Buffalo Bill Center Of The West Under Multiple Law Suits

What a hot mess! The Buffalo Bill Memorial Association claims to be a “non-profit” does business as the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, which is for “PROFIT” ? Try and wrap your head around that and figure that one out! Or are they “non-profit as well?

Back on January 25, 2021, a lawsuit was filed in Park County District Court accusing the Buffalo Bill Center of the West of not returning and withholding personal property from an employee that they had fired, namely, Bonnie Smith. Bonnie Smith loaned her property and objects to the Buffalo Bill Center, but two years later the Buffalo Bill Center of the West refused to return her items back to her.

Two of the items that the Buffalo Bill Center of the West refused to return to her were two (2) tapes, called Super 8 films of a July 4 parade that took place back in 1976, when John Wayne was the Grand Marshal and also visited the museum when it was called the Buffalo Bill Historical Center.

These two films that they stated that they did not have but that they did have—were valued at over $70,000.00 and estimates suggest that they may well be worth at least $100,000.00 per tape, according to today’s market value, with anything to do with John Wayne, commonly called “The Duke.”

Was the Buffalo Bill Center trying to steal them? or were they just being hateful to the former employee Bonnie Smith.?

According to some of the visitors who have tried to visit the museum in the past during the covid mask mandate, they reported to the Wyoming News that they were treated very badly by some of the security guards due to what they believed was because of the color of their skin.

These individuals stated that they are talking with legal counsel about filing a class-action suit against the Museum for the way they were treated by staff security at the Museum and according to sources there is a list of others whom are upset at the treatment they got also. All of these individuals are of “color”. Is there theme here?

So it would appear to an outsider that problems exist at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

In Bonnie Smith’s case, evidence was filed in court that shows that the BBCOW, did take control of the films on Sept. 25, 2014, to preserve and digitization of the tapes, or so that is what they claimed. But that was not what they did. Court records show that as of the filing Jan. 25, 2021, the Buffalo Bill Center of the West refused and denied that they even had the tapes and denied Bonnie Smith the return of her own private property.

Does this sound like some one on the board or possible employee high archae ladder, was deliberately attempting to steal the tapes?

At the very least, to deny the right full owner Bonnie Smith, her own property not being returned to her after she was fired. This is just wrong on all levels.

Certainly not the way to conduct business, not to say that it may have been totally an illegal action.

What a Sham,

In Court documents, a list of personal items were listed outlining personal property the Buffalo Bill Center still were in possession of and the exact location of those very items the day she was fired.

Many items were returned later, but most of the items were not returned, according to the Law suit.

The BBCOW was put on notice on April 3, 2019, that they were “unlawfully holding.’

In english this is called THEFT.

The Lawsuit sought no punitive damages or monetary compensation, just that the Plaintiff Bonnie Smith wanted her property back in her custody.

In another case,

The Buffalo BIll Center of the West is being sued in federal court. Why? This case again deals with employment discrimination and wrongful termination against some current employees and some former employees.

In this case in federal court, the complainant alleges that the Buffalo Bill Center conducted and operated with a history of age and gender discrimination, personal vendettas, political retaliation for being a whistle-blower, reporting unethical practices to the proper agencies.

Defendants in this case are the following individuals and entities:

Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

Rebecca West, the current Executive Director appointed April 2021

Corey Anco, Assistant curator of the Draper Natural History Museum.

Peter Seibert, a former Executive Director who resigned Jan 2021

Melissa Hill, Assistant curator of the Draper Museum Raptor Experience.

Kelly Jensen, a former Development Director.

Nathan Horton, former lab manager and research assistant.

Accusations were made against each defendant by the Plaintiff regarding Plaintiff’s employment. Each of the individuals allegedly are responsible for illegally ousting plaintiff from the Plaintiffs job by making up false allegations against the Plaintiff, according to Court documents.

These varied defendants posted public photos of the Plaintiff in view of the public after the Plaintiff’s termination, this was done as a retailtory move by defendants, allegedly.

