could communicate with the back-east firm, Ria R. Squared.
Paul McCowan used an elaborate scheme where by he could communicate with Wyoming Community Bank by using an email address and phone number, none of which were connected to the Wyoming Community Bank.
Records indicate that Paul Mccown resigned on June 25, 2012, when he was placed on Administrative leave on June 3, 2021, only after learning of the allegations against him.
Fortunately, the Wyoming Catholic College is not a party to the case as of this publication, but that does not mean that they are out of the water yet. As of this publication date, Paul McCow’s former position has not been filled.
McCown claimed that he needed investment advice as he recently “got and influx of wealth,”
Paul McCown was seeking, originally, the amount of $10 million dollars to pay off a loan to his business, McCown Enterprise LLC. State registration shows that Paul McCown was the sole member of the corporation and did not have any employees or associates of partners. In the end, McCowan asked for a total of $15 million dollars.
These type of loans are called “bridge loans” that many businesses will use to cover operating costs that they may be incurring.
Paul McCown did in fact obtain the money from the New-York firm Ria R Squared, but records show that Paul McCowan transferred in various forms money to his very own family members, the state of Wyoming, and a services firm that deals with finances in the name of the a college employee.
Did the College get money directly? Yes, they did, to the tune of $10 million in a donation that was made labeled as just anonymous. Unconfirmed sources have indicated that they will be returning the money. Other transfers were to Goldman Sachs, which was used as a transfer station for Pal McCowan.
Lander man Paul McCowan earlier this year announced that he was going to build the tallest skyscraper in Lander, Wyoming, and potentially the world.
Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon has accepted the appointment of Joe Biden to the Council of Governors on THursday. Wyoming Gov GOrdon is one of nine appointees.
Every two years, the who-ever is the President appoints new names to fill the Council of Governors.
Biden appointed five Democrats and five Republicans to even out the council. The methodology behind this is to make it look bipartisan.
The Council will be joined by the Homeland Security, Secretary of Defense, Assistant to Homeland Security, Chief of the National Guard Bureau, Coast Guard Commander, The commander of the US Northern Command, Intergovernmental affairs.