The allegations made by the Plaintiff in the federal court use the terms “Fraudulent” in their illegal actions to silence and stop Plaintiff from Plaintiff’s employment. The defendants listed are accused of miss conduct and intentional reckless disregard for the accountability, and under such circumstances and conditions, that a reasonable person would know, or have reason to know, that conduct would, in a high degree of probability, result in massive harm to another.

Based on these two lawsuits against the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, apparently this is not a good place to work, as far as some in the public are concerned. Furthermore, it has come to the attention that this entity is a very liberal Democrat snake pit, according to sources in various political circles.

No calls have been returned to the Wyoming News from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West regarding the multiple law suits against them.

According to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Title Chapter 44 was transformed into an emergency filed rule which is the licensing regulations—so that it will follow the newest law, giving youngsters who are age 11 the chance to go hunting with a fireman,. Wyoming School Districts Teaching Critical Race Theory

The Cody public education system is directly connected to the NEA, the National Education Association, which is the largest teachers union in the country.

The Cody school system is part of the NEA, as many of the teachers in Wyoming are members of NEA.

But this is what these Wyoming public school teachers are subscribing to:

Recently, the National Education Association voted to aggressively push Critical Race Theory into K-12 public schools across the Country, which would include Park County’s public schools. According to an insider, they are going to start with the Cody Public schools system.

The Critical Race Theory supporters, mainly the teachers Unions, claim that CRT is not taught in K-12, but the truth and the facts show that the NEA did pass a resolution requiring NEA action that supports aggressive leading campaigns that will greatly increase implementing of critical race theory in ALL public school curriculum in preschool through 12 grade education.

According to an NEA sources who asked not to be identified, stated that in Wyoming, the cities of Cody, Cheyenne, Lander, Powell, Casper and Jackson will be a launching pad for implementing the critical race theories into those school districts and classrooms.

Let’s just look at what this means, the Critical Race Theory has all already been written and approved in it’s role of the teachers Unions that will be center stage and will take a prominent role, being very dominant about forcing CRT into the districts.

According to the NEA, they know that the Western states are asleep and their is little push back from parents, thereby making possible to change America in just one generation towards a more Socialist-minded, civilized society. A society that is polite and that will accept such control implemented later.

The NEA is involved at the national, including the local chapters, to guarantee that the Critical Race Theory is being implemented.

NEA is instructing the teacher Unions and local chapters to continue to say that “Critical Race Theory is not being taught in k-12.” Even School boards are being trained on how to combat upset parents and how to control the meetings by either shutting down the public meeting or asking for Law enforcement to arrest parents who they allege are disrupting the meeting.

This is how the school boards are being trained and taught on how to handle any opposing voices.

Already in Cody, Cheyenne, Lander, Powell, Casper and Jackson Wyoming, kindergartners may not have papers and books that say CRT on them, but the children are being taught and indoctrinated verbally into the very beginning key principles using varied vague euphemisms like the words “of color”, “equity” and “Antiracism.”

Right now in the Wyoming school districts the NEA, National Education Association is working along with the NEA state and local affiliates and radical so called racial justice advocates and community BLM activist and they have built a powerful education community that on the out side looks like just a town or city that is all about good education.

This is furthest from the truth.

Facts show that they are working together to eradicate institutional racism in. by pushing campaigns that greatly increase implementing culturally responsive education, such as Critical Race Theory, and dividing ethnic individuals such as any Blacks, Latinos, Middle Easterns, Asians and so on in the very studies that they children are required, to study in K-12 grade including at the collegiate level.

This is how they are getting this Critical Race Theory into the Wyoming school districts with the help of Socialist Democrat politicians.

They are sharing and publicizing throught channels, information current to society and are conveying teaching such radical topics in a reasonable and aggressively, what they claim as appropiate methods of curriculum, that is informed and structured by varied accdemic Socialist frameworks to interpret and understand the impacts of the past on the current society, by pushing the Critical Race Theory aganda.

NEA is also directing the public school districts to use tools and resources to defend their “honest education, that includes CRT.

Wyoming public education insists that the so-called racism is just a structural and or systemic, and this is the excuse and invitation to a much more broader transformation into a radical, envisioned Marx’s Feuerbach philosophy. Which is, Critical Race Theory, simply a self-proclaimed Marxist, Paulo Freire that has been labeled as “Critical Consciousness” so that they can get students at all levels to emotionally feel compelled to act for a fundamental, permanent change to America’s freedoms.

Wyoming Parents, the gauntlet has been thrown down.

The NEA. National Education Association is an enemy of the people, enemy of the state, and to the freedoms of God fearing Americans. They must be stopped at all costs as they are indoctrinating the children to ascend against their parents and, ultimately, the freedoms those very same parents and generations before them have enjoyed.

As of April 2020, another new attempt NEA is pushing is called, and coined, “Team Transcend,” which is mind-boggling as it is also called “liberatory Mathematics.” It has nothing to do with mathematics, but everything to do with Critical Race Theory, but disguised as mathematics.

Critical Race Theory IS RACISM !

One wonders why the local liberal rags will never report nor tell the people the truth about Critical Race Theory? Could be that they allegedly are nothing but a Socialist Democrat Sympathizing propaganda machine? Critical Race Theory

Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee Caught Being Corrupt Or Inept

According to the Carbon County Republican Party, the Carbon County Republican Party Executive Committee are deeply concerned over what appears to be questionable composition of the formal proclamation—primary election ballots, as well as the certified results from the Laramie County Clerk, Debra Lee. During the 2018 and the 2020 election cycle, and new evidence that has become known recently, it is the unanimous opinion that, as out-lined in W.S. 22-4-101. Application; composition, election and qualifications of county central committees; certificate of election. ” each political party is each precinct shall choose one (1)committeeman and (1) committee woman for each two hundred fifty (250) votes or major fraction thereof cast for the party’s candidate for proclamation.

The county clerk shall publish at least once in a newspaper of general circulation and each county in which all or part of the proposed district is situated a proclamation setting forth the date of the election, what count clerk is the filling officer, thequesiotn of formation, what offices are to be filled including the terms of the officers, the filing period for the offices and other pertinent election information.

Minor errors in the proclamation shall not invalidate the forthcoming election.

The formal proclamation by the Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, that was on May 21, 2020, showed the following precincts were assigned the following number of Republican Precinct Representatives to appear on the 2020 primary ballot by the Laramie County Clerk, Debra Lee.

They are as follows:

Precinct 2-2=two Republican Precinct Committeewoman and two committeemen-4 total Precinct representative.

As this shows in the 2018 general election results for the Republican Party’s candidate for representative in Congress, (Laramie County Clerk and Wyoming Secretary of State results, to have been correct, valid, and legal IAW: W.S. 22-4-101 the following Laramie County Precincts Should have been assigned the following number of Republican Precinct representatives by Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, to appear on the 2020 primary ballot. So based on these figures it is clear from the Laramie County Primary Proclamation, and the 2020 Partisan primary ballots published by the Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, that no less than 10 republican precincts were allotted the incorrect amount of partisan precinct representation in direct violation of W.S. 22-4-101.

In Conducting a full investigation into both party’s precinct allotments, you will find that the number of incorrectly allotted precincts for the Laramie County Democratic party is 20 precincts.

This improper ballot makes up much more than the “Minor errors in the proclamation shall not invalidate the forthcoming election.” This is covered in W.S. 22-29-110 as it constitutes nearly half (46%) of the total precincts in Larmaie County, which is (28 of 61 precincts, 2 precincts having errors on both party ballots in the same precinct = 30 precinct ballots affected) in Laramir County (46% of total Laramie County Precincts.)

Furthermore, the failure of Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee to properly and accurately assess, produce, and proclaim the statutorily required information to properly conduct the election process in Laramie County under the Wyoming Election code, caused and resulted in erroneous official county election ballots being produced, distributed to, and voted on by the electorate of the aforementioned 28 precincts (2 precincts having errors on both party ballots in the same precinct =30 precincts ballots directly affected.) Laramie County (46% ot total Laramie County Precincts).

Additionally, because of this lack of adherence to Wyoming Election Code by Laramie County CLerk Debra Lee, the 2020 partisan primary ballots were formatted, distributed, voted on, tabulated, and certified with violations of Wyoming Election Code present on every Republican ballot in these 1- precincts (and 20 precincts in the Democrat party).

All of this resulted in a now certified election outcome of 20 individual Republican Precinct Representative positions and 46 individual Democrat Precinct Representative positions in the Laramie County parties being either over represented or underrepresented, directly due to the negligence and or inablity of the Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee to properly prepare for and conduct the election process in Laramie County under Wyoming Election Code.

This is how bad that Debra Lee, Laramie County Clerk, screwed up:

In comparison, in 2016 under Laramie County clerk Debbye Lathrop, the. Election Proclamation and Primary ballots contained only one error.

Laramie County clerk Debra Lee was appointed by the Laramie County Commissioners on June 8th, 2016, after the 2016 Election Proclamation and Primary Ballots were formatted and published with almost no errors by then-clerk Lathrop.

In 2018, under Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, the Election Proclamation and Primary Ballots contained 24 individual errors across 10 precicts and 2 political parties.

It gets worse.

In 2020, under Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, the Election Proclamation and Primary Ballots contained 66 individual errors across 28 precincts and 2 political parties. (2 precincts having errors on both party ballots in the same precinct = 30 precinct ballots affected.

The above issues give grave concern over the security, accuracy, and integrity of our elections in Wyoming.

These issues are now proven through the above-referenced data, to be presented while preparing, conducting, and certifying our elections themselves. Regardless, whether the issues are a result of complacency, neglect, or ineptitude does not matter as much as the fact that they are gross violations of Wyoming Election Code and have been perpetrated by the very individual known as the Chief Election Office of the County. W.S. 22-2-103. That would be Debra Lee.

The very obvious statutory violations stand as an unfortunate example of the ever-increasing cases of “election irregularities”. We are seeing nationwide that are tantamount to election integrity concerns being present in the conduct of the elections.

Not that election integrity concerns committed by the voting public itself, but unchecked election integrity concerns perpetrated against the legitimate voting public, committed by the very individual who is chosen, entrusted, and charged by statue as well as their oath of office, with the responsibility of accurately, properly, and legally preparing, conducting and certifying our elections.

In February of 2021, the Wyoming Republican Party State Central Committee passed a resolution calling on Wyoming lawmakers to develop an election audit system comprised of a results audit system made up of results audit as well as a process audit.

As is reflected in the fact, the proposed audit system is an obvious necessity as it seems that there is no standardized mechanism currently being used by the Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, or the Wyoming Secretary of State’s election Division to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of election proclamations, ballot postitioin allotments, or elections results being submitted by the Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, nor does the presence of statutory requirement seem to compel a County Clerk to make sure that procedural integrity or accuracy is present during elections.

In light of the overwhelming support by the Wyoming Republican Party in their intent to pursue fair and secure election processes, as well as hold accountable any individual, department, or political subdivision that violated the Wyoming Election Code, associated statues, or processes for any reason, the members of the Carbon County Republican Party Executive Committee calls for an immediate investigation of Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee for possible multiple violations of Wyoming Election Code W.S. Title-22 during the 2018 and 2020 election cycles that resulted n improper and illegal ballots being produced, distributed, voted on, and tabulated, which ultimately resulted in erroneous, internal functions and structural formation, as it is obvious by the facts presented that some of the administrators of Laramie County are either unable or unwilling to accuretl, legally fairly, perform these duties with precision and integrity for a political party, even in consideration of thei individual oaths of offic or when the respondibilities, requirement, and processes are clearly outlined in state statue law.
